I am unable to access my Yahoo account with the email [redacted] even though I am entering the correct password. After downloading my Yahoo Messenger Chat History before it disappears in November, I discovered that not all of my chat history was saved. I have been a long-time user of Messenger and I urgently need to access all my conversation history with a specific contact from around [redacted] to [redacted] or [redacted]. I was under the impression that the download would include all my chat history, not just a few random conversations from [redacted] and others with contacts I don't need information for. Getting all my history is crucial, and I am willing to pay for the complete 6 to 7 years' worth of data. Despite attempting to download the history again, I cannot make another request as it has already been done. I need help finding the right person who can assist me in retrieving all my information. I fear losing all this valuable data, so any guidance or support is greatly appreciated. My goal is to have access to and download all the messaging history from these years. Thank you for any assistance provided.

Hello, I have been participating in fantasy sports on Yahoo for a while. I have keeper leagues that have run for a long time. It is important for me to access previous seasons to set the draft order for the current season. I used to be able to do this, but now it seems that option is no longer available. This is a significant issue for me. I was also concerned when Yahoo added players like Joey Bart and Casey Mize during the fantasy baseball season. These prospects should be reserved for the following season's rookie draft in keeper leagues. Adding them midway through the current season without notice compromises future rookie drafts. I would appreciate a response. Thank you for your attention.

My father has a Yahoo account, and he received a phone call alleging complaints about international usage, which has not occurred. He is being persistently contacted by individuals claiming to be from Yahoo, but due to a previous hacking incident, he is wary. He has already addressed security issues on his computer and is hesitant to grant access to anyone. We are unsure if these calls are legitimately from Yahoo attempting to assist or if they are part of another scam. The email address in question is Billy Dingler @yahoo. com. We would greatly appreciate it if you could verify this for him if possible, or for me. Additionally, if there is a genuine concern, guidance on how to resolve this matter would be helpful. Thank you for any assistance provided. Terry Dingler

I am trying to access my old account at [redacted], but the recovery email [redacted] is no longer active. I have a new recovery email, [redacted], where I can receive the new password. This old email contains important documents I need urgently. I believe I set up security questions that I can answer. I previously contacted support about this issue two weeks ago but received no response. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I need to confirm the legitimacy of the emails I received regarding account verification from Yahoo. The sender's email address is [redacted] The email states that my mailbox has exceeded the storage limit and requires re-validation to continue using the account properly. It includes a request to open an attached Yahoo! re-validation form. I am concerned about the credibility of this email and would appreciate any clarification on whether it is a genuine communication from Yahoo. Thank you.

I am trying to access my late grandmother's Yahoo email account since I previously had access to it as her recovery email. When creating her new Yahoo account, I did not link it to mine for recovery. Despite knowing the answers to her security questions, I am unable to log in as it keeps saying the password is incorrect. I would appreciate any guidance on how to regain access to her account. I have important emails exchanged between us that I no longer have access to on my own account. The email in question is [redacted], while mine is [redacted] I also have a Gmail and another Yahoo account. Please advise on what steps I can take. Thank you for your assistance.

I am currently based in Germany. Since yesterday morning, both of my Yahoo accounts have been blocked due to "unusual activities." I am unsure what these activities might be. It is possible that this occurred because I have been traveling abroad frequently and used my laptop in different locations. Since both accounts are linked as alternative accounts for each other, I cannot access either. I listed my Gmail account as a backup, but I have not received any communication from Yahoo there. Unfortunately, there is no live chat or phone support available, and after following the instructions on the help page, which did not resolve my issue, I am at a loss. Even attempting to contact them through Facebook only resulted in an automated response directing me back to the unhelpful help page. I am unable to delete the accounts without access. I would greatly appreciate it if Yahoo could send a message to my [redacted] account so I can regain access to my Yahoo emails. Overall, I am disappointed in the poor quality of Yahoo's customer support.

I have had a Yahoo account for a long time, which I used until I fell ill. Trying to recover my account has been frustrating due to Yahoo's menu system locking people out. My recovery email is [redacted] since Yahoo couldn't send a key code to my Gmail. I don't want to create a new Yahoo account; I need help to regain access to my old one. Receiving automated emails for the key code hasn't worked. Other companies assist through phone or an agent, but Yahoo doesn't seem to accommodate that. My phone number has changed to [redacted]. Please help me recover my [redacted] account as it holds sentimental value for over 15 years, as it contains my prayer list while battling cancer. I am 63 years old, a loyal customer, seeking a faster and effective solution from Yahoo.

