Around 1:15 pm on June 23rd, Australian Eastern Standard Time, my friends and I encountered Ddossers/Server Stresses while playing Rainbow Six Siege ranked mode. The players we reported are Yeetacus, Hit ur Ip, xBlxzzardx, and Xuriouus. Our gamertags were Fs Neuro, Fs Milo, Fs Exile, suarv, and ANZC Jimmi. It's frustrating that these individuals disrupted our game by attacking the servers. I have screenshots displaying the unplayable ping, and although I didn't capture gameplay footage, I believe this evidence should suffice. I would appreciate it if you could reach out to Ubisoft to address this issue and potentially compensate us for the lost games. I'm willing to share the screenshots via email. Hello Xbox Support Team, I recently purchased the Xbox X1 console bundle with a controller on June 24th, [redacted]. The serial number is [redacted]17. Upon checking, I found that the warranty for the product appears to have expired almost a year ago on May 9th, [redacted] (please see attached screenshot), despite the invoice date being June 20th, [redacted] (as shown in the attached invoice). Additionally, the technical support plan is set to end on August 9th, [redacted], which is only a month away. I kindly request that this discrepancy in the warranty and technical support plan be corrected to reflect a one-year duration. Please feel free to contact me at [redacted]. While playing GTA5 online with a friend, an "Xbox acquaintance" joined causing annoyance. Despite being removed, they kept joining to disrupt the game, leading to the suspension of my account for nearly three days in a row. I am upset by this unfair situation and believe their accounts (Master Naofumi, xDannyBoy48, Randomlandon123, Grognack3000, GrogNoose) should be banned for their actions. It is frustrating to be penalized without cause due to someone else's disruptive behavior.

I have a complicated issue with my old Xbox account dating back 3 or 4 years. Although I currently use a new account, I need to access my old one to retrieve purchased DLC content for my Xbox [redacted] games. The challenge lies in not remembering the password and having mistakenly input an incorrect email address during registration. Despite my efforts on the Xbox support site, I cannot recover the old account as the email provided is nonexistent and the backup security email is unknown. I seek a solution to either regain access to the old account or transfer the DLCs to my current account to enjoy my games, particularly titles like Call of Duty.

After resetting my Xbox One, I encountered a problem trying to log into my second account. Even though I am certain that the email for both my first and second accounts is the same, I have attempted numerous email and password combinations to no avail. Upon trying my phone number, I was provided with two potential emails for my second account, which I have already tested without success. When I attempted to use my primary email with a different password, I received a message stating that the account is already in use. I possess the account name and Xbox Live device ID, and I am utilizing the same Xbox used to create the second account. The gamer tags for both accounts share a common beginning, with the second one differentiated by lowercase letters.

About three or four years ago, I attempted to access my Xbox account on a friend's Xbox [redacted] console to use my cloud save for a game, but my password was rejected. I suspect my ex-girlfriend may have tried to change it, leading to my profile being locked. My password was M94k6yhekw, and my gamertag was SHRAPNEL [redacted]. The Yahoo email associated with the account belonged to my dad, and he has since forgotten the password with Yahoo's recovery process proving challenging. Reclaiming access to my long-dormant account, along with restoring my purchases, would be greatly appreciated. Although I have been active on Sony platforms since, I now own an Xbox One X and hope to retain my gamerscore and content.

I noticed a charge of $73.49 on my Mastercard on May 21, [redacted], for an Xbox Live Gold membership. I do not own an Xbox, and I am unsure why this charge occurred. I am concerned about who authorized this purchase, as I do not have any memberships of this kind. I would like this charge to be refunded promptly, and I request that my card information be removed from your system to prevent any future unauthorized charges. I want to clarify that my two adult sons have their own Xbox accounts and have been managing their memberships with Xbox cash cards for the past three years. My Mastercard is new, and I have only authorized Netflix for monthly transactions. I am puzzled about how you obtained my Mastercard number and worried that my card details may be compromised. I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.

