Dear Specialist,**On *-* occasions in the past my entire Inbox has gone missing. After logging out (the first time perplexed) and soon thereafter logging back in, everything was returned. This became my my expectation.**On the afternoon of August **, **** my Inbox was again empty of all items dated from approximately October **** thru August **, ****.*These included personal and professional e-mails, notes*records I've been updating for years, approximately ***-*** items in all. **I logged out and went to work. When I returned home, I logged in and discovered the items were still missing. I contacted the Yahoo Mail Restore Team on August **, **** at *:** PM. I was advised to wait * hours and if any problem still exists contact the Team again. On August **, **** at about *:** AM, I attempted to contact them again but was having browser issues again (using Safari*Yahoo) and decided to retire to bed.**Using Google Chrome at *:**PM on August **, **** I contacted the Postmaster (Case *********), but was disappointed to see I only received a confirmation of receipt.**These items that have gone missing were very important to me. I'm informed that after * days from the time they went missing they will be lost forever. I'm running out of pursuit time ( days remaining and personal obligations that preclude my pursuing this issue).**Please help me recover these items (meanwhile I have researched better storage practices).**Thank You.**Sincerely, Robert Artzer.
