I subscribed accidently and then immediately cancelled the *.** reoccurring charge for the gold live on xbox live. For some reason you guys are continuing to charge me while it is a nice feature i chose to cancel it and when through the cancellation process. I was just charged and was hit with a overdraft fee. I would appreciate it if i could be reimbursed for that or if theres a way this could be stopped amd reimbursed. I love xbox and thr service it provides. So i hope this can be resolved quick and fast.
