I have been unable to access my email account ([redacted]) for the past 3 to 4 days, and it is causing me significant distress as it is linked to many crucial aspects of my life such as banking, children's schools, personal and business contacts, notes, contracts, and more. Despite trying various methods through Yahoo's help tools, it seems my email address is no longer valid. I suspect this issue may be related to my birth date not being updated correctly, despite numerous attempts to do so via the app. I kindly request the reactivation of my email account at your earliest convenience as I am awaiting important emails and cannot access my email history. I am extremely frustrated by this situation. My temporary alternate email is [redacted], or you can reach me by phone at +[redacted] 56 [redacted] 46 24.

Hello, I have contacted Yahoo support numerous times regarding the issue with my Yahoo mail account [redacted] It has been inaccessible since last Friday, causing us to lose clients, important information, and money as we couldn't receive or respond to emails. Despite entering all the correct information, the system claims the account doesn't exist. This has greatly impacted our hotel business, leading to significant losses. We urgently need access to our emails and the crucial data stored there. It's not a password or information error but an account malfunction. If this isn't resolved promptly, we may have to involve the authorities to understand why this sudden disruption has occurred with our email address. Thank you.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulties accessing my Yahoo account due to forgetting my password. The new terms and conditions set by Yahoo, now part of Oath, require me to agree to data sharing practices to regain access. Despite my efforts to opt out of data sharing and advertising preferences, the settings keep reverting back. I am frustrated that the sale of Yahoo has impacted my account access in this way. I wanted to express my disagreement with the data sharing policies and hope that my message serves as a record of my preferences. Thank you for addressing my concerns. Best regards

I am having trouble signing into my Facebook account. It says my email addresses are incorrect. The one I have used for about 10 years is Nancee R [redacted], and before that, it was Nancy Dobridge Andrusiak. I haven't been on Facebook in a long time, and I am trying to log back in, but it doesn't recognize my password. I can log in using one of the two emails, but I need help with resetting my password. It's asking for a phone number which I believe might end in [redacted], but I am not sure. My current mobile number is [redacted]. Can someone please assist me?

I am unable to access my Yahoo account as I no longer have my old phone number or the password to my alternate email. Yahoo's account recovery process is challenging, with vague questions that I failed to answer correctly. It is frustrating that Yahoo does not provide a customer service number for immediate assistance. My email contains precious photos of my deceased daughter, and I desperately need to regain access. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, I have received no helpful response. I urge Yahoo to address this issue promptly, as the contents of my account are extremely dear to me. If this matter is not resolved soon, I will consider escalating it to the media. - Kari J.

Good afternoon, I am in need of assistance. Unfortunately, I fell ill and slipped into a coma due to a brain illness, causing memory loss of numbers and words. As a result, I cannot remember the password for my Yahoo email account and other systems. My entire life is in that email, but without access, I cannot retrieve important information. I have tried to recover the password by entering the missing two digits of a code linked to an old phone number, but Yahoo wants to send a recovery message to that outdated number. Due to my illness, I was unable to update the phone number before becoming unwell. The Yahoo email in question is [redacted], and my current recovery email is [redacted] Please assist me in regaining access to my account as it holds critical information. Thank you for your help, Neil P.

After years of trouble-free use, starting on Tuesday, May 22nd, my Yahoo Mail account started experiencing server connection issues. This problem affected not only my desktop but also two iPads and an iPhone. Despite trying in a rural area and the city, the devices could not send or receive emails. I attempted various troubleshooting steps, including contacting Apple support for over three hours without a solution. It seems the problem lies with Yahoo. My account, originally from Pacbell and now under AT&T, has not been altered recently. I sign in using the full name "Alisa" or either of the aliases vspate or [redacted] With one additional alias, I use these addresses to sort incoming emails. I urgently need access to my email while on a business trip.

I appreciate your time. I have been struggling to access my account for weeks as I believe someone changed my password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone or backup email linked to my account. Even though I know my security questions, that option is not available to me now. I've used this account ([redacted]) since high school in [redacted], and most of my activities are tied to it. Being locked out is impacting my opportunities and life. I need assistance in recovering my email and updating my information. Rest assured, I am willing and able to verify my identity. Thank you for your help. Best, Eryn Hunter

I am looking to get in touch with Yahoo to recover access to my main account at [redacted] Recently, I was released from incarceration, and when I reactivated my phone, I realized I needed to change my phone number since my old number was no longer available from the service provider. Additionally, the recovery email linked to my account is outdated and unreachable. I can provide past passwords and other identifying information from my account if necessary. It's crucial for me to regain access because there are important contacts and emails stored in that account. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my account because it is linked to an old phone number that I no longer have. I recently ordered tickets and am unable to access my email. The email address associated with my account is [redacted]. I would appreciate it if you could reach out to me through my friend's email. I am disappointed with the recent changes in the login process, as I have had this email for nearly 20 years. I rarely use it except for situations like this. It is frustrating that I cannot retrieve my tickets due to this issue. Thank you for your assistance. Joe Brown

I am unwilling to compromise my privacy rights by agreeing to Yahoo's monitoring for email services. I strongly object to the intrusive tactics and will seek an alternative provider. This is America, and I refuse to be coerced into giving up my freedoms. I am deeply dissatisfied with Yahoo's approach and will not tolerate such invasions. In conclusion, I vehemently express my discontent with Yahoo and its practices.

I am looking to retrieve an old email account I had. I have been managing without it, but I now need it to access some important files. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the password or the answers to my security questions. Despite multiple attempts over the years, I have been unable to remember the password. I did try to change the password on my phone, but it was damaged, and I lost the keychain for that device. Since then, I have not been able to access that account. I believe I may have lost all emails from [redacted] to [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am seeking assistance to recover my account, which is of great importance to me. I have made multiple attempts in the past to regain access to my account, but unfortunately, I have not been successful. The email associated with the account was either hacked or I have forgotten the password, and efforts made years ago to resolve this issue were unsuccessful. Recently, I reached out to Yahoo support via live chat and email and was redirected to the India support team. They mentioned that the issue lies within the US database. However, my attempts to contact the Yahoo US team have been fruitless as I keep getting redirected to help articles on the website. This account holds significance for me as it is linked to my Youtube and Facebook accounts. The email address associated with the account is [redacted] Any assistance in recovering this account would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ali

I am having trouble accessing my Yahoo email account. I attempted to log in multiple times with an incorrect password and now, when I try to log in with the correct password, I receive a message indicating "unusual activity on my account" and prompting me to send a recovery key to a recovery email address that does not belong to me. This situation is frustrating as I am unable to access my Yahoo account, preventing me from receiving the verification code required to access my Facebook account. I do not have two-factor authentication set up on my Yahoo account. Can someone help me regain access to my Yahoo email?

There seems to be a bug on Yahoo Finance from around May 25, [redacted]. I have noticed that the "Show $" button in the My Portfolio column on the Finance Page of My Yahoo is not working. Moreover, each section of My Portfolio has a $$CASH line item that does not display any information, even if there is cash in that section. This results in extra line items in each section, making the column longer than necessary.

Hello, I had an old Yahoo email account under "[redacted]" that I created when I was around 12 or 13 years old. However, I haven't been able to access it since I was about 15, several years ago. I am trying to log in to delete it along with the associated accounts. The recovery email is [redacted], but I no longer have access to it due to forgotten passwords. I currently use [redacted] and [redacted] for my email needs. Is there a way I can link the Yahoo email to one of my new accounts to gain access and delete the obsolete email and its associated accounts? I am willing to provide any necessary security information if needed. Thank you, Hollie Burkey.
