If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I lost my cell phone. The account key option has prevented me from entering my account because I don't have my cell and can't get the account key code! I am currently using my husband's cell and e-mail. Entering my e-mail address does no good since I can't access it and entering my husband's e-mail just keeps getting him more codes to enter! HELP!!!! His e-mail is *****@***.com in order to contact me. Thanks.

Actually someone found my cell phone and returned it and I was able to log in using my cell!
