I have three different sign-ins on my Xbox One, each linked to 2 to 3 different emails. I am facing an issue as I have forgotten the passwords or emails associated with them. This is causing me trouble when I try to sync or access any of the accounts. Although I remember all the gamer tags, I am stuck in a frustrating loop of trying various options, like requesting and receiving codes that turn out to be useless. I am eager to talk to a customer service representative who has the ability to understand and solve my problem efficiently. Spent 4 hours today going in circles, while a conversation with a person with basic skills could resolve this in 10 minutes. A trained Xbox representative, on the other hand, could potentially fix this in just 5 minutes.

During the holidays, I had an issue with a video game purchase that I need to share. A caution for everyone - make sure to open your game in front of the cashier when buying it in-store. My son received Madden 20 as a gift, but when he opened it, we found a Meek Mill music CD from the Waukesha public library instead of the game. I suspect someone swapped the discs and returned it to Walmart. Despite our efforts, Walmart wouldn't exchange the opened game, so my mother had to buy another one. After reaching out to [redacted] Walmart and Xbox, with no help, I managed to exchange the game case for a different game, but I really just wanted a refund. Walmart refused due to their policy. Luckily, my mother paid with a credit card, so she's disputing the charge. I advise all gamers to check their purchases thoroughly to avoid similar situations.

I am reaching out because my 10-year-old child has accumulated a substantial bill by making purchases on our Xbox One, maxing out my spouse's credit card. We were shocked to discover over 18 transactions within a single day, along with other unnoticed charges. We haven't received any alerts regarding these transactions, and it is worrisome that such significant activity was not flagged by Xbox. We are urgently seeking assistance to address this issue and would appreciate a prompt response from your team to discuss potential solutions. It is essential to understand why there are no mechanisms in place to notify customers of unusual spending on our account. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. My name is Rebecca, and you can reach me at [redacted].

Hello. I am having an issue with "Ark: Survival Evolved." Last week, one of my dinosaurs disappeared due to a glitch after 12 days of raising it. I contacted Wildcard to resolve this issue because my time is very valuable. Despite their website stating they would replace it, they refused. Now, I have lost up to 30 dinosaurs that take over 30 real days to raise. This situation is causing me to lose days, hours, and months while Wildcard does nothing. I am wondering if there is any support from Microsoft for this situation.

My son, who is autistic, recently received an Xbox One S for Christmas. It was working fine, but suddenly stopped powering on or functioning at all. We have already checked the power cords, and they seem to be fine. Unfortunately, the box for the unit is not accessible at the moment as it is at my co-parent's house. As we invested a considerable amount of money in this console, it is frustrating that it has ceased working after only six days. I am urgently seeking a solution to this issue, as this situation is particularly upsetting for my son given his autism. Please reach out to me as soon as possible to assist with resolving this matter.

I do not have a Microsoft account, but someone has been using my credit card. I have sought assistance regarding this. They have been using Microsoft on two laptops that were hacked for the past three years. I have disposed of the laptops after attempting to reach out to the many others using my account. Only 52 were up to date when I took action. I pray for those who are causing harm to those who have nothing. My prayers are with you, and may God handle those who are in the wrong. It's disheartening.

I am retired and no longer have an Xbox. Several years ago, my children had one. However, we have been unknowingly charged $9.99 twice a month for Microsoft*XBOX LIVE on the 1st and 11th, totaling $19.98 each month. Due to a compromised credit card, we had to replace it. We need assistance canceling these charges promptly. Our account is registered under Jon W. Benson at [redacted] VT Route [redacted], Stockbridge, VT [redacted]. We have informed our credit card company not to accept any unauthorized charges.

I had a frustrating experience with "Mike" from support today. He spent 1.5 hours on the phone with my wife trying to resolve our family account issue but was unable to do so. Despite numerous requests, he wouldn't transfer us to another representative. This was incredibly poor customer service, and it left my wife upset. I've been a loyal Xbox subscriber since the launch of the Xbox [redacted], and I have three consoles in my household with two gold accounts. The way we were treated is unacceptable.

Lately, my Xbox One keeps shutting off completely including the power cord and the console itself. The issue has escalated to the point where I can't play a game for more than 5 minutes before it turns off. I've ensured that it's not overheating as it's in a well-ventilated area and not covered in dust. It stays on the dashboard for over 10 minutes without any problem, but the shutdowns occur when I try to play any game, whether it's from a disc or the hard drive. I've had this console for years without any problems until recently. I suspect it might be due to a recent update, although my system is up to date. I'm able to navigate through the settings without any issues.

I have purchased four Xbox controllers within the past week. Unfortunately, all of them have had stick drift issues on the right stick, leading me to exchange them. This has resulted in multiple trips to the mall, causing inconvenience and impacting my transportation budget. The controllers were brand new, bought from reputable stores. I seek assistance in resolving this ongoing issue with a new replacement controller. I reside in Cape Town, South Africa. Thank you.

