On Aug *th my * year accidentally purchased a game for **.**. I got an alert on my phone immediately. I went right to his room to tell him to delete it and I went forward with sending an email for a refund. I still haven't received anything. Not even an email response. The app shows that it is still being reviewed. I need this resolved immediately. I cant afford this kind of thing. All other purchases that have been made since, were all approved by me and his mother. Order number **********
