I usually play Minecraft offline on the Xbox One S. Yesterday, I went online to buy a new texture pack, and then a few updates were available. However, I had to do a Console Update after signing into the WiFi. Now, after all that, my console is running slow, and the Minecraft game isn't launching correctly. There is a message on the upper left side of the screen that reads "Objects Successfully Summoned" repeatedly, which I cannot remove, and the game is moving in super slow motion. I have tried restarting the console and even left it off for 6 hours, but the issue remains. Despite following online troubleshooting steps, my son is unable to play his favorite game. What could be causing this problem, and how can we resolve it so my son can enjoy playing Minecraft again?

I reached out to Xbox customer service last week, and I was informed that my issue would be addressed within 72 hours. Despite this assurance, I have not received any follow-up calls from Xbox. My son purchased a gold card and was prompted to pay an additional $17 using a credit card online, which we don't have. In the past, we have always bought gold cards from Wal-Mart for $24.99. It seems someone mistakenly used their credit card information on my son's Xbox account. We are requesting a refund for the erroneous transaction and the ability to use the $24.99 gold card. As a single mother of four, I work hard to provide for my children. Xbox support has mentioned a 6-week delay in resolving this issue. I kindly ask for the prompt activation of the valid $24.99 gold card purchased. My email is [redacted] Thank you for your assistance. - A.C.

My Xbox One X console is no longer working properly. I've followed all the necessary steps, including troubleshooting error codes, but now I need to send it in for repair or replacement. I have a warranty and submitted a repair/service request. I received the instructions and shipping labels, but regrettably couldn't send the console within 30 days as required. When trying to cancel and reorder, the system marked the order as complete, causing confusion. Despite attempting to contact Microsoft/Xbox for support, I've been unsuccessful due to the lack of human support for warranties/repairs. My warranty is expiring soon, and I urgently need a replacement as my Xbox won't start up without issues.

I need assistance with transferring my Xbox [redacted] gamer profile to the new Xbox One-S console. My gamertag has been in use since the early 2000s and is set for auto sign-in on the [redacted]. I have provided my email address ([redacted]) and the phone number associated with the account, but I'm unable to access the account details. The account shows a "Kool Kop" profile as the active Xbox Live gamer profile. However, I can't click on the ACCOUNTS tab under SETTINGS as it appears to be greyed out. I'm genuinely seeking help with this issue and not attempting any unauthorized access. Thank you. - Mr. TWC

I am having trouble unlocking my account. I cannot access my old Gmail account, [redacted] My name is Shaun Dzurko, and my account is Bzurk0, which I've had for years. I have been playing World of Tanks since I was a kid, and now that I'm 20, this account means a lot to me. Please assist me in regaining access or reach out to me. My phone number is [redacted], and you can email me back at your earliest convenience. It has taken me years to build my online game collection, and I have invested a significant amount in this account. I do not have my previous debit card or the Account ID, leading to a frustrating loop when attempting to unlock my account. I have answered all security questions correctly, but I am still unable to verify my identity.

I bought an Xbox One stereo headset at Shopper's Drug Mart in late November as a gift for my husband. He loves the headset and uses it daily. Unfortunately, the piece that swivels the mic in and out recently broke while he was adjusting it. I am upset and frustrated because the store is making it difficult for me to get a receipt for the purchase. I can't find the receipt, and without it, I am struggling to get help for a product that broke within a month of use. I hope to resolve this issue soon as I feel let down by the lack of support from the store and the challenges in contacting Xbox for assistance.

My son made unauthorized purchases of game tokens for "Fortnite" on our Xbox One using my card. I took immediate steps to rectify the situation and requested a refund, but the company is denying my request citing previous transactions on my account. I made it clear that it was my 9-year-old son who made the purchases without my consent, yet they continue to refuse the refund. The sudden and significant bill does not align with my usual purchases (limited to Just Dance Pass and occasional family games). This financial burden is overwhelming me, and I urgently need assistance securing the refund. The bank has been unhelpful, leaving me feeling desperate and unsure of how to proceed.

I recently encountered a situation where an individual promised to assist me in acquiring money in GTA. I shared my password and email to allow him to play on my account. After a short while, I noticed that my phone number was replaced with a different one without my consent. Upon requesting my password back, it was given to me, but a few days later, I discovered that my password had been changed, leaving me unable to access my account. Despite trying to recover it with my brother's help, we were unsuccessful as he doesn't recall the details from creating the account around 6 or 7 years ago. I had reached level [redacted] in GTA with 3 million in-game currency, recently began my weed business, and in Fortnite, I had attained level [redacted] in save the world mode wearing the [redacted] Vbucks Christmas skin. Additionally, I had spent around $55 in GTA. I am seeking assistance in retrieving my account, which holds sentimental value and I have invested significant time and money into it. If accessed, you may find my cousin TTVtae on there; his name is Tae Rylse. Please help me regain access to my account. Thank you.

