Hi, **Decided to join Xero on Feb ****, A bookkeeper helped me to start setting up Xero package , suppose to get one month free trial but I got charged since the day ,**Never used the package from joining date and lost contact with Xero since non of the phone numbers was available ,**Cant find the bookkeeper who started installing the package therefore not sure what happened and why she did the wrong setting ,**In general I am very disappointed with my decision to start using Xero package ,**I wish to talk to someone to explain my situation and hope to resolve it ,**At the present time I am paying $**.** per month to Xero for last ** months and e have not being connected or be able to use the package **Haven't had a chance to be in touch earlier but I need to finalise this as soon as possible ,**I need to know :***- Why I did not get one month free trial ?**- Can I get any refund or credit for last ** months of payments made to Xero and not being connected at all ?**- Can I cancel the membership ?**- Is there any chance for support team to call me ?**Thanks.*Gloria Saeedi
