I have noticed that Xbox has been charging me for Gold membership and Xbox Game Pass every month, even though I only signed up for a 3-month subscription. This has been happening for years, and I recently discovered it through my new internet banking app. These unauthorized charges have caused me financial difficulties, and I would like a full refund for all the charges. I haven't been using the services, and it is evident in your records.

Yesterday, my 15-year-old son, G., received a communication ban that was initially until 10 pm. Surprisingly, he got a second ban while using his cell phone just to chat with his real-life friends for gaming, extending the ban until 11 pm tonight. I'm puzzled about how he could receive a second ban during an existing ban. If this was caused by someone feeling offended because G. declined to join their chat party (we only permit him to communicate with offline acquaintances), how can we prevent this from happening again? His gaming handle is Gambet28, under my husband's account.

Hello, my seven-year-old son inadvertently spent $[redacted] on Plant Bucks in a game without fully understanding what he was doing. He intended to make a $10.29 purchase, but the rest was accidental. I've submitted a refund request but no longer have access to the email associated with the account, so I can't check for any communication regarding the refund. I was promised a GTA money drop and was asked to provide my username and password on a website. Now, the person is demanding $15 or they will steal my account permanently. My gamer tag is NavyPlayer456, and my old password was [redacted]Am. The email linked to the account was changed from [redacted] to [redacted] This account contains my credit card information. I cannot access my Hotmail account, and it's crucial that I regain entry promptly. I need help from the Microsoft support team with a human representative, not an automated system. Today, I am returning my old device, and it will be wiped clean, resulting in loss of access to various accounts including but not limited to Facebook, other Outlook accounts, business accounts linked through Microsoft, and many other stored accounts on the old device.

I purchased an Xbox One S less than 5 months ago, and I am having trouble updating it. Every time I try to update, it stops at 13% and displays error code 0x[redacted]0. I followed the instructions to reset the console, turned it off, and checked while at work, but I am still unable to complete the updates. I'm stuck in the update process and unsure of what steps to take next. Any information on resolving this issue with my new console would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and its stated end date was November 22. When I tried to cancel it, I couldn't, and now I'm being asked to pay $16.55. The payment methods suggested are PayPal, Visa, credit, or debit cards, which I don't possess as I'm only 13 years old. I used to have a Visa card, but I used all the funds for something else. I kindly request Microsoft to waive the fee and cancel the subscription.

A user going by the name of Liam Smells has been disrupting my online experience for some time. When I tried using a friend's account to avoid the disruptions, Liam reported my friend after I used inappropriate language due to his behavior on my account. Upon discovering that I was going to report him, he changed my account name. I had to get my dad to pay to change it back. Liam also claimed he could unban himself, causing me to feel anxious and in need of assistance with this issue.

I recently remembered an old Xbox [redacted] account I had but cannot access anymore. The account was associated with the email addresses [redacted] or [redacted] and was registered under either Bledi Kastrati or Agon Kastrati. I recall having the game Modern Warfare 2 on disk with night vision goggles, but my Xbox received the red rings and I lost access to the account. It hasn't been used since around December [redacted] or early [redacted]. The account was created in Brooklyn, New York, with the address [redacted] 20th Ave, zip code [redacted]. Hello, I am facing an issue with one of my Xbox [redacted] controllers as the RB and LB keys are not functioning. The rest of the controller is working fine. After experiencing issues with my Borderlands 3 game, I decided to factory reset my console keeping the save games and apps. Unfortunately, this action seems to have caused a problem with all my digital games. Despite the console showing that the games are installed, when I try to launch them, I am redirected to the Xbox store. Even though the game is marked as installed, when I click on "PLAY," the game fails to load and I am stuck in a loop of being sent back to the store screen. I need assistance to resolve this never-ending cycle and get my games running smoothly again.

I am requesting the unblocking of my Xbox Live chat account. Initially, my account was blocked due to my use of inappropriate language in response to another player's disrespectful message after they killed me in a game. I mentioned that their behavior was unacceptable, although it might be frustrating, it doesn't justify being rude to teammates. While I understand that my language was against the rules, I believe the context warranted a response. I have been targeted by other players with similar behavior multiple times, and despite reporting them, no action has been taken. However, I was banned for speaking up. I seek resolution for this issue promptly.

I am currently facing an issue where my account is linked to an old email address and I no longer have access to that email due to a lost phone number associated with it. As a result, I cannot change my password and regain access to my account. My Xbox has locked all accounts without parental authorization and requires specific email passwords to unlock. I am experiencing an issue on my Xbox with a user named ThiccTurtleBoi. He has the ability to join parties without an invite, manipulate profiles, access IP addresses, and threaten to hack accounts. He intimidates us into compliance and disrupts our experience by changing our profile pictures and kicking us offline. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I am unable to access the phone number linked to my account for login and do not have access to the 25-character password. I am having trouble logging in to my Xbox Live account under the usernames LillianN5 or LillyN5. The screen displays the message "[redacted] G Hard Drive." I cannot change the phone number associated with my account as I am unable to log in. I have two-step verification enabled, but my password does not allow me to proceed past the phone verification stage. After changing my password, I am now uncertain about it. I have been locked out of my account for months. Please assist me.

I have evidence of LilxFabio selling accounts and admitting to scamming on Fortnite. He operates with multiple accounts and profits from scamming individuals. It's heartbreaking that he even made fun of a disabled child, who happens to be my friend's brother. LilxFabio is part of a group called FN with his friends. I am having trouble canceling my Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass subscriptions. Suddenly, my TV lost sound while watching Netflix and Hulu through Xbox. The picture is fine, but no audio. Tried different HDMI cords, ruling that out. TV sound works when playing cable or DVD. Can someone help me identify the problem with the Xbox? Thank you.
