I have been using Yahoo's email for over 7 years. Recently, I encountered an issue where I was suddenly redirected to the sign-in page, preventing me from accessing my emails, including important tasks like surveys and PCH surveys. I am frustrated with the lack of helpful responses and just want to regain access to my account as it is disrupting my activities. I am looking for a way to contact a real person for assistance as the security questions posed are not helpful due to changes in my phone number. It would be a great relief to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you for your help. My daughter has allowed me to use her email in the meantime. - Geneva G.

I've been unable to access my email account ([redacted]) for quite some time as the back-up email I previously used ([redacted]) is no longer active since I'm no longer in college. I have been unable to access my email account ([redacted]) for quite a while. The backup email ([redacted]) I used before has been closed since I am no longer in college. When I try to verify my account, it prompts me to use the old email that no longer exists. After finally recalling my old password, I am still stuck at the verification stage with the terminated email. My Xbox Microsoft account is tied to [redacted], and I have managed to work around this issue for years, but now I am seeking assistance. I am willing to go through any necessary verification steps to regain access to my email account.

I have a Yahoo email account that I haven't accessed for a few years. I don't remember the password or the linked phone number. Despite contacting Yahoo customer support five times for help, the assistance I received was unprofessional. During my calls, I was repeatedly hung up on and the representative refused to assist me when I didn't disclose why I needed to use my email. I only have my username for the account. I am looking for guidance on how to reset my password without knowledge of the phone number or the original password. Please forward your response to my iCloud email. Thank you.

On August 20th at 8:15 am, I received a concerning email from Yahoo threatening to deactivate my account for potential misuse without providing a specific reason. The email stated my account may have violated the Terms of Service related to Yahoo! News and urged me to review the TOS to avoid any violations. The email referenced a username that I'm unfamiliar with (h7rqoqyuxue64avmumaqiemcu64jy5lo5frg5gy2) and left me confused about the accusations. I urgently require clarification on this matter to understand the situation better.

I believe my account has been compromised as I received a message prompting urgent action to avoid potential issues. I am currently using Yahoo Mail on my iPod 5th Gen, and I noticed that the mail icon on the toolbar no longer functions. I attempted to address this by contacting Apple support, where I followed troubleshooting steps, including deleting and re-adding my mail account. Despite performing a hard reset, my inbox remains empty, with no emails appearing. The Apple representative mentioned that there may be an issue on Yahoo's end rather than with Apple's services. I was advised to wait a few days to see if my emails will resume sending. I attempted this yesterday but have yet to receive any emails. I am unsure how to resolve this problem and am wondering if it could be due to the software version, iOS 9.0, that I am currently using.

I received an invitation for a fantasy football league at my email address, [redacted] After opening the email invite and using the provided link to join the league, the system did not recognize my email address despite using it for years with other leagues. I attempted to create a new account, but after multiple failed attempts with the confirmation code, I was unable to proceed. My login credentials should be [redacted] and password Friday24, last updated in January. I utilize voiceover on my iPhone for accessibility. While navigating your site, I encountered issues determining which button to press. Despite the challenges, I managed to reach the "done" and "continue" buttons, trying each twice, without success. Hello, I'm Geoffrey. I'm facing issues with my Yahoo account [redacted], originally created for my Steam account to play Dota 2. Unfortunately, I stopped playing on January 2, [redacted], coincidentally the same day my phone was stolen. This poses a challenge to recover the account since I can't use my phone for the process. Despite this, I can recall my phone number and confirm my ownership. I have two other Yahoo accounts, one as my primary, where I should've linked this one for easier recovery. My aim is to retrieve the account to resume playing Dota 2 as I missed the game and wanted to improve my MMR. Your assistance in recovering this account would be greatly appreciated.

I recently created a secondary email address because my primary one ([redacted]) was compromised, leading me to use the new email for Facebook. Unfortunately, I've been unable to access my Facebook account or my original email since then. Facebook's account recovery process involves sending a verification code to the associated email, providing only partial visibility of the address. Despite multiple attempts with the correct information, including the email account creation details, I keep encountering a message stating the account does not exist. I am frustrated with the situation and urgently seek assistance. Yahoo, I need your help to resolve this issue promptly.

I used [redacted] as my recovery email for Facebook, but I accidentally set it as my primary email. Despite this, Yahoo says the account doesn't exist. When I contacted them, they said my main Yahoo email had been hacked. I can't access my Facebook now, and Yahoo isn't recognizing my backup email. I'm frustrated and need to resolve this. Yahoo, please help me sort this out. Thank you. - From Texas

I have been using Yahoo Mail for a long time under the email address [redacted] Recently, I added an alternative email address, [redacted] When I tried to access my jaf3030 account, instead of asking for my password, it prompted an activation code to be sent to [redacted] However, when attempting to access mas665, it claimed the password was incorrect, implying that it might have been hacked. Now, I am locked out of both accounts as only mas665 prompts me for a password. I urgently need access to [redacted] as it contains essential personal and banking information. I kindly request Yahoo's assistance in resolving this issue. You can reach me at [redacted] Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo email account as the password is being rejected. The email address affected is *****@***.com. Earlier, I contacted a person who claimed to be a Yahoo service representative named Jennifer Brown. The call had a lot of background noise, and Jennifer's accent made it challenging to understand her. Initially, the call was answered as "Support," which made me doubt if it was truly Yahoo support. They insisted I pay for Identity support before resetting my password, and Jennifer Brown's behavior turned hostile. I need assistance with this issue and hope Yahoo can provide a solution. Kindly provide a link for me to reset my Yahoo passwords.

My control bar, where functions like delete and move are located, isn't working. I am unable to view all my emails from today and yesterday. I tried accessing my email from another device, and it didn't open there either. I am hesitant to change my password for fear of being locked out. I've already copied the essential contact information in case I lose access to this email account. The contact list isn't printing, even though I deleted outdated contacts. I've checked for updates and ensured I had the latest Windows updates installed. When exiting the contacts section, I briefly see what I believe should be my main email screen. I'm unsure of what steps to take next as I've had this account for years and would like to continue using it if I can resolve these issues.

I have been a Yahoo email customer for over a decade and have found that the "premium" subscription used to provide access to human assistance for issues, which has not been available recently. I have been unsuccessful in resolving the problem of incorrect time stamps on my emails over the past year, despite trying suggested solutions online. This is a significant problem as I rely on accurate time stamps for important documents. Currently, all my emails are stamped with EDT instead of PDT, and even the minutes have been incorrect lately. I would greatly appreciate help in fixing this issue and would also like to know the advantages of having a paid Yahoo email account. Thank you for your assistance!

I have forgotten my newly changed password that was already linked to my broken phone. This situation is frustrating as I urgently need to access my gmail account, which is connected to my recovery email. Hello, I appreciate your assistance. My previous Yahoo account was [redacted], and although I remember the password and can sign in, I'm unable to retrieve the verification code since I no longer have access to the phone number linked to the account due to multiple phone changes. As a result, I've had to create a new email and transfer all my information there, but it has been quite inconvenient. I've attempted to reach out to the current owner of the phone number to no avail, making it impossible to resolve the issue that way. This account holds significant importance to me, and I have faced many challenges without it. I kindly ask for your assistance in reviewing this matter. Thank you.
