I am concerned about my Xbox Live feature being unexpectedly blocked due to Game Pass, which I have repeatedly stated I do not want. I paid for it, immediately canceled it, and intended to use a prepaid 3-month Live card instead. However, a month later, I am struggling to get assistance on this matter. I have been a loyal customer for years, but now I feel like I am being mistreated. Please investigate my account. It shouldn't be this difficult to use a service I have already paid for. Xbox should not automatically convert my Live card to Game Pass without my consent, leaving me without either service. I simply want the 3-month Live card I purchased to be applied to my account as usual. My gamer tag is NINJA DRIFTA.

I recently purchased a new Xbox Live 12-month Gold membership for my Xbox [redacted]. I activated it using my new Microsoft account, but it hasn't linked to my profile. How can I ensure it becomes active on my Xbox [redacted]? I've learned that Microsoft may have discontinued the 12-month Gold to prepare for the new Xbox. If this is affecting my subscription, how can I convert it to a compatible membership without any additional costs?

Hello, I am Joshua Huynh and my Xbox account is [redacted] I purchased the game NBA2K21, which initially worked well. However, I encountered an issue where my shooter meter froze in both the career and quick match modes. Despite reaching out to Xbox support five times and following steps provided by 2K support, the problem remains unresolved. I am now seeking a refund for the game due to the lack of assistance from both Xbox and 2K support.

I'm experiencing an issue with my Xbox One account. About a year ago, I forgot my password and security details. Despite submitting multiple verification forms to Microsoft, I haven't been successful in recovering my account. This prolonged ordeal has kept me from using my Xbox One for quite some time. While I appreciate Microsoft's commitment to security, the process has been frustrating. Each time I submit a form, I'm told there isn't enough information and to try another form. I would greatly appreciate speaking with a representative over the phone to resolve this matter promptly.

Last week, my Cold War game was running smoothly on my Xbox One S. However, on Friday night, I started receiving an error message (0x87e1000c) stating there was an issue launching the game. After attempting to reinstall, I encountered another error (0x[redacted]0), claiming the installation file was corrupt. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like ejecting and reinserting the disk, restarting downloads, and even trying on different consoles, the issue persists. Other discs install without any problem on my consoles, ruling out a hardware issue. I've attempted multiple solutions like clearing space, resetting the router, and disconnecting the online connection. Unfortunately, the problem persists. I would appreciate any help to resolve this issue and get back to enjoying my game.

I am quite knowledgeable about Xbox and internet troubleshooting, so I am not interested in the typical advice to reset the modem or restart the Xbox. Lately, I have noticed that my Xbox is downloading content at much slower speeds than usual. I have confirmed that it's not an issue with my internet connection because I experienced the same problem at a friend's house. This issue occurs whether I am using Wi-Fi or a direct connection. My Xbox model is the older Xbox One, the 1TB Master Chief Edition. If anyone has any suggestions to help me address this slowdown, please share them with me.

I am experiencing an issue with my Xbox where I cannot sign into my account to play COD Cold War. I decided to restart my console due to glitches, but upon rebooting, a message appeared stating that the person who purchased the game needs to sign in, even though I was already signed in. Consequently, I am unable to play the game as it continues to prompt me with this message. Having recently invested a significant amount in this game, it is frustrating that it is not working merely weeks later. I have tried reaching out to Xbox for assistance over the phone, but unfortunately, they have not been able to help me.

I canceled my Xbox Game Pass a while back, but the charges are still being attempted. Today, money was withdrawn because funds were added to the account, even though I've attempted to cancel the subscription multiple times. Despite receiving confirmation of cancellation, the charges persist. I no longer use the Game Pass and I am considering removing all my cards from my Xbox due to the frustration of charges continuing after cancellation.

I recently purchased a 3-month card that did not work. I tried to activate it at Walmart, but they said it was already activated during purchase. I ended up buying another card that worked fine. However, when I redeemed the card today, I couldn't disable the monthly subscription. I plan to get my own subscription. Please turn off the monthly subscription. The problematic card code is: V7JJX.QJKGC.X67HW.HYRPR.FK6KZ. I've been a loyal customer since the first Xbox and paid $33.50 for the card. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter. Thank you, and Merry Christmas. Email: [redacted]

My friend and I are sharing games. My gameshare is working fine using the home Xbox feature, but I keep losing his access even after he has used up his switches to share it back with me. He insists he's not revoking access, and this has been a recurring issue with previous friends as well. I need a solution to regain access to his gameshare consistently. Any advice would be appreciated.

