When I started my Xbox One, it prompted me to log in to my Microsoft account linked to my gamertag (porous pressure), a step I hadn't seen before as it usually logs me in automatically. After entering my password unsuccessfully, I reset it on my computer. I managed to log in eventually, but upon restarting my console, the displayed email was not mine. Confused, I removed the account in settings, hoping to re-add it later with my details. Now, my email isn't recognized by Microsoft, and my account seems lost. The correct email linked to my account is [redacted] How can I resolve this issue?

Hello, I would like to address an ongoing issue with our XBox 1 Live subscription cancellation. We initially canceled the subscription on December 1st, [redacted], after selling the game due to time constraints. Surprisingly, we are still being charged $9.99 monthly. Multiple attempts to contact customer service via the [redacted] number have been unsuccessful due to long wait times. Regrettably, we are unable to recall the username associated with the account, but despite this, charges persist on my Visa. Consequently, we have paid $10.00 a month for 11 months for a service we no longer utilize. We urgently seek a refund as it is evident that the account has been inactive for nearly a year. Moreover, guidance on preventing further charges on my card is needed. I acknowledge that you are not personally at fault, but the financial implications of $[redacted].00 weigh heavily on us. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This situation is putting me at risk of losing everything I have. I urgently need assistance to address this ongoing issue. Kindly contact me at [redacted] at your earliest convenience. I am reaching out regarding my experience with Xbox All Access through Amazon, which has been extremely frustrating. Citizen One issued me a $2,[redacted] line of credit, and I found two unauthorized charges of $1,[redacted] each made by Amazon on my account. Despite contacting Amazon, they claim no record of these charges. After speaking with Citizen One multiple times with no resolution, I believe Microsoft does not handle the financing. I wanted to bring this issue to your attention as there are several negative reviews on Amazon echoing the same problems. I urge you to investigate this matter further.

Hello, Dear Sir/Madam, I have been using Xbox since the first Xbox release, and my ID has remained the same over the years. All my card details and personal data are associated with this account, making it susceptible to misuse. This morning, while anticipating my FUT Champions rewards in the Football Ultimate Team, an online friend requested my ID and password to broadcast my rewards on YouTube. Unfortunately, I suspect my account was misused, as I am now unable to sign in to my Xbox. The primary ID for signing in appears to be nonexistent. This is the first time I have encountered such an issue, and I am at a loss for what to do. I have spent 15 hours seeking assistance from EA support to recover my account without success. They advised me to reach out to Xbox support, which is why I am sharing my concern here. Xbox Email ID: [redacted] Gamer tag: deepankar93

I signed up for Xbox All Access through Amazon, but have been experiencing multiple issues with both Amazon and CitizensOne. Even though CitizensOne approved me for a line of credit, they informed me about two charges totaling $2,[redacted] from Amazon, which Amazon has no record of. As a result, I am unable to join the All Access program and I have been receiving no clear answers from either Amazon or CitizensOne. I understand if you can't assist me directly, but I wanted to bring this issue to your attention, as there are likely other frustrated customers facing similar problems. It would be greatly appreciated if Microsoft could intervene and communicate with Amazon and CitizensOne to resolve this matter.

I recently experienced forced updates on two of my games, cutting off my ability to play offline. I initially purchased these games for their offline capability due to internet availability issues. Now, after being forced to update, I can't access these games without an internet connection. I bought Skyrim over 5 years ago without needing to play online until a recent update. Additionally, Fallout 4, a game bought for offline play, surprised me with a forced update. These games were not cheap, one costing $80 and the other $60, and I expect to be able to enjoy them offline as intended. This must be addressed. It's unfair to change offline games into requiring an internet connection after purchase. Please resolve this issue promptly.

Yesterday while playing Lumber Tycoon 2 on Roblox, a player named IP BruTus demanded 500k from me threatening to reveal my IP Address. Following through, they are now sending threatening messages repeatedly. It is essential to take action regarding this behavior as it is harmful and unacceptable. Kindly address this issue promptly. Thank you.

I am struggling to regain access to my Xbox Live account as I seem to have forgotten my password, possibly due to case sensitivity. I recently changed my phone number, so the recovery process tries to send messages to my old number, which I can't access anymore. Despite filling out the verification form multiple times, I keep getting denied as the account owner, even though I know I am. Previously, my account would log in automatically but after an Xbox update a month or two ago, I was logged out and have been unable to log back in. I've faced challenges due to forgetting the account details I set up years ago. I lack Wi-Fi at home, and I attempt to update my details at my sister's place periodically. However, trying to recover my account online using my new phone has not been successful, and I feel lost about how to resolve this issue.

I have been a loyal Xbox customer for about 7 years and have never encountered any issues until recently. On November 25-26, [redacted], I experienced Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks from two Xbox accounts, "Azqer Ghxst" and "CharlieXavier69." I am considering taking legal action against these individuals as DDoS attacks are illegal and punishable by fines up to $[redacted],[redacted] and up to 10 years in prison. If no action is taken, I may switch to Sony's PlayStation 4. Such criminal behavior should not be tolerated, and these accounts need to be permanently banned.

