My father has a Yahoo account, [redacted] He recently got a new iPad and needed his password to sign in. Although he had written down the password, it's not working. He suspects he may have changed it but can't recall the new one (he's 90 years old). As he doesn't use a mobile phone for texts, we can't receive a verification code. We've tried answering the security questions but are unsure of the exact format of the answers, leading to no success. We attempted different combinations with no luck and now find ourselves locked out. When trying account recovery, we've inputted various email addresses like [redacted], [redacted], and my mother's email, but none seem to work. Despite watching numerous YouTube videos for guidance, we're stuck in a loop. It's frustrating because all he wants is to access emails from loved ones. We're hopeful there's a solution to this problem. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I need to sign the new agreement to continue using Yahoo Services. I don't mind the updated terms, EXCEPT for the part where my emails will be read. USPS doesn't open my mail, and neither should you. It's an invasion of my privacy and has led to my loss of respect for you. I will only use Yahoo email for junk mail and have switched to more secure providers for personal emails. I'll be on Yahoo less now. I strongly oppose surveillance and targeted advertising. I refuse to support companies that invade my privacy. I want to emphasize that I do not consent to having my emails read.

I am graduating this Sunday and urgently need access to my old email account to recover my tickets. If I cannot retrieve the tickets, my family and I will not be able to attend the graduation ceremony. Despite multiple attempts, I have been locked out of the account due to various password attempts. The email address in question is [redacted] I have already tried using the help desk, which has not been helpful and has led to me losing access to the recovery email as well. It is frustrating that there is no customer care number available for situations like this. I need assistance as soon as possible as I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue on my own. It is disappointing that there is no immediate access to customer support in emergencies like this one.

Hello, I've been trying to access my old account for a while now. I didn't realize how many game accounts were connected to it until recently, and now I need to log in. I had set up one-tap access on my Samsung phone, but after uninstalling the app, I forgot to disable it. When I tried to recover my account, I realized my old phone number was still associated with it, which I no longer use. I'm now using a new phone. When I tried to use the "don't have that number" option on Yahoo help, it directed me to contact Yahoo directly. I'm hoping to receive a recovery link for the account ([redacted]) so I can regain access. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I am experiencing issues once more with images not displaying correctly in my emails. Instead of the images, I see broken image icons or empty spaces within the emails. I have been a loyal Yahoo user for many years, and for the most part, I have been satisfied. However, in the past year, I have encountered numerous problems. I have spent significant time trying various suggested solutions online to no avail. While I reached out to Yahoo previously about this issue and it was resolved temporarily, the problem has resurfaced. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly so I can view my emails as intended. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am having trouble with Yahoo. They have made me fill out a form and go through several steps to explain my issue. After receiving a confirmation code that my problem was submitted, I haven't heard back from them. I am frustrated as there is no phone number to contact them. I am even considering visiting their headquarters to get help personally. I signed up for the advanced Yahoo account for assistance, but I am still unable to block email addresses from spam messages. Despite marking them as spam, they continue to show up in my inbox. I urgently need to clean up my account and prevent junk emails. Can you please assist me with this matter?

I have encountered issues with resetting my Yahoo password. Upon receiving a text code and entering it, I didn't receive the link to change my password, followed by difficulties receiving subsequent text codes for verification. Trying to sign in on my phone's Yahoo app led to more requests for text codes. Despite entering the codes, I faced ongoing issues with signing in. The process has been confusing and seemingly impossible to resolve. Additionally, Yahoo's request to update the terms of usage agreement added to the complexity. I am considering switching to Gmail with Google due to these challenges. Should I close my Yahoo email account? For further communication, please reach out to me via my husband's email at [redacted]

Hello, my name is Stephanie Herrera. I have been using the same Yahoo email address, [redacted], for over 10 years. In [redacted], my son passed away, and shortly after, I went through a divorce. In [redacted], my ex-husband gained unauthorized access to my account. I changed my password and recovery email to a new Gmail account but have not logged in for a long time. I can't recall the password, the new recovery email, or my updated phone number. Previously, I used "smrh4eva16angel" and "wilted rose" as passwords. My old recovery email was [redacted], and my former phone number was [redacted]. Unfortunately, I do not have the new information. I urgently need access to my account as it contains precious pictures of my late son that I treasure dearly. Your assistance in recovering my account is greatly appreciated.

I am unable to access my Yahoo email account: [redacted] The recovery options through my email and phone are not currently viable in the Persian Gulf region where I am located. I can be reached via email at [redacted] while aboard my ship and would like this to be added as a valid recovery option. Please note that the ship's phone number and extension are not suitable for calls or texts due to the nature of my work and time zone differences in Dubai or Bahrain. Thank you for your assistance. -Jack W. Tucker

Greetings, I own the [redacted] email address, but unfortunately, my password is no longer working. This email is crucial to me as I have several business-related accounts linked to it. I need to regain access to these accounts. The alternative email provided is incorrect and does not exist (something like [redacted]). Kindly assist in resolving this issue promptly. Best Regards.

