My billing account on Xbox [redacted] has been locked, and I'd like assistance in getting it unlocked. I've had this account for five to eight years without any issues until now. I am unable to purchase Xbox Live Gold membership using my bank card, and it's frustrating. I mainly play FIFA and enjoy my Ultimate Team. This problem has ruined my entire evening. I tried seeking help online with no success; I was just told to call back in the morning. Is there a 24-hour helpline for Xbox [redacted] support? It would be helpful to have immediate assistance rather than waiting all night.

My Xbox Live subscription had just expired when this strange incident occurred. While unable to play online games, I decided to watch Netflix before going to bed. The next morning, my plans changed due to heavy rain, so I thought I would enjoy gaming. To my surprise, I found that I had received seven unexpected achievements in Minecraft during the night, for completing simple tasks like chopping down a tree and cooking a fish. I hadn't played this game on my current console before, only on Xbox [redacted] in the past. This occurrence has made me concerned that my account may have been compromised. I have since added a passkey to my account for added security. Can anyone shed light on what might have happened and offer assistance?

I'm trying to communicate with my friends using a microphone. I have a new set of Astro 40 headphones that are in great shape. After following a tutorial video for troubleshooting, which involved resetting the mic and checking Xbox settings, I still can't get it to work. I tried using a different controller with the headset, and even bought a new mic, but nothing has fixed the chat issues. I'm considering getting a new cord for the Astro headset, but I'm unsure if that will help. I've tested the new mic on both controllers, and I'm not facing any communication bans. My internet connection is excellent, with download speeds of up to 200mb/s. My Xbox is connected via Ethernet for a stable connection. I really miss talking to my friends and could use some assistance.

My friend and I have been game sharing on Xbox One for a few weeks. Unfortunately, his account got hacked, and the hacker made unauthorized purchases on my profile amounting to around $[redacted]. This has caused a lot of stress as the money was taken from my bank account without my consent. My friend's account is compromised, and I need assistance from Xbox Services to reimburse the unauthorized transactions back to my credit card. My bank has also contacted me regarding this issue, and I'm reaching out respectfully and desperately for your help in resolving this matter. I sincerely hope for your understanding and prompt action to help me recover the funds. Your assistance in this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for looking into this matter.

I am facing issues with my Xbox. Whenever I try to access the Microsoft store, it logs me out repeatedly displaying an error message, despite being connected to the internet. This problem has persisted for two months, even after purchasing a new Xbox. Moreover, all my purchased games and data seem to be erased from my account. I suspect it might be a network problem since I am still connected to WiFi, yet I am unable to do anything. I am extremely frustrated with this situation as I have been unable to use my Xbox properly. I wish to resolve this matter promptly and would appreciate a phone call to address this issue that has been ongoing for quite some time.

I bought an Xbox for my daughter six months ago for Christmas. However, since she started playing, we encountered various issues like the controller not syncing, games such as Fortnite not loading, and when they did, they sometimes wouldn't start. Today, she wanted to play the new Mortal Kombat game, so we rented it from Redbox. After returning home, we tried to install the game, but it keeps crashing after downloading only about 1%. We've been struggling with this for hours, and with my high-speed internet, it's frustrating that the download speed is less than 5 mgb/sec. I am extremely disappointed with this console and would like to know how I can get a refund.

It has been almost a year, or a little longer, since I last used my Xbox One. I recently tried to get on mine and couldn't remember the passkey I had for my system. As a result, I had to delete my only Xbox Live account. When I attempted to recover my account on my system, a message appeared stating that someone else might be using my account. My gamertag is KingMasterJoker, previously known as TheAssassinLife before I changed it and it was taken from me. Despite providing accurate information to recover the account, I am unable to do so. I even used my Xbox Live device ID # FD[redacted]3AD640F, which is the only Xbox I have used with my gamertag. I have had a year subscription for two years with the same debit card, but the card was hacked, and I had to request a new one. I remember all the card information except for the CVC, which the account.live.com website keeps asking me for. Despite multiple attempts, I am told that it's not my account. I have been trying to contact a real agent about this issue but can only reach an operator. What should I do next?

My Xbox is refusing to install or update games and apps. Initially, I suspected it was an internet issue, but my connection is working fine. I can still join parties, but I am unable to play games that require updates or logging into game servers, in-game updates, or Xbox [redacted] games. Despite factory resetting my system and trying everything with my internet connection, I can't get anything to update or install. Every update stays at 0.0%, and I don't want to purchase a new system just to access the games I own. Everything was functioning correctly last weekend, but nothing works now. I require urgent assistance. I have been an Xbox user for over 9 years, and this is the first time I have encountered a significant issue. I hope to resolve this problem as I prefer to stay with Xbox due to my friends being on the platform.

