I sent an email a few months ago regarding my son's Xbox account, but I still haven't received a response. I'm unsure of the customer service process. His account is [redacted] I bought Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 on his Xbox, but the game won't open, redirecting us to the Microsoft store to repurchase. Interestingly, I can play the game on my Xbox without issues. We share games, and he bought it, but I can access it while he can't. This is frustrating, especially as we don't want to buy it again. If this isn't fixed, we'll need a refund. We hope for a solution as my son loves this game. I appreciate your time and help. Apologies for any frustration. Thank you for addressing this long-standing issue.

I used my boyfriend's Xbox One account to play GTA 5. He started harassing me while playing, and things escalated when I responded sarcastically. He insulted me and had a friend join in. Despite asking them to stop, they continued being rude. The account in question is IIBUCKETSII2869. I am frustrated and considering giving up on gaming altogether due to this unpleasant experience. I would appreciate it if action could be taken, even if it means suspending the account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My 11-year-old son asked me to pay for a $10.00 subscription on his Xbox console. Initially, the payment didn't go through because his father had an outstanding balance of around $24.00 on the console from previous neglect. When I tried to use my card for the $10.00 subscription, it indicated the need to pay off the $24.00 balance associated with another cardholder's account first. I assumed the subscription wouldn't proceed until his father paid the balance. However, multiple charges have appeared on my debit card for subscriptions my son didn't even want. I need assistance resolving this issue promptly.

I find it frustrating that I must update my Xbox Live account before playing my games due to the deadline to renew by February 1, [redacted]. I cannot access any games until I renew. I am eager for Xbox or Microsoft to reach out and clarify why this has occurred. I simply wanted to update my email from [redacted] to [redacted] without altering my Xbox Avatar, and I wish to retain the same Avatar. Could someone please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]? I prefer direct communication over email chat. Thank you! - Pamela C.

Hello Microsoft, I recently purchased an old Xbox from a thrift store. I acquired some games, controllers, and mod accessories to connect to the internet for updates. Although I do not play online games, I encountered a situation where my Xbox was unexpectedly banned. This came as a shock to me as I am a 64-year-old individual using this console as a mental engagement activity. After researching, I discovered that bans occur due to people cheating in games. My desire is simply to insert my game discs and play. The system prompts me to update both the game and the console, as well as the Kinect camera. I suspect that the issue arose due to me reformatting everything to start fresh with new items. Could you kindly assist me in updating my Xbox [redacted] console? Thank you.

I recently came across an Xbox account with the gamer tag Aphrodite. This account seems to be inactive since the early days of Xbox, without any gamer score. I am interested in using this unique gamer tag, and it seems unjust that it's tied to an account that has been unused for so long. I would appreciate it if there could be a way to reset the name or disable the account so the gamer tag becomes available for use. Thank you for your understanding, and I hope you can assist with this matter. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. Thank you and have a pleasant day.

My children made a game purchase on Xbox that was meant to be a one-time transaction. However, I have noticed $9.99 being deducted from my account monthly, even though I was assured it was a one-time payment. I did not intend for my card to be saved as I had experienced this issue previously. Despite attempting to use a Visa gift card initially, it did not work, so I reluctantly allowed my card to be used, believing it would only be a one-time charge. I would like my card details removed from their account, as well as a refund for the last three charges. I am also seeking a way for children to make game purchases without incurring a $9.99 monthly fee. I do not have their login information, and they have been away at their father's place. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

Recently, I designated my account as my home Xbox to ensure purchases were linked only to my account. However, someone with access to my account set their console as their home Xbox, allowing them to benefit from my purchases for free. Despite using up my last switch to set my home Xbox, I am unable to undo their access without another switch. I am hoping for assistance in removing my account from their Xbox or obtaining an additional switch to rectify the situation. I am concerned as they are receiving my purchases without permission, and I would like to revert back to having my account as the primary one on my Xbox console.

I am experiencing duplicate charges for Mortal Kombat 11, totaling $90.39. I pre-ordered the game on January 18th but was charged twice on April 15th and June 14th. I believe these extra charges are unjustified. I request a review of my account and a refund for these duplicate charges as I should not be billed twice for the same purchase. I can provide evidence of the double billing, and I am certain I only made the initial purchase in January. I am the sole user of my Xbox, so it is concerning if someone else accessed my account to make these unauthorized transactions. Your prompt assistance in reversing these charges would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Gamertag: RaptorsFan96. - C. G.

I purchased a prepaid 1-year Gold Membership card from Walmart, but it wasn't activated at the register. Despite reaching out to Walmart multiple times, they claim they are unable to activate the card after sale. The $59.99 USD card was bought on 7/05/19 at 1:31 pm GMT-5. I was advised to contact Xbox for assistance, as they may provide replacement codes. I am hoping for help as I am eager to regain access to online gaming and the free games the membership offers. I have exhausted my options with Walmart and tech support, and both have been unhelpful. I am looking for either a refund or a replacement code to resolve this issue.

A player accessed my account and I lost all my achievements. They spent my money, entered my apartment, and even changed my rank from [redacted] to 1. No matter how correctly I play, I can't increase my level. The money I earned from selling a car was also taken. This has turned my enjoyable gaming experience into a nightmare. I need help to understand why this happened. This game is meant for teenagers and adults; children should be supervised as it can get intense with criminal activities that players engage in. If I have behaved poorly, I apologize, but it's not my usual conduct. I, along with many other players, feel frustrated by opponents' actions. Please assist me. My in-game name is BarbedMetal9137.

