Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my main Xbox account, XGunxRumX, which has been permanently banned. The associated email has been blocked, and I am in urgent need of account recovery. I have contacted Xbox support, and they have forwarded my case to the enforcement team. However, I have yet to receive any updates from them or the account recovery team after waiting for two weeks for the ban issue and a week for account recovery. My account was banned due to receiving numerous reports from players regarding a practice I was doing in the game, but I believe it was not intended to provide me with an unfair advantage. I apologize for any inconvenience caused and wish to have my account restored. I have always adhered to Xbox's rules and Code of Conduct and have not knowingly violated any policies. I seek assistance in resolving this matter and would appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to proceed. Thank you.

I contacted Amazon Prime about an issue and discovered my account was locked. The Amazon Prime representative asked me to purchase five $[redacted] X-box gift cards to unlock my account. I provided the scratch numbers to the representative, thinking it was required to resolve the issue. However, I later learned this was unnecessary. I purchased the gift cards on July 15th but have not used them. At 73 years old, I have no use for them. I am seeking a refund but was unable to obtain one from my bank or Amazon. The card details are as follows: 1) VY2PV-9GPPF-PXXDT-32YJV-6KXDZ 2) W9CG7-TKKRC-MCRMK-243FH-DWGFZ 3) QCYT6-034FK-9CD63-GKX6H-23VHZ 4) XJ37H-QFDGV-42YFX-MV4KH-FMGWZ 5) V7DRG-VQ29D-4W6QJ-9XFW3-7DQ9Z.

I am having issues with my Xbox account. The recent reports are not from me; my gamertag is dragster [redacted]. I have been previously hacked, and now someone is using my account to threaten other players, affecting my reputation. Please remove the "reputation needs work" label and clear my record of these false reports. It's important for me to have my old account back as my girlfriend uses it to connect with me while she's away in Pennsylvania due to her mother's health issues. The messages and threats are not from me but from the hacker. I need your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

My son purchased an Xbox from Xbox.com, but it hasn't arrived after ten days despite the promised 2-day shipping. He used his hard-earned money for this purchase before his upcoming surgery. Unfortunately, he hasn't received a tracking number for order WPXB[redacted]32. The funds were sent to a PayPal account under the name "Bestonlineshop," which seems suspicious since other individuals have reported similar scams online involving Xbox and nintendo purchases. I believe we may have been victims of a scam. Is there any way to stop payment to a PayPal account once the money has been withdrawn?

I have noticed an unwanted name appearing under my gamertag on Xbox One S that I did not add. Despite my efforts, I can't seem to remove it. This alternate name shows up when I play online, replacing my actual gamertag (shanerrr). Additionally, the icon I selected has also been changed without my permission. I find it frustrating that the company offers to change the gamertag for a fee, especially when I am not responsible for this unwanted alteration. This experience is making me contemplate switching to PlayStation.

I recently had my Xbox account banned despite not engaging in any inappropriate behavior. While playing, my mic was muted, and I was in a different room, not communicating with anyone. It appears someone I defeated in a game may have reported me out of spite, as they have a history of doing so when losing. I suspect they reported me again, leading to the ban. I attempted to appeal the ban with no success. I am frustrated by this situation as I was simply trying to enjoy the game, and now I am unfairly penalized. I hope for assistance in resolving this issue and having the ban lifted so I can continue playing without any unjust restrictions.

Hello, my name is Nahsir Mack. I recently switched back to Xbox from PlayStation. I had Xbox before but got bored as my friends were not active. So, I switched to PlayStation but found it weird and didn't like it. Now, I am enjoying Xbox One X with my friends, playing Fortnite and Roblox. Unfortunately, I am facing issues logging into my account "Durkio Raps." Despite changing the password, it keeps showing an error message prompting me to visit account.live.com. This problem is frustrating, especially after not having my Xbox for a week. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue promptly. Thank you.

I hesitated to reach out again after my previous issue, but I now feel compelled to share a new concern. I have been the recipient of multiple messages that constitute sexual harassment. Despite reporting the initial message, the harassment persisted with messages arriving every 15 to 30 minutes thereafter. This ongoing behavior is unacceptable to me, especially given that I received a swift two-day ban for using inappropriate language in response to harassment I faced in-game a week prior. The recent case of sexual harassment I experienced is where I must firmly oppose such mistreatment. Specifics include: - I play on Xbox One under the gamer tag iFam3. - During a game of COD, a player with the gamertag Jigglypuff#[redacted] asked about my gender and proceeded to make inappropriate comments about my physical appearance. - The ban I received previously was due to a frustrated message I sent while playing Red Dead Redemption 2, following consistent in-game harassment. The individual continuously impeded my progress, leading me to use explicit language in response. Despite the mature content of the game, my ban was immediate. Seeking assurance that appropriate action has been taken against the individual who subjected me to sexual harassment is essential for my peace of mind. I have reported and blocked the offender and hope for further assistance beyond mere advice.

I sent my console to your company on July 2nd. I uploaded 30 photos to show it was in good condition and securely packaged. It was shipped out on July 3rd and was only in the warehouse for 5 hours. Despite this, a representative mentioned they were already working on it. This experience has made me question the customer relationship. I had a positive experience with Xbox [redacted] surviving a fire, unlike my Xbox One X, which malfunctioned after only 3 months of use. I used to have tech support contact info that now seems nonexistent. This whole situation is disappointing, especially considering I extended the warranty during Covid-19. My family also uses Xbox because of my loyalty. It's frustrating that my warranty expired and no one took the time to inspect the console upon arrival. I am not happy with how my console was returned in a worse state.

