We own a Yahoo account (*****@***.com) for an event that we bought a few years ago. My company is now selling the event, but have found ourselves locked out of the account. Either someone hacked the account and set up *-step verification, or Yahoo's security is just kicking in and requiring a *-step verification to a number that no one at our company recognizes.**We'd like to speak to someone at Yahoo in order to prove that we own the account so that we can get it restored.
GetHuman-joshrei did not yet indicate what Yahoo should do to make this right.
