If you're having issues with a password, try resetting it using your email address (be sure to use the correct spelling). Click "Forgot Password" under the login, then follow the prompt. You should have the option to reset with your phone number.

I am trying to sign into my yahoo account but the 'New Privacy' page comes up. I try to 'accept' and just get 'oops something went wrong - please try again later'. This has been going on for at least three days. What is the problem Yahoo? - sort it out please. The email I am trying to access is for my business - should I make a claim against Yahoo for lost business?!! I have given you an alternative email so that you can get back to me SOON. Thanks

Sorry, I didn't actually fix anything! I just kept on - over and over again - clicking on 'accept' and, eventually it let me in...............
