I'm currently experiencing difficulty accessing my Yahoo account. It seems that I may have mistakenly changed my password while trying to log in to a different, unrelated account. I am still receiving emails on my Yahoo account, but it appears that Yahoo no longer recognizes my password. I discovered this issue when I attempted to pair my Yahoo account with my Apple Watch and followed all the instructions provided by Yahoo to recover my email without success. I have received offers from others claiming to help from Yahoo, but they ask for payment information that I am hesitant to provide. I would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this matter. Thank you for your assistance.

I'm seeking assistance regarding my deleted Yahoo inbox. Is there a way to restore it? I checked the trash, sent, and spam folders, but the messages are not there. I have cognitive issues due to MS, so I might be missing something. I have followed the instructions provided, but I am unsure if I need to pay $5 for a good faith fee and then $49. Can someone clarify this for me before transferring me? The process seems unclear, and I feel stuck in a loop. When I tried to find similar scenarios, I couldn't locate any relevant solutions. The Yahoo Assist page mentions that support is free and cautions about potential fake charges, but the instructions are confusing. Could someone please assist me with recovering my inbox situation?

Hello there! I am having trouble remembering the password for my old account, which I need to access my Facebook. If I can't retrieve it, I'll have to make a new account, which I was hoping to avoid. When I first created my Facebook years ago, I used my old email address as the Username. I have since switched to a new email address and never changed the password for either. My old email is also linked to an old phone number, making it quite challenging to recover any information. I have tried numerous solutions without success. Any assistance in recovering access to my account would be greatly appreciated. Please contact me for any help that can be offered, I am willing to do everything in my power to resolve this. Thank you for your support.

I am receiving the new Oath notification seven times a day. I am attempting to delete my Yahoo email account, but I am encountering issues. I followed the link to terminate my Yahoo email account, and it consistently states: "Oh, looks like something went wrong. Please try again later." Despite being able to sign into my email account, I am unable to delete it. I have already cleared the cache and temporary memory. How can I successfully delete my Yahoo email account? I have also accepted the new Oath terms but continue to receive the update message daily. M. Dobay

I am having trouble with my email account: [redacted] Since changing my phone carrier, I am unable to log in to my email on my new phone. Despite having the correct password documented, Yahoo does not accept it. I suspect this is due to the new phone and number not being recognized by Yahoo's security measures. The recovery process keeps prompting me for a phone number or email for verification, which I no longer have access to. Without access to my Yahoo account, I am unable to update my information. Please assist me with resolving this issue. For further communication, please use my new email: [redacted] You can reach me at [redacted]. My new phone is my sole means of accessing the internet. Thank you, L. Austin

I am experiencing frequent issues while trying to delete my Yahoo email account since May [redacted]. Even after following the provided steps, I keep encountering the error message "Uh oh, looks like something went wrong. Please try again later." I have tried to delete the account using the termination link, but the problem persists. I have logged in successfully into my email, cleared the cache, and temporary memory, but I cannot seem to get rid of my account. Additionally, I keep receiving the new Yahoo oath message daily despite accepting it. I have attempted to resolve this on another device as well, but I am still unable to delete my account or stop the oath messages from appearing. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. - M Dobay

I am experiencing difficulty in using basic functions of my Yahoo email account on my Sony Vaio Laptop in recent days. Tasks like sending emails, deleting messages, forwarding, moving, or using various keys are not working properly. Despite changing my password and logging back in, the issue persists. I can still operate my other email accounts (Rediffmail, Gmail) without any problems on the same laptop. I have an up-to-date licensed version of Quick Heal antivirus, ensuring my laptop is free of viruses and malware. Please provide guidance on resolving this matter so I can resume normal usage of my Yahoo email account. Thank you. Anup A.

I am no longer receiving login notifications on my phone from Yahoo. Previously, I would receive a prompt with an access code for verification, but now it doesn't show up despite using the same phone number. Unfortunately, my backup email is an old Yahoo account facing the same issue of not receiving the code on my phone. I am unable to access both accounts even though I remember the passwords. Due to the access key not being sent, I had to create a new Yahoo account, losing all my saved emails and files.

I have been using a Yahoo email account since [redacted]. However, I am having trouble accessing my account "[redacted]" because the recovery phone number associated with it was not updated when I changed phones. Even though I know the last two digits of the old recovery number, I no longer have access to it. I tried using my recovery email address, but nothing happens. My brother helped me change the password before, but now I am facing the same issue again. I am unable to retrieve my personal questions to reset the password. I believe these issues could have been avoided if the recovery information was updated earlier. I urgently need access to my account for important documents. Can someone assist me in recovering my account securely without relying on the personal questions? Thank you, Tami.