I need assistance with a recent charge for an Xbox Live subscription on my daughter's account. I did not purchase this subscription since [redacted]. I was charged $24.99 without authorization. When speaking with an agent, I learned the charge was declined because I received a refund in June [redacted]. I need proof of this refund rejection to dispute the charge with my bank due to unauthorized billing. Please do not send any communication to my Outlook email account as I am unable to access it. Thank you for your help.

I am having trouble accessing my Xbox Live account. Despite knowing my password, I am unable to sign in as it requires a verification code. However, I no longer have access to the email or phone number associated with the account due to a recent move. I do not recall setting up 2-factor verification, which complicates the situation. Microsoft’s account recovery link has not been successful after multiple attempts. Unfortunately, I cannot contact support because signing in is the primary issue. Any advice or assistance would be highly valued, as the support from Microsoft has not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I have been consistently experiencing unauthorized Microsoft X-Box charges on my credit cards for several months now. Despite previous attempts to resolve this issue through Microsoft customer support and my bank, the problem persists. I have incurred $[redacted].65 worth of charges between 12 JUL [redacted] - 30 AUG [redacted]. My bank has been supportive in closing out my credit cards three times to stop the unauthorized charges, but they keep happening with new cards issued. It is evident that someone outside of my family is fraudulently using my credit card. Additionally, there were unsuccessful attempts to use my Government travel card, which were promptly flagged and the cards were closed. I seek assistance in obtaining refunds for the unauthorized charges and investigating to prevent further occurrences.

I have been repeatedly charged for Microsoft Xbox transactions on my credit cards, totaling $[redacted].65 between July 12, [redacted], and August 30, [redacted]. Despite contacting Microsoft customer support and attempting to request a refund through their site, I have not received any feedback. My bank has removed some charges but not all, and I have had to close my credit cards three times to stop unauthorized charges. There have also been attempts to use my Government travel card, which were prevented by the bank. It is clear that someone is fraudulently using my credit cards for these transactions. I urgently need help to refund the outstanding charges and investigate and put an end to this situation.

I am interested in upgrading my recent purchases of two games, Assassin's Creed Valhalla and Watchdogs Legion, to their respective "Ultimate Edition" bundles as I find these games highly enjoyable. I bought the standard base game versions about a month ago for each title. I would like to exchange my base game purchases for the more premium "Ultimate Edition" versions. My Xbox Gamertag is DJ Blazkowicz X, and you can reach me via my associated email address [redacted] Thank you, Dan E.

Hello, my name is Ignacio, I am experiencing difficulties with my Xbox One's internet connection. A few months back, Xbox Live disconnected on its own. When attempting to reconnect, the option to "Go Offline" appeared even though I was already offline. Upon checking the internet connection, the Xbox indicated it was connected. However, when trying to connect wirelessly and entering the correct SSID, it displayed an error message stating the security protocol was incompatible. Despite changing the network security protocol and connecting to different networks, the issue persists. It's an intricate problem, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving it. Thank you.

I have not used my Xbox account in a while. When I tried to play again, it requested my account's password. Unfortunately, I couldn't recall it, so I attempted to reset it. The problem is, the email associated with my account is outdated, and I can't remember the password since I was only 11 years old when I created it. Creating a new account and gamer tag isn't ideal because I would lose all my progress in the games I enjoy. I have attempted to contact Microsoft support but have been unable to reach a representative for assistance. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

I recently installed my Xbox 1s and encountered an issue with accessing certain apps due to a family restriction limiting content to appropriate for 7-year-olds. I reside alone without any children in the household, making this restriction puzzling. At 49 years old, I am unsure how this setting was implemented and seek a prompt resolution. My email address and Xbox sign-in are both [redacted] I am willing to provide age verification, as this is indeed my account. Your assistance in rectifying this matter promptly is greatly appreciated.
