I was fortunate to receive a complimentary outfit from your company. I am delighted with the shirt; it fits perfectly. However, I must mention that the pants are too big for me. I am torn between trying them on and sending you pictures to show the fit, or returning them to you. Even though the outfit was free, I genuinely adore your products. I want well-fitting pants to proudly showcase to my friends and family, who are envious of my win. I have been boasting about your brand and hope to bring you more customers from Arkansas. I eagerly await your response on whether to exchange or return the pants. I cherish the items, so I am determined to have a pair that fits me well. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I am looking to replace a pair of xoxo Ramsey sandals, size 9.5 US in red, that were unfortunately stolen during a recent trip to Tel Aviv. They are one of my wife's favorite pairs but seem difficult to find as they might be from an older season. I have searched extensively without any success in locating them. I am willing to pay for shipping from any location if you can help me find a pair or direct me to a stockist in the USA that has this specific color and size. Thank you for your assistance. I purchased a pair of XOXO Morton black knee-high boots with Style Number: XO193250 in Women's Size US6M around 2 weeks ago. I have only worn them three times for short periods, and to my disappointment, I noticed that the boots are separating from the soles on both sides. I am frustrated as this is my first pair of knee-high boots, and I expected them to be in good condition being new; however, they are already falling apart. I find this unacceptable and am requesting that the matter be addressed promptly. Thank you, -Jade C.

Hello Team, I recently redeemed an xoxo code for an Amazon voucher. A 14-15 digit Amazon voucher number was generated, which I received via text message on my mobile phone. Unfortunately, my mobile has been hard reset, and I have lost the text message with the Amazon voucher number. Could you please assist in retrieving or resending the SMS containing the voucher number? The mobile number associated with the voucher is [redacted], and my email is [redacted] The xoxo code used was 8dd43b2af3b9, and the voucher is valid through October 13, [redacted].
