My gamer tag is PU Boney GI. While playing Apex Legends, I received harassing messages from a teammate after the round ended. Despite usually ignoring such toxic messages, I responded to his insults by saying "eat a dick." He continued to harass me, and I replied once more standing by my initial message. As a result, I received a one-week ban. I find it unfair that I was penalized for defending myself against his harassment while he faced no consequences for initiating it. I never instigate such exchanges and would not have engaged if he hadn't started it. I didn't even know him until he messaged me. I believe my actions should be viewed in the context of self-defense, and the ban should be lifted. Despite his multiple harassing messages compared to my one retaliation, I am the one facing repercussions. I am certain that I was merely protecting myself from harassment and bullying.

My renewal was set for the 10th, but as of the 8th, I see that your subscription policy has charged me, causing my account to go negative. This has happened before, and I'm frustrated that payment was taken before the due date. I've attempted to cancel my subscription, but your customer service seems to have technical issues preventing me from doing so. I'd appreciate a prompt response to this matter as I've had trouble reaching you by phone. Thank you.

I recently had to perform a "hard" reset on my Xbox to address some issues. After restarting, I noticed that while my games are intact, my accounts have disappeared. Unfortunately, it's been a while since I last logged into my Xbox Live Gold membership account, and I can't remember which email it is linked to. I've been attempting different combinations for weeks, to no avail. My gamer tag is "Simplykipply." I can provide the credit card associated with the account and any other relevant personal details if needed. If someone from Xbox Live support could assist in identifying the email linked to my account, I would be grateful. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, as I seem to have a specific email solely for this account that I created during registration and haven't used since then. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, -Joel Kipp

I am facing severe harassment from a group of gamers on Xbox Live who are attempting to have my account banned. These individuals, who were previously admins in my clubs and were banned from other clubs for causing drama and targeting players to get their accounts banned, are now targeting me. I recently resumed playing and discovered their actions, leading me to remove them. I am concerned about losing access to my account, which I have invested a significant amount of money in through Microsoft. I am looking for assistance and can provide a list of gamers involved in this attempt. I wish to avoid any unnecessary drama and appreciate any help offered.

My brother has been hacked twice, and it's unfair. He lost money he spent and money I spent on games for him. I reported the account twice under the name John Smith, but no action was taken. When trying to recover it, we faced challenges with insufficient information. The hacker, using my brother's account, even accessed my card details. This situation has led to significant losses for my brother, who is only 15. His Fortnite account was also merged without permission, causing further financial harm. We need urgent assistance to resolve this issue, as the inaction of the support team is unacceptable. I'm concerned for my brother and outraged by this breach of security and privacy. Please provide a solution promptly, as this ordeal has caused distress to my brother and frustration for me as his older sibling. The email linked to the account is [redacted], which I created for him. Your prompt attention to this matter and a resolution to recover the account and funds are greatly needed.

I accidentally subscribed to the $9.99 recurring Gold Live on Xbox Live and immediately cancelled it. However, I noticed that I am still being charged for it, resulting in an overdraft fee. I would like to be reimbursed for this and have the charges stopped. I am a big fan of Xbox and its services, so I hope this issue can be resolved swiftly. Thank you.

Yesterday, I was in a party chat with strangers, and they both reported my account, resulting in my ban. This isn't the first time my account has been banned for the same reason. It seems my account's reputation made it an easy target for a ban. I find it unjust that they can report me but similar actions against them wouldn't result in consequences. I am unhappy with how I've been treated and I won't accept this unfair treatment.

A few weeks ago, my Xbox unexpectedly rebooted itself, resulting in all my accounts disappearing. Returning from class, I found myself logged out of everything. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the email associated with my Xbox Live account. Despite remembering the gamertag and password, the email was created arbitrarily and never used again, making it impossible to retrieve. I have exhausted all options, spending countless hours trying to recover the email address to no avail. It contains vital information and memories worth years of gaming. Reaching out for assistance, I was shocked to learn that I would be charged $[redacted] to recover the email. Please, any help in reclaiming access to this account would be greatly appreciated. The gamertag is SalmonFurball0.

Good afternoon, I purchased Call of Duty Black Ops 3 for Xbox One, Zombie Chronicles edition. Upon receiving the disc, a 25-digit code was provided to redeem the Zombie Chronicles add-on. Initially, when I entered the code in the Xbox Store, it allowed me to select the download, but it failed to complete. Subsequent attempts stated the code had been used. Although the game acknowledges the purchase of Zombie Chronicles, it prompts for a payment when trying to download. I would appreciate a resolution to install the Zombie Chronicles content on my console. Thank you.

My son's Xbox microphone is stuck on mute, even though it was working fine until a few days ago. We tried different controllers, but the issue seems to be with the console. We attempted various online troubleshooting tips with no success. This has left my 11-year-old son very upset.

