I currently have a Yahoo account under the username Dawn Larson *****@***.com that's d a w n l a r s o n *****@***.com. however I have been unable to access my cell phone nor my iPad for at least * years because I cannot remember the password. I understand there is a backup email but I do not work any longer for the company who's address I used for backup. And in addition the cell number that they want to send me a temporary password to has been changed and I have a new cell phone. However I have saved my old cell phone which I paid a very good amount of money for because I want to be able to log back into it but I cannot because I have been locked out of that phone. So when I try to have Yahoo send me a temporary password to my old phone I could not receive it because I could not get into my phone. Basically I am stuck I desperately need to be able to reset or change the password on my Dawn Larson *****@***.com account. I have brought it to several phone stores and tech people who keep telling me that in order to unlock my iPad and old phone I need to be able to change or find out my old password because I have locked out of my old phone in terms of backup phone number and I no longer work at the company whose email address I used as a backup email. Please please please help me or tell me how to correct this issue so that I have access to my cell phone and iPad. Thank you thank you thank you for any help or advice or directions you can give me.
