Help with my Xbox issue

I made me account and a profile got the gold membership everything was good * day later it's not letting me sign in its says who are you , then I put my name and password in it says go to account.live.com, I go there do everything they tell me still nothing, I have held the xbox power button down for ** sec nothing, I unplugged my wifi the motor for *min and turned on , sign in nothing, I removed my profile and tried again my profile is totally lost now , now my profile is gone my membership is gone and have tried everything, can I at least get my MONEY back from membership, I have played my game with the membership only for * days , **$ for four days*After that I deleted everything all accounts , everything I had, I deleted, my xbox did an update so I tried again made another profile *This time, I got *$ membership, * days later the same thing happened again *Can I help get some help or is xbox just going to TAKE MY HARD EARNED MONEY
