In July **** I purchased Xbox live gold for my son, on July **th **** I was charged again for Live Gold which I don't need anymore, I have now switched to another type of console, I would like to be refunded.

I was charged for * year of XBox Live Gold hich I did not need or want because I forgot to cancel my subscription on time. I called *-***-***-****. I had to try more than once because whenever I selected option * for English, I was no able to speak to anyone and an automatic voice would say "Thank you and Gooodbye" than disconnect the call. I finally pressed * for French and was able to speak to someone fairly quickly (in French). This person then transferred me to Windows Customer Service (direct number: *-***-***-****) they in turn transfered me to XBox Customer Service. I explained my situation they refunded the entire amount and told me it was an exception and would not do this again for me for * full year.
