I am encountering difficulty logging out of my Mi account with the ID [redacted] due to a forgotten password. The recovery process to reset the password sends a verification code to an old phone number +91 [redacted] that is no longer valid. I attempted to verify manually using a different recovery number but have not received any contact or email after providing the necessary information. I am unsure when Xiaomi will respond. This issue is preventing me from backing up or factory resetting my phone. To address this, I created a new account under +91 [redacted], but I need to log out of the old account on my device first before logging into the new one.

Hi, I'm Nereen from Sri Lanka. I recently bought the Xiaomi A2 Lite and attempted to root the software, but encountered issues. Upon starting up, errors appeared stating ''your device can't be checked for corruptions.'' To resolve this, I tried a fastboot to recover the stock rom and learned that locking the bootloader could potentially prevent the error. After using adb & fastboot to lock the system, my phone now displays a white screen with the Mi symbol turning black after a few seconds. When I attempted to unlock the bootloader using "fastboot oem unlock," I received an error message "remote: oem unlock is not allowed." Unfortunately, I can't manually enable oem due to the bricked system. I am seeking urgent assistance and would greatly appreciate a prompt reply. Thank you.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing about my recent purchase made on AliExpress through your Xiaomi MC Store. I ordered a vacuum cleaner (JIMMY JV51 Handheld Cordless Vacuum Cleaner Portable Wireless Cyclone Filter 115AW Suction) with the order ID: [redacted][redacted] on May 30th. When I received the package approximately a week later, I noticed that the box was unsealed, missing a battery that should have been included. I contacted the representative of XIAOMI MC Store on AliExpress, Ms. Jessica Wong, on June 5th regarding this issue. However, the assistance provided has been unsatisfactory. Despite sending photos of the parts and engaging in extensive conversations, I have been asked to create a video of opening the parcel, which I am unable to do given my circumstances. I find Jessica's handling of the situation to be unprofessional and lacking in logic. I kindly request your help in resolving this matter promptly by providing me with the missing battery for the vacuum cleaner. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, D. L. I purchased an electric scooter approximately 10 months ago, and a friend recently notified me of a recall. The scooter has been used daily by my son, and over time, the back bumper and the rubber cover for the charger point have broken off. Although the scooter is scratched and well-used, we are satisfied with its performance. We contacted xiamoi China, who directed us to the retailer for assistance. After taking the scooter back to the shop, they were initially unaware of the recall and have since provided a list of necessary repairs that include a new battery, back bumper, and charger cover, which were not requested. The shop has declined to address the recall issue due to the scooter's condition and is now asking for £40 for transportation back to the shop. I find this situation unacceptable, as a recall should be resolved regardless of cosmetic damage. Any suggestions on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thank you.

My Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro is experiencing issues with its location services. Currently running on MIUI 11.0.4, I have granted location permissions to all relevant apps. Despite this, recent apps are unable to access my location accurately. Even after modifying the location settings to GPS only, the problem persists as it continues to use Bluetooth, WiFi, and GPS. I have verified that apps are permitted to run in the background in the battery saver settings. This problem is hindering my travel plans, causing difficulty in navigation. I am actively seeking a solution to resolve this inconvenience.

My Redmi K20 Pro Premium is now hard-bricked and needs to be put into EDL Mode for flashing. To do this, I have to remove the glass back cover and short the two pins near the black antenna while plugging in the USB-C at the same time. This issue occurred after I bought the "Global" ROM version from AliExpress, but it turned out to be a modified Chinese ROM with language support. The phone model is 'Raphaels', and having 'Raphael' and Bootloader Lock activated can brick the device instantly, which is what happened. I attempted to flash a correct Chinese ROM for the 'Raphaels' model using the Xiaomi Mi Flash Tool. Unfortunately, the software defaulted to "clean all and lock" without me realizing it, resulting in the bricking of the device.

My Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro, also known as Redmi K20 Pro, has been experiencing battery charging and rebooting issues recently. It randomly reboots, fails to charge at times, and occasionally charges at a high speed. Today, it unexpectedly shut down with 90% battery remaining. When I attempt to boot or charge it, the screen briefly displays the Mi logo followed by an empty battery icon with a red cross through it. The phone has not been subjected to bending, water exposure, or any falls. I have only had it for 2.5 weeks. Although I updated the firmware to MiUI 11, I cannot confirm if it performed better before the update. I am considering sending it to my provider for repairs or replacement, as it should be covered under warranty. However, I am exploring the possibility of resolving the issue at home but currently cannot boot the phone into recovery mode or perform a factory reset. Thank you for your assistance.

My Xiomi email has not been working for several days now. I keep getting an error message that reads: "java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to get provider com.kingsoft.smime.db.CertificateProvider: android.database.sqlite.SQLiteException: no such table: main.certificates (code 1)." This is preventing me from accessing my emails. I have tried to troubleshoot the issue but have been unsuccessful. Any advice on how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased a Redmi K30 from China. Unfortunately, some Google services and apps are not working correctly on the device. I was looking forward to the launch of the Redmi K30 in India so I could flash the Indian firmware onto it. However, I have now learned that it will not be launching in India. I am unsure what to do next. My current location services are not functioning, making it impossible to order food or book a cab. Additionally, streaming services like Netflix and Sony Liv are not compatible.

