If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The issue in GetHuman-xaviersa's own words
I know my email address and I know my password. However, it will not let me log on. It says “we’ve noticed some unusual account activity” then it gives me an option to use another email address to help me log in. How ever I don’t know anything about that email address. Hence I made this account ** years ago. I need some old stuff I have on there. So help would be greatly appreciated
