The issue in GetHuman-jmtrwhit's own words
i had already asked for a refund however it was denied because i had already played the game which is flawed logic, i had played the game to attempt to find out if it was worth keeping, after continuous play i had decided that it was not worth the asking price so i requested a refund. however the ticket was closed without me even being allowed to respond, so under the **** australian competition and consumer act i am entitled to compensation or a refund or else these laws will be broken

GetHuman-jmtrwhit did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
