I recently purchased an Apple Watch Series 5, but unfortunately, I encountered an issue where it would not charge despite trying different charging blocks and outlets. After contacting Apple support and receiving a repair box (Case number: [redacted]85), I was unable to send it in due to illness. I decided to purchase a new USB-C charger from Apple.com to troubleshoot before returning the watch. Today, I received the new charger from the Apple Store (Order #: W[redacted]88) and it is successfully charging the watch. However, the charger that initially came with the Apple Watch Series 5 was faulty and did not work. I ended up having to spend $29 on a replacement charger. I would appreciate a credit for the additional $29 spent, plus $8 for shipping, to replace the malfunctioning charger.

I mistakenly purchased Xbox Live for $59.99 on my account, [redacted], and unintentionally paid $14.99 for Game Pass Ultimate instead of $1.00. I realized my boyfriend, Allen Eldridge using the sign-on [redacted], already has access and can share it through family accounts, making my purchases unnecessary. I am seeking a refund for these charges on my card ending in [redacted]. I previously left a voicemail for a call back several days ago but have not received a response yet.

I purchased the Spyro Reignited game for my XBOX console over a year ago. After moving and recently having more time at home, I decided to continue playing the game. However, when I inserted the disk, I noticed that my progress was not accurately reflected in the saved data. Despite completing more of the game than shown, my progress was only partially recognized. After encountering this issue, I sought solutions online but found no resolution. Despite these setbacks, I managed to finish game 1 at [redacted]% completion and progressed to game 2. Unfortunately, after completing various challenges and taking a short break, I returned to discover that my progress in both games had been reset. This unexpected loss of progress has been frustrating, especially after investing time and effort into the game. I am hesitant to continue playing the third game if this issue persists.

When I attempted to play a Blu-ray disc on my Xbox One console, I encountered a frustrating issue. Upon inserting the disc, I encountered difficulty navigating the title menu with my controller. Pressing the key to move right caused the cursor to skip multiple spaces, and attempting to navigate left resulted in excessive backward skips. Even using the stick shift did not resolve the problem, as the skipping persisted. While trying to watch the movie, it continuously skipped through chapters and returned to the title menu. Subsequent attempts with various DVDs and Blu-rays yielded the same outcome. Even navigating the Xbox menu directly proved problematic, as it consistently skipped over options. This recurring skipping behavior has made it impossible to enjoy any of my discs. I seek advice on why this skipping occurs during navigation and how to rectify the situation. Thank you.

I'm feeling frustrated right now because I updated Call of Duty Modern Warfare, but the update didn't finish due to lack of memory space. I uninstalled Grand Theft Auto to make room and tried to reinstall the update but ended up with Call of Duty deleted from my Xbox. Now I have to wait for everything to reinstall. It's disappointing as I play online daily and now have to wait another day. I hope this doesn't happen again, but it would be great to have a quicker way to retrieve my game.

I purchased an Xbox One from Walmart in Jacksonville, NC in December [redacted]. As a 49-year-old truck driver, I haven't played it much until recently due to the pandemic. I tried troubleshooting when the game wouldn't go online even after logging in. I unplugged the system, waited, and plugged it back in. After signing in, it worked. But days later, it shows an error message stating there's an issue with my account and directs me to fix it at account.live.com. This cycle continues each time I log out. I need assistance with this problem. Please contact me at +[redacted]3. Thank you, Donald R.

I purchased a 12-month Xbox Live Gold subscription using my wife's credit card, but after that, additional charges appeared on the card. I contacted customer service, and they assured me it would be resolved. However, now when I attempt to log into my Xbox Live account, it states that my account does not exist. I can access all my games except for Grand Theft Auto V and Sleeping Dogs. My Microsoft account is [redacted], created in [redacted]. I have not been able to access my Gmail since [redacted], but this has not affected my Xbox account as I remember my Microsoft account password. I had valuable items in the game Rocket League that I spent a significant amount on, only to have them stolen. Psyonix reached out to me via email, stating they could recover the items if I provided my email and password, along with a confirmation number from Microsoft. They assured me they would restore everything and apologized for the inconvenience. However, upon signing back into my account, I discovered that all my hard-earned credits, Rocket Pass items, and black market items were gone, totaling over $[redacted]. I am frustrated and upset by this experience and seek assistance in recovering my lost items. Psyonix's actions have deeply disappointed me, and I urge them to rectify the situation promptly by examining the evidence from my Rocket Pass.

I have encountered issues installing games on two separate Xbox One consoles. Both consoles have access to the store and are connected to the internet. However, when attempting to install a game, an error message appears stating, "Try again later something happened on our end." I recently purchased another Xbox One, and it is experiencing the same problem as the previous one. I have followed all the steps outlined in online guides, but I am still unable to install the games I have purchased.

Hello, I am Salima H Davies, and I have noticed unexpected charges on my Xbox Live account. My son's account was hacked, and he is currently unable to access it. I have been charged every six months, but I believed my subscription was yearly, not half-yearly. I am unsure why I am being charged for three different accounts when I only have one. Additionally, my son's hacked account contains my personal information, including credit card details. I am seeking assistance to cancel my subscription, obtain a refund, and address these concerns. I am eager to receive a response regarding this matter. Thank you. Salima D.

