On or about June **st **** (last sync date with my acct) my email password was changed and NOT by me. My email pswd has not been changed by me in some time. I went through the process of saying I forgot my password and trying to reset it but it sent the code for verification to my SAME email address that I can't access. I need to recover my email account and reset my password myself but need an alternate option to getting the verification code verification code. I ALREADY tried using my cell phone number to get a text but it says my number is not recognized. Evidently i neglected to set up a recovery email address or phone number. The email address in question is *****@***.com. Is there any other information I can provide to customer support to get someone to manually reset my password and send it to an alternate email address for me: *****@***.com. thank you. That I cannot use the normal mesns to reset my password myself (as stated) and need actal assistance not to be told how to reset it myself. Clearly, I have already tried that.
I want customer service to either send me a new temporary password to my ALTERNATE email address *****@***.com OR to add my gmail address as my recovery email on my yahoo mail account so that I can reset it myself. I never changed my yahoo password in the first place, clearly someone hacked into my account.

Yes Ive tried resetting it myself probably * times over the course of the past few days. The verification code gets sent to my yahoo mail which I cannot access and trying to use my phone * it says the number isnt recognized.
