The issue in GetHuman-ndoerfle's own words
I'm having issues signing in on my Xbox one account. I would test my network connection and it would come out saying All Good but as soon as i returned too Home I still had to try too connect? I would receive (*x**DD****) I can connect to the internet, Nat type is unavailable, All services available. I ran multiple Detailed Network Statistic scans:*Test *)Download Speed: **.** Mbps*Upload Speed:NA*Packet Loss: **%*Latency: ** ms* Wireless Strength **%**Test *)Download Speed: **.** Mbps*Upload Speed:NA*Packet Loss: **%*Latency: ** ms*Wireless Strength: **%*I removed my account hoping I could try to add it back by clicking Add new under sign in but every time i press the Add new it just buffers and cancels out so now I have no way too even add my account back?

GetHuman-ndoerfle did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