I am requesting the removal of the "purchase lock" on my family account. I have been struggling to resolve this issue for quite some time now. I have reached out multiple times for assistance, but have not seen any progress. I prefer purchasing digital games for my family, as I find them more convenient. Currently, the only thing I am purchasing is my recurring bill for Xbox Live, which is being taken care of. However, the inability to buy digital games directly on my Xbox is causing a problem. I am a busy mother and do not have the time to go out and buy Xbox cards frequently. All I want is to make my children and husband happy by fixing this issue as soon as possible. If this cannot be resolved, I will be disappointed. Please reach me via email at [redacted] as my preferred method of contact. Thank you, Jenn.

I recently purchased Minecraft for my Nintendo Switch to join friends on a Bedrock Edition realm. After setting up a Microsoft account, I received an invite but encountered privacy setting issues when trying to play. When attempting to fix this on my phone's browser, I was directed to the Xbox website where I found instructions on managing family settings - a dead end. Trying to sign in on Xbox.com led nowhere as the button was unresponsive. Even attempting to manage my account directly on the website looped back to the initial article. It seems like privacy settings are not accessible. Assistance would be appreciated.

I am Kathleen Hannan, a parent and caregiver for my 15-year-old autistic son. Recently, I discovered numerous unauthorized payments of £6.99 and £7.99 on my bank account, including monthly Xbox Live charges, a new Call of Duty game, and four packages at £6.99 each without my consent. These transactions were made without my knowledge or permission. I have been informed that Microsoft has good customer service, and I hope this issue can be resolved promptly. My email address is [redacted], and I bank with Halifax with account number [redacted]4. I would appreciate a prompt response to address these unauthorized purchases. Sincerely, Kathleen Hannan.

Hello everyone, I'm experiencing an issue with the Xbox App. I am unable to log in as it displays the message 'Looks like your device is offline. Until your connection is back, we're unable to get you where you are going'. Despite being online and having internet connectivity, this message persists. I have already tried reinstalling the application with no success. Additionally, I have explored other troubleshooting options without any resolution. Your assistance is highly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently experienced a hacking incident with my Microsoft account, and despite my attempts to recover it through login.live.com, I have been unsuccessful. I have tried sending verification codes to my email, but it seems the hacker has altered all my account details, as the system now claims there is no account associated with my email. I suspect someone whom I interacted with during a party is responsible, as they threatened to share my password. When I could briefly access the account, they repeatedly logged in, preventing me from using it. Despite trying all my usual passwords, none of them worked, and they even changed my account name. The request I submitted to reclaim my account was rejected, stating insufficient information for verification, which troubled me considering I provided accurate details. I am hopeful that the support team will reach out with positive news soon. Thank you, Destiny D.

I was charged twice for purchasing Xbox Live. The dashboard is confusing and it took me 30 minutes to find the option to buy Live. Now I'm locked out of Activision after trying to sign in repeatedly. Xbox has made the experience frustrating with the difficult setup process.

Around half a week ago, my mother unplugged my Xbox One. I just plugged it back in around half an hour ago, and now the screen has reset itself and no longer fits my TV. I've tried all possible solutions, including adjusting settings and resolution, resetting the Xbox, and power-cycling the TV and console. Despite my efforts, the correct option hasn't appeared, and the issue persists, leaving me quite frustrated.

I signed up for XBOX Live Gold for $1 for the first month and $17.99 for subsequent months. Although I authorized the use of my card, I discovered that my credit card details were stored, enabling my son to make unauthorized V-bucks purchases and buy a game. I was unaware that my credit card information would be saved for future purchases without requiring the CVC each time. I am seeking a refund for the unauthorized charges made after the initial Xbox Live Gold purchase, including six 1,[redacted] VBuck charges and a purchase for the game "Terrania." As a single mother during the holiday season, I am unable to cover these unexpected expenses. I have since added a password requirement for any future purchases on the Xbox.

My son's account was compromised. The individual altered the password, phone number, and recovery email. We've had this account for around 5 years. The hacker also gained access to my debit card and made unauthorized transactions. I urgently need assistance as my son has numerous Xbox live games and Fortnite skins, which amount to thousands of dollars. The original email was [redacted] with the password bray1025. The hacker changed these credentials to keepspumpin123@outlook. The phone number associated with my son's account is [redacted], and the recovery email was braydentigger@gmail. I am unable to reach anyone for help despite my attempts. Please, I require immediate assistance with this situation. We have been loyal customers for years.

I noticed some unusual activity on my account. Recently, whenever I play online games, I keep getting disconnected and brought back to the main screen. I suspect someone else might have been logging into my account. I had been game sharing with a friend, but I stopped it a couple of times, thinking that the additional user would lose access. Unfortunately, now my best friend can't play my games until next year. I have changed my password to prevent this from happening again. Could you please consider allowing us to game share one more time so we can play together? Thank you.
