If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The issue in GetHuman-savbon's own words
I even tried resetting my password, but it doesn't give me the option. The only prompting option I get is to receive an Account Key with my listed number, but I never receive anything. ... I've been trying to login to my yahoo account and haven't been successful. Clearly I can't remember my password. When I use my mobile device to "receive" an Account Key I never get one. And it's the correct number you guys have on file. I've been locked out for nearly * days now and have very important emails to address. I'm very frustrated. Contacting your company is a joke. I need your assistance as soon as possible

I just want to be able to reset my password or access my account somehow so I can get my emails. I have several business emails I need to tend to and I can't without accessing my account.

I've tried everything your customer service recommends, the yahoo community doesn't help, and there isn't any live chat to connect with so I have to wait to receive anything through this ridiculous response system. I'm ready to just cut my losses and never return to yahoo!
