My wife has been using Yahoo and Att.net email for many years without any issues. Suddenly, she started receiving "sign-in failed" and incorrect password messages. She has not changed her password, and the problem seems to have occurred out of the blue. I would appreciate it if someone could assist us in resolving this so she can regain access to her email accounts [redacted] and [redacted], as the password is the same for both. Please send any updates to my email at [redacted], as I no longer use my Yahoo or Att.net emails due to past frustrations. All I do is delete emails from those accounts. Help is greatly appreciated.

This morning, when attempting to check my emails, I encountered a message stating they were inaccessible. Despite multiple tries, the same outcome occurred. I navigated to your Mail section and discovered a "restore" option after a few pages. I clicked it, unsure of the process since I am over 70 and not tech-savvy. I got an email, presumably from your team, mentioning the restoration would happen within 8 hours, but I already seem to have my emails back. Though, I noticed the email was not personalized, which I’ve learned genuine emails usually are. I’m worried I might have been hacked, can you help me with this situation?

I have been struggling to resolve my Yahoo account issues since August 2, [redacted]. I encountered problems a few months back due to someone repeatedly hacking my Facebook account. Although GetHuman successfully resolved this, I now face trouble with not receiving my Yahoo or Gmail emails. While some end up in the spam folder, most seem to disappear into the void. Many of these emails hold significant importance. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. - Sandra B.Email: smombrown[at]yahoo.com, smombrown[at]gmail.comPhone: [redacted]

I have relied on my email account for years but am now locked out due to forgotten passwords. My backup emails are connected to a military account I no longer have access to. My old Android phone, which had the access key, is also no longer in my possession. I worry about retrieving my account without creating a new one. Despite still having access on my iPhone, I cannot access my Yahoo email on a desktop. It requests an access key from my Android phone, which is not possible. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have encountered an issue while trying to join a new fantasy football league on Yahoo. Upon attempting to create an account, I receive an error indicating that my email address is already associated with a Yahoo account. When I try to reset the password using my email address or phone number, it states that they cannot be located. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach out to customer service have been unsuccessful as they do not allow me to utilize my email address for contact. This situation is quite confusing as my email appears to be in use yet cannot be found or used for communication with Yahoo. I am unsure how to proceed at this point. Thank you for any assistance.

I was able to access my account on Sunday during the day, but by Sunday night, I started getting a message asking me to enter my Yahoo password in the settings. I am trying to access my email account, [redacted], on my cell phone app. When I input my password, a message appears saying, "We need to verify it's you" and they need to send a verification code to my recovery email. However, I cannot access my recovery email as I've forgotten the password for it, since it's an old email. When I choose the option that says I no longer have access to that email, it just loops back to asking for that same email address I can't access. I really need help accessing my current account, as it's the one I use regularly and have had for over a decade.

I am having trouble signing into my Yahoo account as I forgot my password. I hadn't needed it for a while as it was saved on my old phone. However, upon getting a new phone, I was prompted to log in and realized I couldn't remember the password. I attempted to reset the password, but during the process, it displayed a different email address not associated with my Yahoo account. It showed (m*****[redacted]) instead of my correct email ([redacted]). This has caused significant issues as I am unable to access my Yahoo account, leading to difficulties signing into other accounts. I would greatly appreciate any assistance with resolving this matter.

I am currently experiencing difficulty accessing my Yahoo and Gmail accounts due to issues with my phone. The last time I changed my password was approximately 48 days ago, but my phone's malfunctioning made it challenging to input the correct information. I recently obtained a new phone with a different sim card size, resulting in a new phone number ([redacted]) as opposed to my old number ([redacted]). The four Yahoo email accounts linked to each other are [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] These accounts are essential for work purposes, and I require urgent assistance to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

I've been struggling to log in to my Yahoo account as I can't recall my password. Despite attempting to receive an Account Key on my mobile device, I'm not receiving it. This issue has persisted for almost 5 days, and it's crucial for me to access important emails. I'm feeling incredibly frustrated at the moment. Attempting to contact your company has not been fruitful. I urgently require your assistance.