In January of this year, I accidentally renewed my Xbox Game Pass subscription. I contacted Xbox support about the issue, and they assured me that the product was refundable. The team looked into it and granted me a full refund. Just recently, the same situation occurred, and I promptly contacted Xbox support again. This time, I was informed via email that the product was not eligible for a refund. I replied, citing the previous refund I had received, but have not heard back since. It has now been 5 days, and I am out of money for a product I did not mean to purchase and will not use. I am in a tough spot financially and really need that refund. I am willing to provide proof of my previous refund for the Xbox Game Pass. Thank you, Luke

I am transitioning to PS4 as I encounter issues playing GTA online on Xbox. Every time I try to sign in, I promptly get signed out of Xbox Live, granting me only 5 minutes of gameplay on GTA online before I face the same sign-out problem. The inability to reach customer support adds to my frustration. I have attempted to contact Xbox/Microsoft multiple times with no success, further solidifying my decision to switch to PS4. Your lack of customer care is disappointing, making me feel unappreciated. I have decided to keep my Xbox solely to record me discarding it, and I plan to notify your supervisors. Xbox's customer service is unsatisfactory, and I doubt there is any way to win back my loyalty. I am considering reaching out to higher management at Xbox to address these ongoing issues. Goodbye, whether you have a good day or not, frankly, it wouldn't concern me, mirroring the lack of regard for customer satisfaction exhibited by Xbox personnel.

I shared licenses with a friend who sadly passed away a few weeks ago. I gave his family the licenses for his brother to use his games. However, this has caused an issue for me with playing Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. The in-game currency, TP Medals, were bought by both my friend and me. Now that I no longer have access to his licenses, I am unable to play Xenoverse 2. The game prompts me to purchase the required TP Medals to match my save, but it seems to be asking for more than is possible because each pack can only be bought once. Even though the game recognizes that I own the TP Medals, it won't allow me to buy them again, leaving me unable to play. I would appreciate any assistance to resolve this problem.

Hello, I'm uncertain if this is the appropriate place to report a player communication issue. I recently encountered a player named DJBOBO22 who invited me to a party only to make racist and inappropriate remarks towards me, including accusing me of being a pedophile. This behavior was further exacerbated by others, including a player with "Ginger" in their name. I have reported and blocked DJBOBO22, but I am reaching out for assistance in addressing this situation. I believe disciplinary action should be taken, and while I would like to have a say in the consequences, I understand if the final decision lies with the support team. I also wanted to highlight that I was subjected to cyberbullying by multiple players during this incident.

Recently, I have been experiencing issues with my Xbox. At first, it displayed errors about games taking too long to start or not starting at all. As time passed, the problem escalated to the point where I am unable to use my Xbox at all. When I attempt to sign in and enter my password, a gray screen with a loading bar appears, but the keyboard for entering the password does not show up. It seems like my Xbox is malfunctioning and consistently brings me back to the home screen without allowing me to input my password. I purchased this Xbox just a year ago with a 2-year warranty, and it is disappointing that it has become unusable after spending $[redacted] on it.

Hello! I go by the account name Livelsberger. I am currently experiencing harassment from an Xbox player with the username xFxUxKxXxBxOxXx. This player has been sending me multiple voice messages containing threats and harassment. Following a game of Apex Legends where I emerged victorious, he accused me of cheating. He has threatened to rally his Twitch community to harass me and potentially have my account banned. Despite these claims, I want to clarify that I did not cheat or use any hacks during our gameplay. I am concerned that he will follow through on his threats by sharing my username and gameplay clips to encourage his followers to target me on Xbox, leading to false reports against my account. Additionally, the player has resorted to name-calling, using derogatory language towards me unprovoked. I have had no prior interactions with him and find his behavior unacceptable and distressing. I hope to address this issue promptly to prevent any further harm or false actions against my account.

For the past five years, I've been a loyal Xbox Live user, but unfortunately, I've faced bullying throughout this period. Although it took me some time, I finally gathered the courage to stand up against these hurtful individuals. They often taunted me with painful comments about being better off with my father, who tragically passed away when I was 14. I never had a mother either. Dealing with this constant bullying has understandably made me upset at times. I just want a fair chance to enjoy Xbox Live without being harassed. Speaking out against bullying shouldn't result in losing access to my account. I hope someone out there understands and cares about my situation. I don't engage in this fight against bullying for fun, but to protect myself from the pain I've already endured losing so much in my life.

I am disappointed to share that I have been banned from sending messages on Xbox due to a misunderstanding. While interacting with a user named Kill Bill who was using inappropriate language, I responded in a similar tone out of frustration. Subsequently, he and his friends reported me, resulting in a temporary messaging ban. I have never faced such an issue before and find it unfair that I am the one penalized. I acknowledge my reaction was not ideal, but the situation feels unjust when he faced no consequences. I attempted to contact support by phone but was met with automated responses. I urge Xbox to rectify this situation promptly as I believe I am undeservingly sanctioned. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

While playing Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege on Xbox with my friends, we encountered a player named TTV X SNIPZZ who maliciously booted me offline. He threatened to harm my account and mentioned using an app with dangerous implications. He claimed to have access to hacking and knowledge of my IP address, even knowing where I live. This situation has left me feeling concerned for my online safety. I would appreciate assistance in addressing this issue and possibly banning or reprimanding TTV X SNIPZZ for his actions.
