My son with special needs chatted with MMC x reaper, who promised to help but ended up stealing his account, leaving us locked out. I urgently need assistance to recover the account tied to his Fortnite profile, with significant financial investments. MMC x reaper coerced my son and others to share account details, threatening online bans. My son, due to his disability, fell victim. The account holds our credit card information. Any prompt help is greatly appreciated. The email linked to my son's account is [redacted] For verification, please contact me at [redacted] or visit [redacted] Leh Street, Coopersburg PA [redacted]. Thank you, Karen Neas Readinger

Hello, I've noticed a charge of $24.99 on my PayPal account from XBox on May 04, [redacted]. I purchased a 3-month subscription online back in January [redacted], but it seems like it was February. I'm currently in college and a single mother to a 2-year-old daughter, so the unexpected charge has put me in a tough spot financially. My only income is SSI Disability which is $[redacted]/month, so that $24.99 makes a significant difference for us. I would appreciate it if MS XBox could refund the $24.99 and cancel any future subscription charges. I haven't used my XBox in months, except for letting my daughter watch Blu-Rays on it occasionally. Thank you for your assistance. Best, Kristen J. C.

Hello, I changed my gamertag a while back on Xbox [redacted] from osij to bare osij. I then created a new account to secure the gamertag osij but have forgotten the password and alternative email. Is there a way I can verify my identity by answering security questions or through other means? The account in question has only my current account and a high school friend added to it. I'm eager to revert to my original gamertag, osij. I would appreciate any assistance in this matter. Thank you for your help.

I've had an old Xbox account for years, mainly for GTA and 2K. I recently tried to log in after a hiatus, but couldn't remember my password. I also no longer have access to the email associated with the account. I do remember the 6-digit security code and would like the chance to regain access to my account, as I've invested a lot of time in my games. Thank you.

After experiencing microphone issues, I mistakenly initiated a factory reset on my Xbox, leading to the loss of access to my account. The gamer tag associated with the account is "tgill93," but the email linked to it is outdated, and I have a new phone number now. I hold subscriptions like Xbox Live Gold, Netflix, and Hulu on this profile. For confirmation, my recent games played are Call of Duty WW2 and Madden 19. I am located in Chapel Hill, NC, and my Xbox model is the Xbox One S with the Battlefield Bundle.

I have been under an Xbox suspension for the past two weeks, which is about to be lifted. When I logged in recently, I was surprised to see that I have received another report from the same individuals, resulting in another 2-week suspension for the same issue. This seems highly unfair as I have not had any communication with anyone during my initial suspension period. It is frustrating that my case was not reviewed properly, leading to another suspension without proper cause. It feels like I am being harassed by a few individuals, and it is disheartening that the technical support team has allowed this to happen.

My Xbox One account was permanently banned without a clear reason. While my brother was playing on it under his account (Crystal Giants), the Xbox appeared to be IP banned the next day. I tried creating a new account after the IP ban was lifted, but both the new and the previous accounts remained banned. The last report on my account, Happzy, mentioned harassment, which I haven't engaged in. Despite explaining this in a case review, the response seemed dismissive and unrelated to my situation. I only tried uploading harmless game clips from YouTube using the Xbox Beta app and faced multiple suspensions. These suspensions allowed me to upload clips but restricted communication. I am confused and frustrated as I still do not know the exact reason for the ban. I am eager to have my account reinstated as this issue has been troubling me for over a year. A clear explanation and resolution would provide some much-needed relief.

My Xbox One account, along with my brother's (Crystal Giants), was permanently banned for unknown reasons after he played on my console. Despite the account being IP banned temporarily, the bans remain in place. The last report on my account (Happzy) indicated harassment, which I dispute as I haven't engaged in such behavior. I tried to appeal, but the response seemed automated and didn't address my concerns. I've encountered issues with uploading clips, despite them being harmless, and faced suspensions without prior warnings. I seek clarification and resolution to regain access to my account as I remain confused and distressed by the situation, hoping for a thorough review to provide closure.

I have encountered an issue with COD WWII twice now, and I just want to express my frustration. I have been a loyal PlayStation user since the first Xbox was released and have been a subscriber to Live since the beginning. Despite facing challenges with Microsoft, like being hacked and receiving little support, I have stayed loyal to Xbox. As a long-time Xbox owner, I sometimes feel ignored by Microsoft, a corporate giant that should prioritize customer concerns. Many in my network have faced similar issues but have not switched to PlayStation. We invest time, money, and support into Xbox, yet when we reach out with serious problems, we are often met with generic responses and delays. It feels like our loyalty is not reciprocated when it comes to resolving issues promptly. It's disheartening to see how quickly Microsoft can cut off services for non-payment while dragging their feet on customer inquiries and refunds. I would appreciate the chance to speak with someone about my concerns. Thank you. - Ken T.

I am experiencing an issue when trying to buy a gold subscription with Xbox Live points on my Xbox. I have used Live points and monthly gold cards since I created my Xbox Live account about ten years ago. However, I keep getting a message saying the offer is not available in my region. Previously, when I tried to use a prepaid Visa card on my Xbox to make purchases on the Microsoft store, it did not work. Recently, my gold subscription ran out, and Microsoft notified me that my recurring billing attempt failed, asking me to update my card with a bill of $59.99 USD, even though I am in Canada with my Xbox location settings correctly set. I suspect the issue might be related to needing to update my credit card information for Xbox or a mix-up with Canadian Xbox Live points and my Microsoft store region. Any assistance on this matter would be appreciated. Thank you.

