I have recently upgraded my phone and now cannot access my yahoo mail app on it.. I have used the correct password and memorable information but it just says incorrect information, iam am still able to access my emails on my old phone as I do not need to sign in as I just click the mail icon... I cannot use the “forgotten password” function because the system then asks for my memorable information and when I put the correct details in the system says that the information is incorrect yet I know the information is correct because it is my date of birth and my mother’s maiden name
