A long time ago I had canceled my xbox live gold subscription! Today I receive an e-mail that says that the payment was successful, I look at the history of the charges and I find out that I spent all of **** paying € **.** for the subscription! Now I would like a refund of all the money on the same account from which you took them, because the last time I spoke to an operator, if I remember correctly it was a woman, she told me that everything was fine and that it had been canceled everything! I await your response.
GetHuman-laertevi did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
