I am unable to access my Flikr and Yahoo accounts because I no longer have access to my phone number for the two-step security login. The issue is with my account [redacted], which is also linked to my Flikr account. My old phone number was +45 30 36 09 71, and my new one is +45 30 36 79 71. I am unable to log in to my recovery email, [redacted], due to the same security procedure. I have the old password but am unable to access anything. Could you please assist me with this issue? Best regards, Poul Olsen

I recently called the customer service line for Yahoo at 1 88 [redacted] [redacted] and was shocked by the unprofessional behavior of the representative who answered the phone. I am disappointed with the lack of assistance in locating my list of blocked email addresses. Despite being a customer for over 20 years, I am now considering ending my relationship with this company. The customer service experience I received has led me to contemplate sharing my recordings of the conversations with the representative to a news channel. As someone with a decade of experience in online customer service and various managerial roles, I believe the quality of service reflects poorly on the company. Good luck in addressing these issues.

Hi, I have been receiving repeated messages from various email addresses like Info [[redacted]], Info [[redacted]], Info [[redacted]], and similar ones. The message I received contains a threatening demand for money in exchange for not sharing a compromising video allegedly recorded through a keylogger on an adult streaming site. The sender is demanding $[redacted] in Bitcoin and threatening to send the video to all my contacts if payment is not made within one day. Could you please advise on how to stop receiving such messages and possibly prevent any repercussions from this situation? Thank you.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo account because I forgot my password and don't remember the answers to the security questions. I need assistance resetting my Yahoo mail password or updating my recovery email address to regain access. I'm eagerly awaiting a solution since the Help Center hasn't been helpful in my case. Thank you.

I've been struggling to access my Yahoo account, "[redacted]," which I've had since [redacted]/[redacted]. Concerned about a possible security breach, I changed the password from "!Dontcare13" to "Sasunarutech801." The security questions were about my favorite uncle (Jr.) and first pet (Timmy). I'd like to move my emails to my Gmail account as I rarely use Yahoo mail now. Any assistance in regaining access to retrieve essential emails would be greatly appreciated.

I recently upgraded my phone to a new one through T-Mobile. Consequently, I had my phone number changed from [redacted] to [redacted]. The issue arose because my email, [redacted], was connected to my previous number. This has caused trouble when attempting to log in as I no longer have access to the push notifications for verification. I have the option to use an alternate email for verification but I haven't used that email in a decade and can't recall the password. Is there a way to recover my account without using these methods, perhaps through personal questions related to my account? Thank you for your assistance.

I am once again experiencing issues with my Yahoo email not recognizing my updated password. This has been a recurring problem for me, as I often find myself stuck in a loop of password recognition errors. Despite resetting it multiple times and attempting to access the site from different devices, the issue persists. It's frustrating to constantly reset my password, especially when I rely on this email for communication. I recently traveled and accessed my account from various new computers without any issues, but now that I'm back on my own device, I'm encountering the same problem. I have tried clearing my cookies to no avail. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I am having trouble accessing my Ameritech.net email account through Yahoo.com. I have attempted the account recovery steps and contacted both the Yahoo Pro Helpline and the ATT Digital Help line. They require my ATT account number, which I do not have. The online account recovery process has also been unsuccessful, as my phone number and recovery emails are not working either. My email address that I am unable to access is [redacted] I am requesting Yahoo to assist me in resetting my password or providing information on how to recover it. Thank you.

I encountered an issue trying to log into my Yahoo email account. Instead of accessing my emails, I was prompted to grant 'OATH' access to my personal information without the option to decline. While I understand the need for data sharing, I find the lack of choice concerning. Yahoo and 'OATH' should offer a more transparent process. I wish to retrieve my contacts and unread emails to potentially switch services but feel pressured to consent for access. Is there a way I can at least copy my contacts and close my account without agreeing to 'OATH's terms?

I am unable to sign in to my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 running Android 8.1 as I keep receiving an SSL Error 3 message. Despite reaching out multiple times, my case has been closed without a viable solution. After researching the Yahoo Community, I found a suggestion to enable the "Carrier Setup Wizard" to resolve the issue, but this did not work for me as my setup wizard was already enabled. Currently, I am using the Samsung Mail App as the official Yahoo App is not functioning correctly. I have no trouble accessing my Yahoo mails through the Samsung App or a web browser. This recurring problem is quite frustrating, and I would appreciate it if it could be resolved promptly. Thank you, Vero.

