Fix my Yahoo home page. ... When I go to "My portfolio", which is a list of stocks I am watching or have, on my Yahoo page, the page allows me to click on my name and the stocks appear in disheveled order and the page is "greyed out". Nothing is live. In other words, I cannot make changes such as reorder, or add a stock or delete one. Also, the news articles that come up under "news for you", is not the kind of news I used to get. One day my Yahoo page changed to the mess it is currently in and I can't change it back. I just want to delete Yahoo and go with another site for my home page. If you can help, that would be great.
Unless I get to speak with a tech who knows what is wrong, it will never get fixed. In which case I will delete yahoo as my homepage and all of the ads that go with it.
I want someone to contact me from Yahoo that knows how to fix it.
I have been a customer for many many years. I am disgusted that there is no phone number to reach Yahoo. I have very little faith that this issue will get resolved. Hence Yahoo will lose another customer.
Get Human is trying to fix it but with no luck.
