I have a Xbox one stereo headset that was purchased at Shopper's drug mart back at the end of November as a Christmas present. My husband loves the headset and uses it daily. There is a piece that swivels the mic in and out to keep it tucked in and he uses that. A few days ago it snapped when he was swiveling it back into the headset after using it. **I am so upset and frustrated. I can't find the receipt and Shopper's drug mart is giving me an extremely hard time getting one. Currently I am waiting for a receipt but not even a month of use and the headset it broke out of no fault of anyone. It was used with care. I just am hoping to get some help. The store I purchased it from is making me feel like I can never trust them with another purchase because after its bought they won't even help with an exchange within the ** days and I am having the run around trying to get a hold of Xbox too to speak to someone.