I own COD Modern Warfare. I had it installed, but then Warzone came out, so I downloaded that. However, I started getting lots of error messages, so I uninstalled everything. I reinstalled Warzone first, which took over 24 hours - an absolute joke. I also downloaded the content for co-op and campaign from the store. When I tried to access it, it's telling me I don't have it and need to pay £60. If you check your database, you'll see that I already had it on my computer. I can also put the disk in so you can verify that I have it. I'm really disappointed. Please assist me.

I purchased a Gen 2 Pro Xbox controller from Walmart in Amsterdam, New York. When I opened the box at home, I found a broken Gen-one Xbox controller with a missing serial number sticker. Upon returning it to the Walmart store in Amsterdam, New York, I was informed that I was the only purchaser according to their review of the security cameras. They stated that no tampering had been detected. Walmart suggested reaching out to Xbox for a replacement or refund. After discussing the issue with their corporate office, my only recourse seems to involve either contacting Xbox for assistance or pursuing resolution through small claims court. I am exploring all options before taking legal action. For any follow-up, feel free to reach me at [redacted]. Thank you. - Starietha W.

Today while playing NBA 2K20, I received harassing messages from another player, @FTWxROQxYT, calling me names. I defended myself by responding, which led to him getting my account suspended from Xbox Live. He continued to send me around 15 more messages, insulting me further as I couldn't reply. Despite being insulted, I believe he should face consequences too for initiating the harassment. He is an older player, possibly in his 30s or 40s, who seems to enjoy bullying others on Xbox. I've only had the game for three weeks and don't have much experience compared to him. My Xbox username is @PupGangPapi, and I rarely message others first in that way. I feel unfairly treated by Xbox for being suspended while the real instigator goes unpunished. I'm considering sharing this experience publicly to shed light on the issue. It's important to address this behavior to prevent others from being targeted in the future.

Today while playing NBA 2K, user @PupGangPapi was messaged by @FTWxROQxYT who started harassing them by calling them names. In response, @PupGangPapi defended themselves but was then unfairly suspended from Xbox Live. @FTWxROQxYT continued to send disrespectful messages, even knowing @PupGangPapi couldn't reply. @PupGangPapi believes @FTWxROQxYT, a much older player, should face consequences too for initiating the conflict. They feel frustrated by Xbox's response and are considering making this situation public to seek fairness. They are requesting a review of the suspension and are adamant that @FTWxROQxYT's account should be suspended as well to prevent future harassment.

I attempted to buy a package for my son on his Fortnite game. However, when I clicked the buy button, it redirected me to the initial page without confirming the purchase. I tried again with the same result. Upon checking my account, I discovered that both transactions went through. I infrequently use Xbox and was unaware that there would be no confirmation screen after pressing the purchase button. I wish to keep the first package I bought for my son, as it also used Microsoft funds from my account. I am seeking a refund for the unintentional second purchase.

My phone completely died, like it went to its own funeral. I had a tough time recovering one Google account as I struggled with remembering the password. Then, I attempted to regain access to my Outlook account linked to Xbox, which has a lot of charges due to gaming expenses. Despite successfully recovering the account, I am unable to purchase the ultimate package for Fortnite using the $75 that I added to my Microsoft account via an Xbox card redemption. This issue is causing frustration as my son and I have been unable to play for nearly a day and a half. It seems like there may be a security block on my credit cards. I could really use some assistance with resolving this matter as we are stuck in a loop here.

I recently bought the Assassin's Creed Odyssey Deluxe Edition, which unfortunately has numerous bugs. I can claim my DLC gear, but I am unable to use it. The game prevents me from collecting loot, and many animals are stuck in rocks or underground. Additionally, the game had trouble launching, which led me to uninstall it. However, I faced issues reinstalling it for two days. On a separate note, after purchasing the Need For Speed Heat Deluxe Edition, I encountered a problem with ownership transfer, being unable to access my bonus content and missing DLC vehicles and $[redacted],[redacted] when attempting to play online. I would like a full refund for both games since I purchased them recently and have been unable to enjoy them properly due to these issues.

I tried to log in to my Xbox account with the username lilgnat52, recently changed from XxKILLERTURTLxX, and discovered my password was incorrect. Upon attempting to reset it on microsoft.com, I noticed the recovery emails were linked to a .ru domain, indicating they were from Russia. Living in New York, USA, I found this suspicious. When I indicated I didn't recognize the emails, I was prompted to enter a 25-digit recovery code that I had never set up. This incident strongly suggests my account was hacked and now I am unable to regain access. I've had this account since Xbox [redacted] and have purchased many games from the Microsoft store, along with storing credit card information. If there is any way to recover the account, that would be fantastic, but if not, I would like it cancelled to ensure my financial information remains secure. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Last night, my son wanted to use his allowance to buy items for his Red Dead Redemption II game. He tried purchasing 25 gold bricks with our Visa Card but the transaction failed. When I attempted the purchase, the same thing happened. Despite this, he ended up with [redacted] gold bricks and we were charged $[redacted].00 on our Visa card. It seems there was a glitch in the system. Kindly refund all charges made on April 21st, except for the $15.00 my son intended to spend. Thank you for your help.