I was suspended from communicating on Xbox unfairly. My account was misused by my friend who sent inappropriate messages resulting in my ban. I had no control over the situation, yet I received a one-month suspension and lost mic privileges. While the suspension is warranted, I believe shortening it to a week would suffice given my innocence in this matter.

I had Xbox Live Gold and Game Pass linked to a card for monthly payments, but I misplaced the card, which has no balance left. As a result, my subscriptions are not updating and I am unable to remove the card or use another payment method. The system keeps notifying me that I cannot make a purchase because the card's subscription is overdue and that I must make a payment with that card. I have around $37 in my Microsoft account. How can I resolve this issue so I can resume accessing Xbox Live and Game Pass with my available funds?

Hello, my external hard drive for my Xbox One is not appearing. I've had it for about three years and it was working earlier this year in January. However, I encountered an issue where my home screen wasn't displaying, and a representative advised me to reset the system to factory settings. Today, I noticed that there should be more space available than what is being shown. Upon checking the storage area, it indicated that my external hard drive is not formatted and requires formatting to function properly and provide the additional space. After formatting the drive, I am unable to locate it on the Xbox even though it is connected.

I purchased an XBOX ONE S for my grandson for Christmas and paid for the annual Live Gold Membership that includes three free game downloads monthly. Recently, my grandson moved to Albania and is unable to download the three free games as before. I expected that once the console and membership were paid for, downloads would not be restricted by location. Could the issue be due to the cost difference between purchasing in the UK versus Albania? I wonder if this is causing the problem. I hope to receive a prompt response to address this matter so my grandson can enjoy his gift. I've even discouraged my friends from buying your product due to this issue. It's frustrating that moving countries or going on vacation can affect the download access. I would have chosen a different product had I known about this problem beforehand.

I have experienced four suspensions on Xbox for the same issue. Initially, I replied to a message that led to my first suspension, but the recipient reported me unfairly. Despite blocking this person and Xbox removing the messages, I am continuously being reported each week for the same reason. I communicate through chat and private parties regularly. I believe this person is falsely reporting me repeatedly. I don't want to change my gamer tag and feel Xbox enforcement needs to investigate this matter more thoroughly. It's frustrating that Microsoft suggests contacting Xbox enforcement, yet there seems to be no way to reach them. I need advice on how to address this ongoing problem.

My grandson recently tried to purchase a $6.00 add-on for his Minecraft game on Xbox 1S, but mistakenly bought the wrong item for $10.99. He also accidentally made the purchase on his brother's account instead of his own. Now, I'm having trouble finding a way to contact customer support for a refund and to rectify this issue. Unfortunately, the email associated with his brother's account is incorrect, making it impossible to request a refund online. I urgently need assistance from a live representative to guide me through resolving this matter.

For the last three days, I've been attempting to sign in on my Xbox One without success. I keep receiving a code on an old Yahoo email address that I haven't used in 20 years and can't remember the password for. Yahoo wasn't able to assist me with this issue. Additionally, my Microsoft account password isn't working, and I can't locate a support number to help with resetting it. It feels like I'm trying to hack into a NASA computer when all I want to do is play a game.

I need help accessing my Xbox Live account. My sister attempted to log in with the wrong password several times, triggering a verification process I can't complete. The account was created a long time ago, and I can't recall the answers to the security questions. I have knowledge of recent purchases and the linked bank card details. Can you remove the verification requirement so I can regain access to my account? Otherwise, I fear I might lose access permanently.

I need a refund as money was taken without my approval for Xbox Live. My Microsoft account is locked, and despite multiple attempts to unlock it, I have been unsuccessful. Additionally, my son's account, linked to my email, is also locked. On January 26th, $65.00 was deducted from my PayPal account without authorization. Please either unlock our accounts or issue a refund. My email for the Microsoft account is [redacted], and can be reached at [redacted].

Hello, my name is Chase H. I am a long-time Xbox user with plans to continue being one for years to come. I have consistently received great service from your team. Recently, I encountered an issue. I was startled to discover five unauthorized transactions on my bank account that were charged by Xbox. The transactions were for $49.99, $19.99, $19.99, $4.99, and $4.99, which I did not make. I am unsure how my account was used as I do not share my card details casually. The charges appeared on my bank statement as "Microsoft*Xbox as bill.info." I am reaching out to see if there is a way for you to assist me in getting a refund for these transactions, or if you could provide more information about what they were for. Please contact me at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] when you have a chance. I am willing to provide any necessary details to help resolve this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

While gaming with my friend, I received a notification from Xbox about a suspension. Upon checking, it mentioned suspension for being negative in messages or party chat. I reviewed all my messages and interactions but didn't find any negativity. The incident happened right after a victory in Fortnite where the opponent was trash-talking. I'm requesting a review to understand the reason behind my suspension. Thank you for your help!