I am currently in the UK after working in Afghanistan. Unfortunately, I have lost my phone which had the SIM cards I used as security passes to access my emails. Now I am unable to log in as I normally do. I can only access my email address through my old iPad's browser since I no longer have the phone with me to receive the security codes. This unexpected situation has been quite burdensome for me. I have faith that Yahoo will address this matter appropriately and provide a fair solution.

I am currently unable to access my accounts. I have three accounts, but at the moment I am focused on retrieving access to [redacted] I remember the password and possess all my account information, but I no longer have access to the phone number associated with it, as it is outdated by 4 years. The recovery email I initially set up was entered incorrectly as [redacted] Due to past computer issues, I enforced tight security measures on all my accounts which now hinder me as I am unable to retrieve the required phone number. I kindly request assistance either in bypassing the second verification step or updating the recovery email to the correct one: [redacted] I believe with my password, I will be able to regain access. This email contains important reference letters that I urgently require. I have been attempting to regain access sporadically for three years now, and it has been a challenging process. While on vacation, I had my wife set up email on her phone to check my messages, but now I need to stop this to keep surprises a secret. I noticed in your system an option to remove the "Yahoo Mail Application" from "apps connected to my account." I'm unsure if removing this will affect my own access. Can someone call me today at [redacted] to assist with this? Please respond to my alternate email to ensure my wife doesn't see your reply. Thank you.

Subject: Assistance Needed to Access Email Account Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out for assistance as I am unable to access my email address [redacted] The verification key required to open the email was sent to my phone number [redacted] [redacted] 79 76, Samsung Galaxy J5. Unfortunately, my phone was broken for three weeks, and I only recently got it repaired yesterday, 09.05.[redacted]. When I attempted to access my email, I found that the option to view the key was no longer available. The only option provided was to send the key to a new address, [redacted] Despite not making any changes, my email no longer recognizes my phone number [redacted] [redacted] 79 76. It is concerning as the alternative address, [redacted], belongs to my ex-husband, with whom I am not on good terms. I suspect he may have altered the account details. I kindly request your support in regaining access to my email, resetting the password, updating the recovery email address, and linking my phone number to receive the verification key. Thank you for your understanding and prompt assistance. Warm regards, Iva Rimac

I have been struggling to access my email account at [redacted] for almost two weeks now. Initially, I couldn't recall my password as I had never manually logged out of the email app on my phone, which was always open without requiring a password. After my phone got damaged and I replaced it twice, the new phone did not update my email app information like the previous one did without needing a password. I found my password eventually, but despite entering the correct passcode, Yahoo kept redirecting me to an old recovery number from [redacted] that I no longer use. Even though I have a recovery email, it's pointless if the recovery code is sent to an outdated number I no longer have. After finally getting signed in briefly, I saw the menu briefly before the page went black, leading me to believe my email may have been hacked, especially considering the past hack incidents with Yahoo.

I am struggling to access my account after it was hacked. The recovery email and phone number have been changed without my consent, and the same has happened to my Facebook account. I have been using [redacted] as my Yahoo email and have never modified the password or set up a recovery email. Surprisingly, now, there is a different recovery email address showing up. I'm based in New Zealand, and my primary contact number is [redacted]. Previously, the password was eva123, which also used to work for my Facebook login. Urgently seeking assistance as someone is intruding into my personal accounts. For any communication, you can reach out to my mother at the provided email. Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account. Despite resetting the password multiple times over the past two years, I am still encountering issues. Although the password occasionally works, it is currently not functioning. Furthermore, I changed the recovery email address nearly 8 years ago, but the system is prompting me for an outdated Hotmail address that no longer exists. I have updated the recovery email, but the system still reflects the old Hotmail address. The phone number associated with the account, [redacted], is outdated, as I no longer have that phone. My past passwords include "change1," "loyalty1," "Movingon2017," and "Movingon2018." I recently updated my password in October [redacted]. Despite inputting the correct password, the system is not accepting it. I have updated my email address, yet the old one is still listed. I no longer have access to that phone number and have removed it from my account. I updated my recovery email address over two years ago and it remains the same. My email is [redacted]

I am experiencing difficulties accessing my account. Over the past two years, I have had to reset my password multiple times, and even after doing so, it still does not function properly. Tonight, the password is not working at all. Despite changing my recovery email address nearly 8 years ago, the system is prompting me for an outdated Hotmail address that no longer exists. I have tried resetting the password several times, and though I am certain of entering the correct information, the system insists it is incorrect. I have updated my recovery email address, but the system is still using the old Hotmail address. The phone number [redacted] listed is no longer in use. My past passwords include: change1, loyalty1, Movingon2017, and Movingon2018. Although I changed my password in October [redacted], the system is not recognizing it. I have verified the correct password and updated my email address, but the system has not reflected these changes. Kindly assist me in resolving this matter. Thank you.