Hola, buenas tardes.

Hello Xiaomi, I purchased a Redmi Note 7 ten months ago. After three months, the power button fell out, and despite receiving no assistance from the seller, I managed a temporary fix using sticky tape. Recently, my phone started experiencing an infinite boot-loop, and as an engineer, I discovered that the microswitch was constantly activated even after removing the button. I need a solution to this recurring issue as the phone is becoming unusable. I hope to avoid replacing my Redmi so soon since overall, I am pleased with it. Thank you, Ben

I recently purchased the Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro and I am extremely disappointed with the battery performance. Despite only having it for a week, I have noticed significant battery draining issues. Even with minimal usage like scrolling through social media and sending messages on WhatsApp, the battery depletes at a rapid rate, about 1% per minute. When I approached the store for assistance, I was given a vague explanation about waiting for the phone to adjust to software updates, which I find unacceptable. Xiaomi needs to address this problem promptly or they risk losing my recommendation to others.

I have the Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite. In short, I find the phone to be a beautiful device with good performance, but it has presented several issues. I often make extended video calls lasting more than 7 hours. At around the 7-hour mark, the screen starts to fail - it stops displaying any image, begins to flicker, and eventually goes black. I noticed this through the Team Viewer app; the phone screen goes black while the computer still shows the image. I'm not sure what's causing this issue, but it seems to be a problem with the phone itself. I had it replaced under warranty, but the replacement phone continued to have the same problem. It's worth noting that these issues started after updating the phone to Android 9, and to fix the problem, I have to restart the device.

I have the Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite. In summary, I find the phone very nice with good performance, but it has presented several issues. I make lengthy video calls for over 7 hours, and at the 7-hour mark, the screen starts to fail. It stops displaying images, starts flickering, and eventually goes black. I noticed this through the Team Viewer app; the screen is black, but it shows on the computer. I don't know the cause of this issue, but it seems to be a problem with the phone. When I took it for warranty, they replaced it, but the new phone had the same problem. All these issues started after the phone updated to Android 9. Restarting the phone seems to temporarily fix the problem. I need help; this issue is tiring me out.

Good morning, I bought a 55" 4K UHD TV 2 months ago and for the past 3 days, I can't hear the sound from the TV channels, although I can hear system sounds, Netflix, internet, etc. The issue only occurs when watching regular TV channels. I have tried rescanning the channels, unplugging and reconnecting the antenna cable, but there is no sound. Interestingly, when I go to the TV settings and select the original input or the Spanish input for sound, I can hear it, but as soon as I exit the settings, the sound disappears again. This happened once before about a month ago, and it fixed itself after a while, but now I can't seem to resolve it. Could you please advise me on what steps to take to fix this issue? Thank you.

I am disappointed with the post-sale service provided by Xiaomi. I purchased a Mi Band 3 on September 30, [redacted], and it stopped charging in mid-June [redacted]. I visited the Mi Service Center in Chandannagar, Hooghly, WB - [redacted] in July [redacted]. The Mi executives have been unable to diagnose the product due to lack of available slots despite multiple attempts, even as recent as September 26, [redacted]. With the warranty expiring in 5 days, I expect the repair to be covered under warranty without any cost to me. The delay and lack of service are concerning, and I hope for an extension of the warranty and a resolution. I am reachable at [redacted] or via email at [redacted]

I have a Redmi Note 3 from China and now I'm in New Zealand. I'm having trouble connecting to Google Play services even though I have the latest app version. The error message says that I can't establish a reliable connection to the server from different locations. I can log in with other devices on the same network without issues. I installed Google Play from the Xiaomi shop APK since it's removed in the factory setup. While I used Google Play on this phone before, I removed all Google data. I'm not interested in using Xiaomi accounts or servers. I have tried various solutions like clearing data, restarting, and following video guides without success. As the websites here rely heavily on Google services, I need help to resolve this to make my phone functional again. Unfortunately, as there's no chat support, I would be grateful for a step-by-step guide in French, English, Chinese, or Spanish.

Recently, my Mi Box was functioning flawlessly until I was prompted to update to Android 9. Subsequent to the update, the audio output became significantly reduced. Despite my efforts, including watching numerous YouTube tutorials for assistance, the issue remains unresolved. I attempted basic troubleshooting steps such as restarting the device, changing the HDMI cable, resetting the Mi Box, and even uninstalling the Google Voice Assistant when it stopped working. However, despite solving the Voice Assistant problem, the audio issues persist. I am feeling discouraged by this situation and am seeking guidance to rectify the audio problem on my Mi Box. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, My phone suddenly stopped working last night. It was charging and had about 80% battery when it just shut off. I tried turning it back on, but nothing happened. I left it overnight hoping it would turn on by my alarm time in the morning, but it didn't. I removed the SIM and SD cards, but still no luck. I couldn't even open the back cover to check for battery connection issues. Normally, there's a charging indicator light on the top left of the screen, which is now constantly on. When I connected it to my laptop, it only detected the connection but didn't show any files. I need urgent assistance with this problem. Thank you.