I have an old Yahoo account registered under the name [redacted] I haven't accessed it in a long time and recently tried to log in but was asked for a verification code. The recovery email provided is the same as the account email, making it impossible to retrieve the code. I would like to access the account and update my recovery information. When I created the account, I was young, and rules were less stringent. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello, I'm Andrey Riego Magpantay from the Philippines. I set up my Yahoo email a long time ago and linked it to my Facebook. Unfortunately, my Facebook account got hacked, and the only way to recover it is through my email. When I tried to reset my Yahoo password (as I hadn't accessed it in 3-5 years), I realized I forgot the password and it requires my old mobile number which I no longer have access to as I moved from the Philippines to Dubai 5 years ago and changed numbers. I can provide any necessary details. My Yahoo email is [redacted] (reflecting my name) and I can provide my United Arab Emirates ID to prove my identity. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering my Yahoo account.

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance regarding my Yahoo email account that has been linked to my Facebook. Several years ago, I set up my Yahoo email which is connected to my Facebook account. Recently, my Facebook account was hacked. In an attempt to recover it, I realized I have forgotten the password to my Yahoo email as I have not used it for approximately 3 to 5 years. I am willing to provide any necessary information to prove my identity and ownership of the Yahoo email account. The email address in question is [redacted], which incidentally contains my name and middle name. I am currently residing in Dubai and can provide my United Arab Emirates ID for further verification. I seek assistance! An email in my account shows someone attempting a "loan" using it. I made this account long ago but rarely used it, only maintaining its activity. I clarified I lack contacts except for my original account and a new one. I attempted to change the name to stop unauthorized access, to no avail. I repetitively remove the phone number [+1 [redacted]] they use to access my account, yet they keep gaining entrance by receiving an access code! Desperately seeking help, as I just received another email to my backup security account. The email I received contains details of the sign-in attempt from Florida on a chrome mobile device, Android. I want to permanently deactivate this account to prevent further hacking attempts.

Nearly a year ago, my Yahoo account was hacked and now it's under control of hackers. Each time I create a new email, they also make one with my name on Yahoo. I'm disappointed in the security measures and considering legal action because despite reaching out multiple times, I didn't receive assistance. Yahoo should have noticed the suspicious activity. If this isn't resolved promptly, I plan to involve Channel 8 News in Dallas by Monday morning. I've already switched to a new Gmail account and received a notification from Yahoo linking my new account, which concerns me as they also accessed my bank account. The compromised Yahoo account is nallsterran. I fear they may be monitoring my communications. Please contact me urgently via email or phone. I have my ID and SS card for verification if needed.

Over a year ago, my Yahoo email was hacked, and the hacker gained control of all my information under the email nalls Terran[at]yahoo.com. They initiated payday loans and had access to my bank accounts, causing damage to my credit. Despite creating a new account on Google, I keep receiving notices from Yahoo thanking me for creating an account, which I did not do. This continuous breach has left me frustrated, and now I intend to seek legal recourse. I am considering involving the news to shed light on this issue. It is evident that Yahoo did not adequately address my concerns, as the intruder persistently tries to compromise my Gmail account. I am determined to highlight the dismal security measures of Yahoo. Someone needs to be held accountable for the time, trouble, and financial losses I have endured.

Hello, I found an email in my spam folder that seems questionable. I didn't request any account removal from Yahoo and I'm unsure if this is a legitimate email. I want to ensure the safety of my Yahoo mail account but I'm hesitant to reply in case of a potential virus. Thank you.

Hello, I fell victim to a theft of my phone, ID card, and more. I am unable to access my email account, [redacted], as my two previous phone numbers, [redacted] and [redacted], have been disconnected. When I try to log in to Yahoo Mail, there are three options to access my account. However, I no longer have access to the phone it detects, the codes can't be sent to my old numbers, and I don't know or have a recovery email. I contacted my old service provider, but they couldn't assist, which is why I am reaching out to you. I hope you can help me regain access to my email where all my important information is stored. Hello, I have been a victim of phone theft, including my ID card, etc. I am unable to access my email account, [redacted], using my two previous phone numbers, [redacted] or [redacted]. When trying to sign in to Yahoo Mail, there are three options to access my account. Either it detects my phone (which was stolen), sends a code to my old phone numbers (which I cancelled two months ago and last month), or asks for a recovery email that I do not know or have. I contacted my previous service provider, but they couldn't help, so I am reaching out to you. I hope you can assist me in accessing my email account as my whole life is in that mailbox. Thank you in advance. M. ADDI
