I sent something yesterday and got no response. My controller continues to disconnect even though it had full battery if I'm using it wirelessly. Even if I have it plugged directly into the console it still continues to disconnect for no reason at all. It's less than a month old. I even tried other controllers and it still does the same thing. If no one wants to help get this resolved cause there is no more Live Support over the phone I guess I'll just sell my Xbox and play my Ps*.
