I had Xbox live gold membership for one year, bought at around Christmas ****. Recently I bought the Xbox game pass for one month for £*. I cancelled the game pass today so that I wouldn’t have to pay £** every month after the original one month for £*. However, cancelling the game pass cancelled my existing Xbox live gold one year membership with *** days left. It refunded me £*. I wasn’t warned this would cancel my Xbox live gold. I wasn’t told this when I bought the game pass or before I cancelled it. I would like my Xbox gold membership back or at least a refund as it cost me £**, which is a lot of money for me as I am ** years old. Please take this seriously and help me out.