I attempted to log into my Xbox Live account on my phone and received a notification stating I had entered the password incorrectly multiple times after just one attempt. I am certain that I typed the correct password. When trying to reset the password, I was prompted with a different email address and a security question in a language I did not set up. I am confident that these were not part of my initial account setup. I suspect that my account has been compromised.

My grandson uses my account to play on his Xbox One, which is linked to my Visa card. Lately, he has unknowingly incurred charges, including a recent incident where he believed he spent vbucks but I was charged. I have two queries regarding this matter: 1) Can a Visa Gift Card with a predetermined limit be utilized for this account? 2) Although I have exhausted my refund allowances, I don't believe it was his fault. Is there any recourse available?

Hello, I recently purchased an Xbox Live Gold gift card instead of an Xbox gift card for my grandson, who has an Xbox One console. Walgreens was unable to assist me in exchanging the card and recommended reaching out to you. I would like to inquire about the process of exchanging the Xbox Live Gold card for an Xbox gift card. I have my grandson's account information and name available if necessary. Please let me know the steps to proceed. Thank you.

My Xbox One S was working fine until my son left it on pause while we were out for about an hour. When we returned, he tried to use it again and we encountered a problem. The console initially displays a green background, then switches to a white screen with various options like language, location, update, account, time zone, power, and update options in black text. The system automatically scrolls down to the Update option, but then shows an error message stating, "There was a problem with this update. You need this update to use the console but something went wrong." Below the Xbox online help address, console ID number, and a 30-digit Error Code, there are three boxes labeled "Try Again," "Check network connection," and "Turn off Xbox." The frustrating part is that the troubleshooting steps on xbox.com/xboxone/update/help do not address the white screen issue. I'm unsure how to proceed to fix this issue. Frustrated customer, L. I owned the Black Ops 4 game for over 2 months, purchased with my grandmother's card. Surprisingly, the other night when I tried to start the game, it said it had been refunded. Even though it appeared in my Xbox library, when I tried to reinstall it, it was gone. I need help with this issue because I want to play the game and my grandmother spent over $50 on it from the Xbox store. She contacted the bank, and they confirmed no refund was issued, as the money was taken from the account when the game was purchased. I have all the bank statements to prove it. I urgently need this resolved, either by getting the game back or receiving a refund. This situation is frustrating and needs immediate attention.

Hello, I would like to request a refund for an Xbox Live Gold subscription I purchased a year ago. The sale price was advertised as $39 for the entire year as a promotion. However, it was mentioned that I needed to cancel the subscription before the year ended to avoid additional charges. Recently, I noticed a charge of $65 for Xbox Live Gold on my bank account statement for another year. I am frustrated because I did not receive any alerts or emails regarding this charge. I believe it is unfair to charge me for another year without my authorization. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter as it is not right to take money from my bank account without permission. Thank you for your help.

While playing on my Xbox One, it suddenly shut off and now won't power back on. I've tried disconnecting the cables, waiting, and attempting to restart it, but no luck. When plugged into the power strip, it briefly flashes an orange light that turns white before shutting off completely. This is the first issue I've encountered with my Xbox after owning it for a while. I'm eager to get back to gaming without the worry of this problem recurring and hope to avoid costly repairs.

I am requesting a refund of $71.00 that your company debited from my account on 1/11/20 at 8:35am without my authorization. I had already paid $9.99 on 1/2/20 for my monthly subscription. Subsequently, there were unauthorized charges of $9.99, $59.99, and $1.00 made by your company, which I did not approve. I demand the immediate cancellation of this monthly subscription. I refuse to engage with a company that engages in dishonest practices. I insist on a full refund and wish to discontinue any business with your company. I have already contacted my bank regarding this matter for resolution. It is unacceptable to take advantage of disabled individuals in this manner. - Debbie B.

I created my account ShadowReaper623 years ago when I was a teenager. I haven’t used it in a long time, and the Xbox I created it on has long since been sold back to GameStop. I’ve been trying for the better part of 3 hours to attempt to recall any of the information I used when I created the account to recover it as I’ve just bought an Xbox One X and have been trying to recover the account. The cell phone attached to the account was under my mother’s old family plan when she used Version. I’ve tried everything to remember information that’s over 7 years old before calling for assistance to gain access back to my account. Any help would be appreciated as I put a lot of work into this old account when I was younger and would like to keep it.

I got an Xbox Series S for Christmas from PC Richard's. Unfortunately, the white controller that came with it is malfunctioning. When I'm playing games like golf, the controller doesn't respond correctly, causing frustration as it doesn't follow my actions accurately. I've been attempting to contact support to resolve this issue to no avail. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in replacing the faulty controller.