I recently experienced harassment from a random Xbox user while playing a game. Despite not responding to their sexually aggressive and harassing messages, the user continued to message me even after the game ended. Eventually, I responded using similar language in hopes of getting them to stop. Shortly after, I was banned from chat for a day by Xbox Live. I feel frustrated as I was the victim in this situation and faced verbal and sexual harassment. It's disappointing that Xbox didn't review the full message exchange before making a decision. This experience has me contemplating switching to PlayStation. I request to have the ban reversed and would like to report the user for their behavior.

I purchased a year of Xbox Live a year ago and removed my credit card from my Xbox account. Recently, when trying to play online with friends, I was surprised to see that my account was listed as past due and I couldn't access online play until I paid the outstanding amount. I am confused as to why I am being charged again for something I already paid for last year. It's frustrating that my card, which I removed from Xbox, was somehow charged without my knowledge. I only wanted to buy a monthly pass, but now I'm being asked to pay the full $63.59 that was already paid last year.

Hello, my name is Justin Sutton, and I encountered an issue while trying to purchase Xbox Gold. Despite having funds on my card and good internet connection, I keep receiving errors from your end. I am unable to use my gold card or make any purchases. My Xbox username is HeathenIDK45. Last week, I was able to buy Xbox Gold without any problems, but now I am facing difficulties. Please reach out to me promptly. Have a great day.

I was reported on Xbox by a user named stickerzem for "abusive language," which I find quite frustrating. Stickerzem was behaving disruptively on a Forza 7 server by taunting drivers, causing wrecks, and making everyone upset. Naturally, we spoke up about it. If I end up being banned for such a trivial reason, I will be very disappointed. I have been a loyal customer of Microsoft since the original Xbox was launched, and I have never had any issues with any of my accounts before.

Console ID FD[redacted]F64582D Good morning, I recently spoke with my bank about fraudulent charges for Xbox purchases that were made when the Xbox was not at my current address in Bilbrook. The bank advised me to reach out to you directly regarding these unauthorized transactions. I believe it's unfair that I am being charged for items on the console that were not purchased by us. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you, Jodi Habberley

Occasionally, while using my elite controller, all inputs cease functioning even though the controller icon indicates it is still powered. I attempted to resolve this issue by rebooting my Xbox numerous times, powering it down from the supply, and leaving the controller connected to the Xbox. This seems to provide a temporary solution, lasting around half an hour at best. This complication appeared approximately four days ago and has persisted. I am uncertain if it correlates with my battery packs.

While playing COD WW2, I've been experiencing severe lagging issues for the past two days. The game has never lagged like this before. I have noticed that everyone in the game is facing similar problems as I see players flying around the screen due to the lag. The most frustrating part is that some players are unaffected by the lag while others are severely impacted, leading to unfair deaths. This lag is affecting my gameplay experience, making it difficult for me to achieve my objectives. I'm at risk of losing out on various supply drops because of this ongoing problem.

My younger brother entered the wrong password multiple times on his Xbox account, so I removed it. Unfortunately, the new password I set isn't working, and when I try to reset it on the website with all the correct details, I receive a message saying they can't assist me. I've attempted this process around 10 times with no success. I have valuable items on the game Fortnite that I can't access without the account. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

We've been enjoying GTA5 on various Xbox consoles for years. To access online play, we've relied on Xbox Live Gold. Recently, the game requires both Live Gold and Game Pass for online access. After reading both descriptions, it seems like an underhanded method to double-bill players for online gaming. I'm looking for guidance on playing GTA5 online with just our Gold membership. It's redundant to pay twice for a single service like this.

I received a communication ban from a Microsoft administrator, despite them using inappropriate language towards me in chat. The administrator admitted to being from Microsoft and stated that they were responsible for banning me. They also mentioned having access to my IP address which raises concerns about privacy. I believe this situation represents a misuse of authority. The communication ban system needs improvement to address these issues effectively.

I am attempting to recover my previous Xbox account that I had on the Xbox [redacted]. I currently own an Xbox One and no longer have access to the Xbox [redacted] I previously used. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the email or password linked to the account. However, I do remember that the profile name was "Captain Insano" with a profile picture of the chicken from "Robot Chicken." I am eager to regain access to my old account. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, the email associated with this account is inactive as it has not been used in approximately 6 to 8 years.

On Saturday night, a friend and I were hanging out when I received multiple invites from three users to join a party. Upon joining, a user named Corterion owen2 insulted my appearance by calling me a hunchback while making derogatory remarks about my southern friend and playing country music. The situation escalated when the user suggested we commit suicide. I promptly reported this user 16 hours ago but have not received any response yet, possibly due to a high volume of reports. I believe the user violated the Terms of Service, which I reviewed prior to reaching out. I would appreciate a follow-up on this issue. Thanks, Python
