Top Tip from another customer
Log in to Yahoo, and in the upper right corner select your name/ID. Choose the option for Account Info, then select either Personal Info or Preferences, depending on the info you wish to update.

Pay my Invoice Due (a new Check Card was issued to me and I can't update the payment info.). ... I don't know my password for my business account. I can't reset it because I have lost access to my business email account and my business relies on this type of contact! I have not been able to conduct any business all day. I have a personal account and a business account. The chip on the check card stopped working. I had to have a replacement card issued. I forgot to enter the new information for Yahoo. I received a notice and thought I resolved this issue but what I actually did was sign-up for*begin paying for Ad Free email. I don't want Ad Free email. **I just want to resolve the payment issue with my business account and cancel the Ad Free email. **The account is *****@***.com