In early [redacted], I began having issues with my old Yahoo email address [redacted] It appeared to have been hacked, and despite multiple attempts to change the password, there were problems with the system accepting new passwords promptly. Consequently, I could only receive emails but was unable to send or reply to any messages. Seeking assistance from knowledgeable IT contacts proved to be challenging as I was directed to a helpdesk lacking a human touch, thus preventing a proper resolution. Consequently, on 31 July [redacted], I resorted to creating a new email, [redacted], which allowed me continued access to my original email, although sending emails remained impossible. Recently, I received a notification to activate my [redacted] address, with the threat of it being disabled if not done. However, my attempts to reactivate it have been unsuccessful. I am reluctant to lose 20 years' worth of emails in [redacted], so merging past messages to my new [redacted] address would be greatly appreciated. If that is not plausible, please assist in reactivating [redacted] or suggest an alternative solution. I am willing to consider a paid email address if merging the two accounts under [redacted] is feasible. Thank you.

My spouse, Herbert F., passed away on 08/17/[redacted]. He used [redacted] for his emails, which I had been checking on his cellphone. However, after my son used the phone, something went wrong with the account. Although I have his passwords, I cannot access his Yahoo account as the password seems to be incorrect. Strangely, I can still open the account on his phone, but the emails stopped coming in December [redacted]. I need help regaining access to the account. Despite numerous attempts online, I have been unsuccessful. I also tried to retrieve the account key from [redacted], but the company has closed, and Service West took over. Can you please provide me with assistance? Thank you. Rosemary D. Faatz.

I have been facing issues accessing my Yahoo account since I changed my password due to security concerns. Unfortunately, I did not make a note of the new password and now find myself unable to log back in. The account recovery process demands a phone number that I no longer have access to, ending in *** *** *24. I earnestly request to revert to my old password or find an alternative solution to regain access. This problem has persisted for over a year, and I appreciate any prompt assistance you can provide. Thank you for your help.

I have encountered issues with access to my Yahoo email accounts. Yahoo blocked my access for not agreeing to their new data protection policies, which involve accepting numerous intrusive business partners. Despite knowing my passwords, Yahoo insists I accept these partners for email access, a violation of data protection. I adamantly reject being forced to allow advertisers to track my online activity. The problem persists, and I intend to report Yahoo for noncompliance with regulations. Repeatedly asking if the issue is resolved is futile; Yahoo must respect data protection laws and cease pressuring users into accepting business partners. I have clearly expressed my concerns and previously indicated the issue as unsolved. Yahoo's actions feel unjust and must be rectified without compromising privacy.

I recently received an email from AOL asking me to review and agree to the new Terms & Conditions for GDPR compliance. However, every time I try to access the link provided to do this, it redirects me to the Breaking News page instead. I have reached out to AOL for assistance but have not received a response. A colleague also received the same email with the instruction to "review and agree now" and was able to do so, but I have not been successful. This issue is urgent for me as it may result in my email access being suspended, affecting my work. I am frustrated with the inability to agree to the new Terms & Conditions and I hope this situation can be resolved promptly to avoid any disruptions to my email access.

Hello, I have been using an email account with your company for over 20 years. My homepage is Yahoo. I used to enjoy the news and email for its simplicity. However, I am now considering making changes. The news seems to be mostly advertisements, and the email requires annoying key numbers sent by phone each time I log in. Additionally, when I try to read something interesting on the Yahoo homepage, I receive pop-up messages claiming my computer has a virus. As a customer, I suggest Yahoo improve the quality of content on the homepage to keep customers engaged. While ads are important, if the news resembles tabloids, it offers little value. I want to learn new things. Regards, M. L.

I previously reported an issue with my Yahoo account that I have been unable to access for over a year. The email associated with the account is [redacted], and the last password I recall is hola45678. Following Yahoo's recommendation to change my password due to security concerns, I did so but failed to remember the new one. I have been unable to log in since. Resetting my password using the old recovery number *** *** *24 is not viable as the number is no longer in service. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account, possibly by reverting to my previous password. Your prompt help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Last week, while in Tampa, FL at Citrus Park Mall, I had to purchase a new phone urgently. My sister is battling stage 4 COPD with only 25% lung capacity, so I needed a working phone in case of emergencies while traveling. The store clerk couldn't transfer my data immediately due to closing time, but assured me she could do it manually. Back home on May 11, [redacted], I tried logging into my Yahoo Mail, crucial for my small Craft Business and important contacts like courts, lawyers, and doctors. However, I encountered an issue with the verification code prompt showing my old number instead of my new one. I updated my phone number to [redacted], but it still requires the code sent to the old number [redacted].

Dear Yahoo Management, I've been a customer for over 20 years and have valued your services. However, the recent changes with OATH/VERIZON have left me feeling disappointed and confused. I find it challenging to navigate the new options and access my accounts due to the complexity of the process. I do not want my data to be used without my consent for any monitoring purposes. The instructions provided to manage my data usage are unclear and misleading, making it difficult for me to control my privacy settings effectively. I would appreciate it if I could easily access my Yahoo accounts without my data being exploited. Is it possible to achieve this? Thank you, Guy Fabre