I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo email account. My password stopped working on September 28, [redacted]. When I contacted customer service at [redacted], they couldn't find my account as I don't have the account number. I used to live at [redacted] Skylight Lane, Houston, Texas, but I moved five years ago to [redacted] Marina Drive, Coldspring, Texas. My email address is [redacted], which was provided by Flash.net before Yahoo acquired it. I'm eager to keep my email address and would like assistance in regaining access and resetting my password. You can contact me at [redacted]. I expect a prompt resolution as I am being billed monthly by AT&T for this service.

Hello, my name is Johnny, and I am reaching out to notify you that I am unable to access my personal Yahoo email account. I am a Greek citizen currently residing in the UK, having moved here two years ago. Prior to moving, my email account was connected to a Greek phone number for security. Unfortunately, that number is no longer active, and I am unable to retrieve it from Greece. The only device I used to access my account was a phone I lost two weeks ago. Now, I only have my MacBook with everything saved on iCloud. Even though I can contact people using iMessage and iCalls, my friends see my email address as the sender, which confuses me as my account is locked. When I try to log in, I am not prompted for a password but asked for a code sent to the inactive Greek number. I am puzzled as to how codes are being sent to a non-existent number. I am hoping Yahoo can assist me in unlocking my account on a different device by verifying my security questions. I am eager to resolve this issue and appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you. Johnny

I have been receiving persistent emails from addresses ending in yahoo.jp, such as [redacted], almost daily. The senders are demanding a ransom in bitcoins for an alleged hack of my PC. I urge the necessary actions to block these individuals as they keep creating new email addresses within the same domain. I recently received an unsettling email containing a blackmail threat. The sender claims to have compromising footage of me from a supposed hack on an adult website, observing me through my webcam. They insist I pay $[redacted] in Bitcoin within one day to prevent the sharing of this video with all my contacts. They have even included a Bitcoin address for the payment. I find this extortion attempt distressing and am unsure how to proceed. I seek advice on how to handle this situation effectively. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am experiencing a problem with sending emails to my Yahoo account from my domain email, `[redacted]`. Emails sent from this address appear in the spam folder. However, when I send emails from my Gmail account, `[redacted]`, they go directly to the inbox. I am perplexed by this discrepancy as I was only testing the emails before sending them out for business purposes. I kindly request an investigation into why my domain email is being marked as spam. I am unsure if my server's IPs are blacklisted or if the emails have been reported as spam. If my emails are being flagged incorrectly, I would appreciate prompt removal from any blacklists. These emails are crucial for my business outreach efforts, and I wish to connect with potential collaborators without them being marked as spam. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Chris O.

Hello, my name is Brittany Ramirez. I have been encountering an issue with my email account [redacted] since March [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to financial difficulties, I could not maintain my mobile phone bill with the number [redacted], and I have lost access to my alternative email [redacted] Many of my important accounts and emails are tied to this email, which I have been using as my main account for over a decade. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide to help me regain access to my email account.

Hello Jess, I noticed your article on Travelmate Robotics from October 21, [redacted]. At that time, David Near was the CEO, but it seems that Maxmillion Kovtun took over sometime this year. Over a thousand backers on Indiegogo funded this campaign, with some contributing as early as [redacted]. I purchased a small TM R in March [redacted], and it appears that many others are still waiting too. The initial funding amount was over $[redacted],[redacted], but it has been reduced to just over $65,[redacted] on the Indiegogo page. There have been multiple promised release dates, but no suitcases have been delivered or refunds issued. Despite claims of starting production, nothing has been shipped. Communication with Travelmate Robotics is challenging as they do not respond to calls or emails. Could you investigate this situation to determine if it is fraudulent? Thank you, Rod

When my family switched from T-Mobile to Sprint, we lost access to our old phone numbers and had to get new phones. Unfortunately, my dad's Facebook account was on his old phone, and we couldn't remember the password as it was created a long time ago. We've tried all possible passwords without success. We discovered that the Facebook account was created with his old Yahoo email, but we can't recall the last time he used it since he now uses Gmail. His Gmail accounts are [redacted] and [redacted] We really need access to his Yahoo email to retrieve the Facebook password. I misplaced my cell phone, and someone who found it altered the recovery email address and password. I can no longer access my account or any other accounts because all passwords have been changed. My Yahoo account is used as the recovery email address for all my other accounts. I need an alternative way to access my account since all my other accounts' recovery information is sent to this Yahoo email address. Email address: [redacted] Previous password: FineADevine
