Dear Sir or Madam* I have the Xbox one x. I purchased a digital game: Black Ops *: Modern Warfare * downloaded a free monthly game* Destiny ** and downloaded a free Resident Evil * Demo game. I soon as I click-on the game to play it—the screen goes black—and boots me off. The console is still on—and on the screen it says “no signal”. I have to turn off the console—and turn it back on to play something else—- as the problem is only those * games. I have tried different troubleshooting advice from Microsoft and Xbox. But we’re unsuccessful. Can you help me? Thankyou so much for your time and attention to this matter. N.Scott.

I checked the Microsoft purchase history for the Black Ops * Modern Warfare game and it was successful. One suggestion was to quit the game—and relaunch it but that did not work. I tried bringing up to the home page—but that did not work. The games say they are ready to play but it’s almost as if they go blank when you click—on them.