I have been waiting for a refund for being overcharged on my Xbox Live account since February 15, [redacted]. It has been well over a year now, and I am still waiting for the simple $17.51 to be refunded. Despite calling numerous times, I have only been given the run-around. As an 8-year loyal customer, I find this poor business practice and customer relations unacceptable. I request the refund to be provided in the form of a Microsoft points card via email as I want to use the funds in-store immediately. If necessary, please escalate this matter to a supervisor. I will be calling shortly if this issue is not resolved promptly.

When I first got my Xbox [redacted], my dad set up a Microsoft account for my Xbox Live. For my new Xbox One, I want to transfer my profile but can't because my dad forgot the password and the email is inaccessible. We are unable to use the "forgot password" option as a result. I hope to take over the payment for Xbox Live and have my Microsoft account linked directly to my Xbox Live profile. Unfortunately, none of this is possible due to the current situation. Is there a way for Microsoft to assist us? We are stuck and eager to start using the Xbox One. The email linked to the account is "[redacted]".

Hello, I am requesting assistance with recovering my IronOps Warrior gamer tag associated with my Xbox Live account. The email linked to this account, [redacted], is inaccessible, and I am unable to receive any password reset codes sent to it. If I cannot regain access to my IronOps Warrior account, I would like it to be canceled and connected to my new account, AmusingSky77784. I noticed a charge on my Visa ending in [redacted] from last month, specifically on 4/15/[redacted]. If necessary, please connect this charge to the new account. Kindly, B.L. Koski

I need assistance with setting up multiple Xbox accounts. I am not very tech-savvy and found the initial setup process frustrating. My 10-year-old plays Fortnite on both Xbox and Nintendo Switch and we want them to play together. To achieve this, I created a separate account for my 8-year-old on the Xbox using a different email address. However, I am struggling to have two separate Fortnite profiles on the same Xbox. I would appreciate guidance over the phone as I find following written instructions challenging. Could someone please provide a contact number for me to call from the Czech Republic to resolve this issue? Thank you, P.S.

Last year, we signed up for an Xbox Live Gold account, and my credit card has been charged $10.55 monthly, which was fine. Earlier this year, my son had issues with a game freezing, so we inadvertently created a second Xbox Live Gold account to resolve the problem. However, this led to double billing on my credit card, with Xbox Live Gold mistakenly charging us for two accounts at $10.55 each per month. We only intended to have one account and be billed the regular amount of $10.55 monthly. I contacted my credit card company to rectify the issue, allowing only one $10.55 payment to Xbox moving forward. Now, Xbox Live Gold has cut off our service despite receiving the correct payment for the single account.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty logging into my previous Xbox Live account on Xbox [redacted]. Despite several attempts to reset my password, the recovery email associated with the account is inactive. Each recovery try prompts a message stating insufficient information for account recovery, leaving me unsure of additional pertinent details to provide. I have attempted old passwords and do not have access to the credit cards used for transactions as the last one was made approximately 5 to 6 years ago. The Xbox gamer tag in question is DJroc19, holding 10 years of history that I am eager to restore. Unfortunately, a 2-year hiatus from the account resulted in forgetting the password, leading to the current predicament. Oddly, I am able to log in on one Xbox One console (belonging to my brother) but not on any other Xbox. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Looking forward to your response. Best regards, Jordan S.

I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my debit card linked to Xbox. The thief gradually made purchases leading up to when I realized my account was overdrawn after payday. They managed to steal over $[redacted] in just three days. I contacted customer support who informed me that I need to provide the old card details for them to track the fraudulent transactions. I have since obtained this information and am eager to speak with someone to secure a refund for the unauthorized purchases. Thank you for your assistance.

I have been facing various issues with my external storage for Xbox One. Despite resolving past issues and getting a new one, I am currently experiencing a frustrating problem. Whenever I attempt to launch any game from the external drive, it prompts an installation message and requires me to wait for "Ready to start," a process that never occurred before. I have confirmed that there are no updates needed and the games were functioning fine recently. Although I have tried hard resetting the device, the problem persists. Additionally, when connecting the external storage, the controller intermittently becomes unresponsive and overly sensitive, causing erratic movements on the screen. I seek assistance to find a solution to these challenges.

About a month ago, I bought Titanfall 2 for Xbox One. I played it occasionally until today. After playing for a bit, I logged off. When I tried to restart the game a few minutes later, I was unable to because it seemed I no longer owned the game. I tried to relaunch it again later, only to encounter the same issue, prompting me to sign into my account, which I was already using. Hoping it was a bug, I uninstalled the game. Upon trying to reinstall it, I was prompted to repurchase it at full price. I would like to have access to my game restored or receive a refund. Thank you.

On May 10, [redacted], I purchased a V bucks offer for $9.99 for my son. The following day, May 11, [redacted], I was contacted by my bank's fraud department regarding unauthorized recurring charges of $9.99 on my card. I did not authorize these charges and need the five $9.99 charges refunded. I had trouble removing my card from the payment option initially but was able to do so the next day. Kindly refund the unauthorized charges that occurred on May 11, [redacted]. Thank you, Iretha Bowens.
