After being away for a few months, I returned to find that my Xbox is requesting me to sign in to my account using the password associated with [redacted] However, when attempting to reset the password, it prompts to send a code to an email I no longer have access to from the school or a phone number that is no longer functional. My son was unfairly banned from Fortnite because someone falsely reported him. His brother was playing with him when this happened. It's unfair that I invested money in this game only for someone to lie and get my son banned for something he didn't do. He loves playing Fortnite, and it keeps him occupied. I would appreciate it if someone could email me about this issue and guide me on how to resolve it.

I'm having trouble with my Xbox. After restarting it last night due to issues with saving online content, it now starts up, signs me in, but only shows a black screen. I have tried turning it off and on, as well as holding the power button for 10 seconds, but nothing seems to work. Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

I noticed two unauthorized charges of $9.99 on my account that I did not make. I am seeking a refund for those. The system was glitchy as it kept repeating the same information repeatedly. Even after entering my debit card details, I was unable to proceed. I would appreciate a refund for the unsuccessful transaction as well. It would be great to speak with a live representative for further assistance.

I've been in contact with a virtual agent who directed me here. Unauthorized purchases totaling £[redacted].59 in Fortnite credits were made on my Xbox account. I was given a link to request a refund, but I can't view the transactions due to the range of dates involved. I'm upset about the security breach on my account. My younger sibling isn't of age to make purchases and should not be able to access them so easily.

My dad originally set up my Xbox [redacted] with his Microsoft account, including creating the Xbox Live account I still use today. Now that I'm older, I want to switch the Microsoft account linked to the Xbox Live account from his to mine. I've already created my own Microsoft account, but I'm unsure how to transfer the Xbox Live account I've been using for years to my new account.

I've had a profile for about seven years, but my girlfriend changed the password on her email and she's now using my Xbox profile located at her house. I'm a paralyzed senior citizen with about $[redacted] worth of games on that profile. Even though she doesn't play games, she can still access it. I just want to set my home Xbox to my new house so that I can access my games. I don't mind if she still uses it. I'm a Gold member with some games on that profile, and I need help recovering it since she handles the auto payments with my credit card.

When starting Call of Duty Modern Warfare, an update prompt keeps appearing, causing a loop where it restarts without successfully updating. Despite resetting the Xbox, rebooting the router, restarting the game, and power-cycling the Xbox, the issue remains. Testing multiplayer, NAT, connection, and speed & statistics did not resolve the problem. Attempting to access online play restarts the update requirement, preventing gameplay for two days now.

Good morning, I am writing to inquire about the next steps to resolve this issue. On 11/29/[redacted], I bought an XBOX ONE S T1 on Black Friday as a birthday gift for my grandson on 12/04/[redacted]. However, when we opened the box, it appeared to be a used item. Upon inspection, we realized it was an old XBOX S 500GB purchased at TARGET in [redacted]. I have repeatedly visited Wal-Mart to exchange it, but the store manager insists I contact XBOX. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to resolve this matter. I just want to exchange it for the correct item for my grandson. I am a retired military service member with 30 years of duty and a [redacted]% disabled veteran. The contents of the box were switched, and I am unsure how. I have tried contacting the provided phone number without success, as it directs me to an online site. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

I'm having trouble canceling my Game Pass subscription. I just want to switch back to regular Gold, but the options to do so are not available. I hardly ever use it; I only played one game once. If I can't get this resolved today, I'm considering switching to PlayStation for good. I usually only encounter a problem once a year due to automatic renewal, which I never set up to begin with. I believe I asked one of your employees to turn it off two years ago and just pay as I play, but it seems it was never done. The email associated with the account is [redacted]

My XBOX account was in default on October 13, [redacted] as I disabled XBOX from charging PayPal. I tried to cancel the account on December 3, [redacted] but couldn't due to the default status. After bringing the account up to date, I canceled the subscription. However, XBOX/Microsoft is declining to refund my subscription which is valid until 11/[redacted]. I have no use for the subscription, and I am willing to have it removed.

A player on Xbox messaged me, insulted me after a Fortnite win, and despite my response, I ended up getting banned. I am frustrated with these guidelines and considering switching to PS4. It's unfair that I get penalized whenever I defend myself. My account, Hawkthejeepman, is important for tournaments, so I need my communications restored. I hope this situation can be resolved more fairly in the future, considering not everyone is easily offended. Thank you.

I am experiencing issues with my Xbox where certain games like Fortnite and Warframe are not updating correctly. Each time I try, I get a message saying "installation stopped." I have tried various troubleshooting steps including turning off and on the console, restarting it, hard restarting it in different ways, disconnecting and reconnecting from WIFI, uninstalling and reinstalling Fortnite, changing my location settings, waiting a full day, but the problem persists. Despite asking the individual to stop four times and blocking all means of communication, I was banned from Xbox Live. I purchased a 1-year Xbox Live Gold subscription and tried to remove my bank card details, but the system requires me to change the payment method to remove the reoccurring payment option. I don't have another payment method to add and want to stop the refusal to remove the bank info. I am experiencing an issue with my account that is preventing me from playing Modern Warfare. The account indicates that the game was refunded or canceled, but I did not initiate any such action. Some time ago, I was double charged for the game before its release, but one of the charges was refunded. I attempted to resolve the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but it is not appearing on my account. I considered repurchasing the game, but I am unable to do so at this time.

I powered up my Xbox [redacted] and it prompted me to update it. However, despite having functional controllers with fresh batteries that work on other devices, they wouldn't connect. Approximately two years ago, my Xbox stopped working unexpectedly. While playing COD, I had to assist my dad briefly and left the device on, resulting in it overheating and shutting off the electricity. I am unsure of the exact issue preventing the device from powering on. When I plug everything in and press the power button, there are sounds, but the button does not light up and the console remains off. Any guidance on resolving this would be greatly appreciated.