For several months, my son has been targeted by a player on XBOX Live with the gamertag SweatyOGSoul#[redacted]. The harassment includes kicking him out of games, muting him, disabling permissions, name-calling, and encouraging bullying from others. The impact of this behavior has been especially tough during the COVID isolation period in New York State. Despite my son facing consequences for minor issues, this player continues their harmful behavior unchecked. Witnessing my son's distress has been heart-wrenching. I'm seeking support from XBOX to address this ongoing problem, although providing evidence is challenging. It's frustrating to see my son's gaming experience tarnished by someone lacking basic decency. I hesitate to share my son's gamertag for fear of retaliation.

I purchased an Xbox for my son a year and a half ago, and it came with Fortnite Gold. I recently discovered that I've been charged $10.73 each month for this, as well as additional purchases for skins, dance moves, and V-Bucks. Due to financial difficulties after losing my job, I cannot afford these charges. Although my son enjoys the game, I never authorized these monthly fees. I suspect it may have been a trial for the gold package. I previously reached out to Epic or Microsoft about this issue but received no response. I want my son to continue playing but need assistance resolving this matter. Please contact me to discuss further. Thank you.

I bought Fallout 76 for my friend on Xbox, but he can't play it due to a licensing issue. Xbox support couldn't assist him since I made the purchase. I have the order number, [redacted], from buying the game on July 18, [redacted]. I hope this can be resolved so he can enjoy playing it soon.

I have been noticing unauthorized charges on my credit card from a Road Block game that supposedly used my card as a backup two years ago. After closing the associated account, I am seeking a complete refund. Despite trying to contact them via phone and text without a response, I am at a loss on how to address the substantial sums deducted. My name is Michael J Beard Sr., and you can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]. It is urgent that I speak with a representative about this matter.

I recently purchased a used Xbox One S with games, and have been using the account that automatically signs in upon startup. After making purchases on this account, I am now unable to sign in a few months later as I don't have the password. I created a new sign in, but all the games are missing, although I have the downloads on my Xbox. I am unable to play them though. The sign-in details are linked to "awakenings" at [redacted]

My Xbox account has been compromised, and the linked email has been changed. Despite my attempts to regain access, I have been unsuccessful. The perpetrator has also made unauthorized transactions using my account. I urgently need to recover my account to remove my card details. My gamer tag is PRIMETROOP, and the previous email associated with it was [redacted] Any assistance would be highly valued. Thank you, A. Jones.

Hello, I recently purchased three add-on packs for Minecraft on Xbox Live. The descriptions of these packs led me to believe I was getting extra furniture and equipment for crafting and building. However, after purchasing, I realized that what the packs actually do is allow you to download maps with limited content. I was specifically looking for additional furniture for creative mode and typed in "furniture for creative mode" when purchasing. The descriptions did not mention that I needed to download a map separately, leading to confusion. I feel misled and would like a refund for the three packs as I did not receive what I expected. I hope you can review my order history and understand my frustration. Please contact me at my email [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

Good morning, I encountered an issue and I'm uncertain about who to reach out to for assistance. My 5-year-old woke up early this morning and went into her brother's room to play his Xbox One without permission. Last month, I subscribed to your premium service, the Xbox Ultimate package, which started with a low-cost trial for the first month and required a credit card for the recurring monthly subscription fee. They have been enjoying the additional games from the Game Pass. Today, I received a notification of a $43.29 charge to Microsoft Corporation at 08:00:53 MDT, processed through my PayPal account linked to the subscription. Although my daughter usually plays only the games her brother has downloaded or games from the Game Pass, this morning, she inadvertently attempted to access a game outside of the subscription. I was unaware they could make purchases without a password prompt and am distressed as I am managing my mother's hospitalization in FL from TX. I hope to resolve this matter and possibly seek a refund for the unauthorized purchase. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Mindy

I have two grandsons, both with Xbox accounts. On July 30, [redacted], I authorized one of them to buy Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Digital Standard Edition for $59.99. The charge appeared as pending on my credit card. The purchase was reversed on August 3, [redacted], claiming my card was declined. After canceling the order and sorting it with my bank, I allowed my grandson to buy the same game again without issues. However, today I was charged $59.99 once more. I contacted Microsoft/Xbox, but they couldn't locate the charge. My bank confirmed the charge today and suggested cancelling my card to dispute it, which I'd prefer not to do. I believe this recent charge is related to order #[redacted] from July 30, [redacted]. My bank can't see the initial pending charge. Please investigate this matter. The email linked to the charge is [redacted] Thank you.

I recently bought Red Dead Redemption for $64.99, and now I see it's being sold for more than the version I wanted to purchase. I am frustrated because there was no notification of this sale, and it feels unfair. I'm wondering if there is a way to upgrade to the version that offers more content, especially since it's available for less than what I paid. I would appreciate if this could be rectified and upgraded to the ultimate edition to show goodwill. I feel like I've been taken advantage of, considering the better version is now offered at a lower price. I don't understand why this happens to MS customers, especially as a Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Subscriber. Thank you for any assistance.

I encountered an issue trying to log into GTA 5 online due to a permission error. Research suggested checking billing details and then possibly deleting and re-logging into the account. Following this advice, I tried logging in with the email and password associated with my original Xbox [redacted] account, predating my Xbox One purchase. By doing this, I ended up reactivating my old Xbox [redacted] account. For help with this situation, I found the following steps recommended to regain permission for GTA 5: Remove your Xbox Live account from the console by accessing Settings > Account > Remove accounts on the Dashboard. After selecting the profile to remove, you can then proceed to sign in and add your account back to the Xbox One. This process should resolve any conflicts with Xbox Live Gold subscriptions.