Hello Xbox Support, I recently purchased a new Xbox One X. I am having trouble resetting my Microsoft account password for [redacted] as I always stay logged in on my Xbox One. Despite numerous attempts, the reset process failed due to insufficient information provided. To verify my account, the debit card associated with it ends in [redacted] and expires on 09/21. The billing address linked to the account is [redacted] Highway 7 #80 in Hopkins/Minnetonka, Minnesota, under the name Paul A Thomas. My recent purchases include BackSlash on 6/20 and a Green Reflection Tech-Fit Tee on 1/18. I also gifted an item to my friend with the gamertag VraskaPanemix miningrail on 6/19. Hello, I am writing to report that I have discovered recurring charges on my Xbox One profile (Gamertag: TaplessWord750, Email: [redacted]). Since October [redacted], I have been billed $10 per month for Xbox Live subscriptions on this account. I did not intend for this to be set up for automatic payments and was unaware of this ongoing charge as this account was created for my brother's temporary use in October. My primary Xbox Live profile, where I regularly purchase 3-month subscriptions at $25 each, is under the Gamertag TotherParrot789 and Email [redacted] I have been a satisfied customer of Microsoft for many years using this account. I am disappointed to see over $90 in charges on the TaplessWord750 profile, which has been inactive since October. The charges have been made on the following dates: 10/17/18, 11/19/18, 12/17/18, 1/17/19, 2/19/19, 3/18/19, 4/16/19, 5/16/19, and 6/22/19. The last four digits of the card used are [redacted], under the name Garret E Cavanaugh. I kindly request Microsoft/Xbox to review this account activity and consider refunding these charges to the debit card linked to the TaplessWord750 account, considering my long-standing loyalty as a customer under the TotherParrot789 profile.

I need help retrieving my Fortnite account. After following instructions from a YouTube video, I changed my game tag to XtraCrspy on epicgames.com. However, I made a mistake by disconnecting my Xbox account under connected accounts, which resulted in creating a new account when I logged into Fortnite. Hello, I need assistance regarding my Xbox account. When I was 12, my Dad's information was linked to the account, and he covered the expenses. In recent years, I updated the account with my details for payment. Despite this, my Dad was unexpectedly charged $60 recently, which suggests his card may still be linked. I haven't used his card for any transactions. I want to resolve this by either getting a refund for my Dad or removing his card from the system. The unauthorized purchases include two sets of FIFA 19 - [redacted] Ultimate Team Points and two 12-Month Xbox Live Gold Memberships, totaling $[redacted].98. The individual responsible, Francisco Machado, obtained access to my Paypal account, which I am currently investigating further. Initially, my system had trouble connecting to the television despite the HDMI being correctly inserted, and the source set to the appropriate channel. After consulting a YouTube tutorial on troubleshooting, the issue was resolved. However, upon attempting to sign in, the password prompt failed to appear, leaving me stuck in a perpetual signing-in loop or displaying various error messages. Additionally, my profile picture did not show during the sign-in process, even though I only have one account. Trying to launch a game offline resulted in a blue screen and another error message. Despite performing a hard reset and restarting the system, the same issues persisted. None of the applications, including the assistant or settings, could be opened. Even accessing Games & Apps proved futile. Furthermore, when attempting to install a specific game, the process would consistently halt upon starting up, with no game card graphics appearing on the Home menu pop-up. Assistance would be greatly appreciated in resolving these persistent problems.

I have observed other players on Destiny 2 utilizing illegal mods to boost their gears, health, and power. It is concerning that these mods are readily available online for download onto a USB drive and can be installed on the console without any consequences. The presence of these mods often leads to game crashes, and I believe action should be taken to remove such players from Xbox. Instead of penalizing me with a comms ban for reporting these players, there should be measures in place to address this issue. If this continues, I may need to pursue legal action regarding illicit hacking, which is prohibited by the federal government. Furthermore, unfair actions by the "Enforcement Team" towards players like myself raise concerns about the unjustified termination of player rights.

We bought Minecraft from the Xbox store, not on a disc, several years back. When trying to play today, an error message popped up saying we don't have the rights to play it. We've tried resetting the Xbox and deleting the app, with no success. It's puzzling since we were playing it just fine about a month ago without any issues. We are unsure how to resolve this as we already own the game and shouldn't have to repurchase it.

I recently received an Xbox Live suspension for messaging only people on my pure friend's list about an upcoming giveaway in two weeks. This suspension has caused a lot of frustration because the ban coincides with the giveaway date, leaving me unable to connect with my friends or use any Xbox features until after the event. I have experienced past suspensions that I understood, but this situation seems completely unjustified.