Hello, I recently received an email stating that my Yahoo Mail account will be terminated in 24 hours due to my request. This is not accurate, and I did not request the termination of my account. I am unsure why I received this email and I kindly request that my account not be terminated. I received the following message 5 hours ago: "Dear Valued Customer, We received a request to terminate your Email and process has started, kindly give us 24hours to complete your request. If you have no knowledge about the request process, kindly cancel the request below:" Unfortunately, the link provided in the email was not successful when I tried to access it. Please preserve my Yahoo email account as it is essential to me. I urge you not to terminate the account. Thank you. - Jochay W.

Hello, I am really hoping someone can assist me with my issue. I have been unable to access my two Yahoo emails for a few days now. I am facing a problem where when I enter my password for one email, it prompts me to use an account key sent to my second email, which I cannot remember the password for. This has left me in a frustrating loop. When I try to recover the password for the second email, it directs me back to my first email, creating a confusing situation. My main email is [redacted], and the second email is [redacted] I urgently need to access these accounts as I am expecting important job-related emails. I am willing to provide the password for the first email or any other verification to prove my identity. Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated. Greetings from Serbia :)

I am experiencing repeated sign-in requests that have become frustrating. I initially opened my account in April and downloaded the mobile app, but have encountered continuous issues. Each time I sign in, I engage with some content, only to receive emails indicating I have made errors. Despite my attempts to troubleshoot, I feel lost and unsure about the proper usage. Your team has shown the most concern and support so far, and I am grateful for your assistance. Thank you. - S. L. Email: [redacted]

Lately, whenever I attempt to access my email, I encounter the "First time signing in with this device?" message repeatedly. I consistently use my account from work and home, and nothing has changed, so it's frustrating not knowing why this keeps occurring. Despite reaching out to Yahoo multiple times via email, I have received generic and inaccurate responses that do not address my issue. I am fed up with this situation and would like a permanent resolution to this ongoing problem.

I recently discovered that my email account has been compromised. I deactivated my [redacted] account, but I am encountering a problem with the recovery email option on Yahoo. Even after changing my password, someone is still able to input their email address for recovery purposes. I want both [redacted] and [redacted] accounts permanently deleted with no other email addresses linked to them. It seems like [redacted] could be involved in this issue, so please ensure her email is not associated with mine. I need a complete wipeout of the mentioned accounts to prevent any further access to my personal information. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

I am struggling to access my Yahoo account after losing my phone and getting a new one. I am unable to retrieve important charity information, event photos, and certificates for courses worth £[redacted], including a SEN course and a safeguarding for children course. The issue lies in my email address being @googlemail.com while it shows up as Gmail.com, and not receiving any verification code despite having the correct number. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my account. Thank you.

Dear Yahoo! Customer Care, I recently received an email stating that a request was made to deactivate my Yahoo! email account. I want to confirm that I did not initiate this request. I am concerned about the security of my account after experiencing unauthorized access where the hacker solicited funds from my contacts. Although I have changed my password, I am still unsure about the safety of my account. I believe this deactivation request could be related to the hacker's activities. Your prompt assistance and guidance on how to address this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Account Holder

I am reaching out for my mother regarding her longstanding Yahoo account under the email [redacted] Over the years, she did not assign a backup email but opted for security questions. However, I learned that Yahoo has since disabled that feature. Unfortunately, my mother either forgot her password or her account was compromised as she is locked out. We have tried using the online help desk without success; an error message stating her account cannot be recovered appears with no additional details. Her Yahoo email is linked to her Facebook and other accounts, barring her from accessing them. Any guidance on verifying her account details and regaining access would be greatly appreciated.

Subject: Need Assistance from a Yahoo Staff Member to Fix My Account Setting Issue I am facing a problem with my Yahoo account being stuck in Basic mode and am unable to revert back to the Classic full-featured version. I came across a post from user "@sylviesylvie" detailing how a Yahoo Staff member named "john_silver" resolved a similar issue for another user. The user reported that after the Yahoo Staff member manually changed the setting, the problem was resolved. I am reaching out for help as this issue is affecting my ability to send emails efficiently and the interface is causing discomfort. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to fix this problem on my own after months of frustration. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you to all involved.

I used to have the nickname "Matheus Cheese" on Yahoo. Unfortunately, this nickname shows up for others when sending me emails or receiving emails from me. Although it doesn't display on my computer, I've noticed it on other recipients' devices. This nickname is unprofessional, and I've been trying to remove it for years without success. My current nickname on the account is "Matheus." Please assist me in resolving this issue as I do not want to change email accounts. Thank you.
