In the past, i payed for Xbox live by linking my bank account to my account, and I have my account set up for the auto pay feature every month. I’ve been charged every month, and have complete access to Xbox live, but now I want to cancel my subscription. I just recently logged in to my account that I use, but can’t find my bank information on there. I looked in my payment and Billings section, and it says that I haven’t paid for anything recently, or even have any recurring payments on my account. So basically, it’s telling me that I don’t have Xbox live. I’m struggling to find out how to quit getting charged for Xbox live that I (technically) don’t have. Any help is appreciated!
