If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.
The issue in GetHuman-dcscrm's own words
I have an email account *****@***.com.*all of a sudden Tuesday May ** **** I can no longer log in to that account. when an attempt is made the page pulls up a red line of text that says "Sorry, we don't recognize this email". On top of that in an attempt to fix the email I have tried to make another account with the same name. At which point another line of red text pulls up saying, "A Yahoo account already exists with this email address". I am using the email for business purposes and would like my email to be fixed so that i can use it again.**Thank You
GetHuman-dcscrm did not yet indicate what Yahoo should do to make this right.