I did not authorize charges on my credit card account on May 16 and May 17, [redacted]. Please contact me by phone as reaching customer service has been difficult. I am not a regular customer; I was just helping out a 10-year-old friend with ADHD. Kindly resolve this issue with a refund. I have already closed the credit card ending in [redacted], so please remove the unauthorized items. It is crucial to speak to a live representative for mailing details. Please provide me with a person to speak with. The item in question is an Xbox [redacted].

Hello! I am reaching out regarding my Xbox Live accounts. I have been using the gamertag "medialert" with the email [redacted], but now I would like to switch to using the gamertag "Drunetti" with the email [redacted] I want to transfer all the progress from the "medialert" account to the new "Drunetti" account as I plan on streaming on Mixer and branding everything under the new gamertag. I have had the "medialert" account for 5 years and it holds a lot of progress in a specific game. I looked into purchasing the "Drunetti" gamertag, but it seems to be already taken by the sub account on my Xbox profile. Is there any way to merge these accounts or transfer the progress? If I delete the "Drunetti" gamertag, would I then be able to use it on my "medialert" account? Thank you for your assistance.

I'm experiencing an issue with my Corsair HS60 gaming headset. It's not playing any Xbox or in-game audio, even though I can hear my friends in voice chat. I've tried checking all my audio settings, restarting my Xbox, and using a different controller. Interestingly, when I switch to a silver controller (which I don't prefer due to sticky sticks), the audio works fine. I suspect there may be a problem with my regular controller. However, I'm hesitant to permanently switch to the silver controller because it's not ideal for online gaming. I'm unsure how to proceed and would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.

I am seeking a refund for the previous two months of Xbox Live charges. As a parent, I gave my child permission to purchase Xbox Live for a single month. Recently, my spouse noticed recurring charges in our bank statements from Xbox that were unauthorized. Neither my son, little Timmy, nor Xbox had approval to deduct payments monthly. Despite the Xbox no longer being in our possession, I continue to be charged. I have spent considerable time attempting to contact customer support without success. Microsoft seems unreachable by phone, causing significant frustration. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with the lack of support from Xbox. It is concerning that funds are being withdrawn without proper verification, especially now that we no longer have the console. I apologize for my frustration and hope for a prompt resolution. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. I had higher expectations from a leading tech company and hope for a positive response.

I contacted support last Thursday regarding an issue with a one-year Xbox Live code I attempted to redeem. I received a prompt response indicating the code would be deactivated and I would receive a new code within 24 hours. A follow-up call was also promised to ensure everything was resolved. However, the email sent did not contain a valid Xbox Live code. It is now Tuesday, and I am still without Live access despite having a redeemable one-year code.

I recently purchased an Xbox from someone and it included several games and a Fortnite account. The seller informed me that I would need to play the games on his account because they wouldn't transfer. I bought an Xbox Live subscription, but I've been having trouble accessing the games as they prompt me to buy them or show errors when I try to install. I'm concerned that the account may have been banned. I created a new account and purchased another subscription, and this time I was able to load and play a game I bought separately. However, I'm still experiencing issues with multiplayer not progressing past 95% installation. I've already bought two Xbox Live passes and am hesitant to do so again. I'd appreciate any help or advice on how to resolve these game loading issues. Thank you.

I would like to speak with someone on April 26th regarding the two packages I ordered for my grandsons' Xbox. I have been noticing additional charges for items I am not familiar with. I am seeking a refund and guidance on what steps to take. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reach anyone by phone using the provided number, and the email communication did not address my issue. I believe a company of this size should offer better customer service. I received an email stating it would be the last communication regarding this matter, even though no resolution has been provided. My name is Deborah from Indianapolis, IN. I urge the company to invest more effort into resolving this matter before closing the case. It has been challenging to connect with a representative or address this issue. The initial email response indicating no further assistance would be provided is disheartening. Requesting a customer rating seems premature when no support has been offered. I hope for a more proactive approach to resolving this issue.

I recently discovered that my stepson shared my account last month, and the individuals he shared it with made over $[redacted] worth of unauthorized purchases. I have already requested a refund twice and have not received any resolution. I have information about the individuals who used my account and would like my money refunded. When I initially requested the refund, I was advised by customer support to select "adult" or "family member," which I believe led to my request being rejected. I have been a longtime Xbox fan, but I am extremely disappointed with the denial of my refund. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue as it has been nearly a month with no progress. I made it clear in my second refund request that I did not authorize these purchases. My stepson, who is 15 years old and autistic, unknowingly shared my account. The email associated with this matter is [redacted], and the GamerTag is Stoltally toned. I urge you to review my order history from May 1st, which includes unauthorized purchases that were not approved by me. It is disheartening to have to resort to a credit card cash advance to cover these unauthorized expenses. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

While playing Star Wars Battlefront 2 with friends, a player named "Swaaggy B" relentlessly messaged and harassed us. Even after leaving the game, he continued the harassment through multiple alternate accounts with similar names. These accounts were used to make racial slurs, prompting me to delete and block the comments and accounts. Despite blocking him, he persists in harassing us using his various accounts. This situation has made my Xbox experience less enjoyable. Please take action to ban him or his multiple accounts to prevent further spam and harassment.

I have encountered an issue with messages on my account. Although I am capable of sending messages, I am unable to receive them. My brother tested this situation with his account, and he received my messages, but I did not receive any notifications nor observed any changes in my chat log. Following a closer look, I noticed that my chat log fails to update for anything. Even after selecting "clear chat," the chat clears only to reappear when I return to the chat logs. Despite attempting various fixes, such as resetting my Xbox and ensuring Xbox Live services are operational, the problem persists. I have also verified my account and hard-reset my Xbox to no avail. Removing and re-adding my account did not resolve the issue either. My gamertag is "Nasty Ninja [redacted]." I appreciate any assistance in investigating and resolving this matter. Thank you.
