I need to cancel my Xbox account because my niece's son accidentally smashed our TV with the controller. We've had the account for almost a year, and I'm not sure about his account or username as I handle all the payments with my credit card. I'm fed up with the expenses for something that no longer works, so I've decided to cancel it. He can play on his own at home, and I'll get him gift cards instead. Please cancel the account and reach out if there are any outstanding charges before my credit card bill is due in June. I purchased an Xbox One X in November [redacted]. Unfortunately, the controller is malfunctioning. Whenever I press the left arrow on the D-pad, it acts erratically, making it difficult to navigate or play games properly. Additionally, it lacks the tactile click that the other directional buttons have. Since both the console and controller are less than 6 months old, I believe this issue should be covered by the manufacturer's guarantee. I tried calling yesterday, but the call got disconnected. My 13-year-old son fell victim to a scam by another XBOX user. He was supposed to buy something from this person and was instructed to pay using XBOX gift cards. After providing the card codes, the person blocked him without giving him the item. Upon checking, the cards were already used! I have the receipts for the gift card purchases and would appreciate any assistance. My son, TTV_Monkey4815, saved this money from washing cars and uses it frequently on XBOX. My account was accessed by someone on Monday while I was at the movies, and they sent messages to others getting me banned. I have contacted Microsoft Canada for help, but I haven't received a solution yet. The same incident occurred last night while I was in bed even though I changed my password. Moreover, I am unsure how the messages were resent despite being banned. My Xbox account is under Klaus G Brimley, and I have a case number from Microsoft Canada, which is [redacted]. The issue was compounded by the inability to reach out for help to Xbox support due to the need to sign in first. It was a challenging process to connect with a Microsoft representative without account access, taking nearly two days to resolve. I hope this login problem does not recur, as it was frustrating not being able to utilize my account and Xbox Live subscription. I even reached out to Microsoft via email detailing the error message I encountered. This marks the third occurrence within a month, and I anticipate a resolution to prevent future disruptions.

I recently purchased the new World War Z game, but I've been facing issues with it. After initially installing the game successfully, I kept receiving a message the next day stating it required a license or a clean disc, even though the disc was brand new and undamaged. Despite multiple restarts and power downs, the game only worked sporadically. Eventually, due to persistent error messages, I uninstalled the game. Now, when I try to reinstall it, my Xbox doesn't even recognize the disc. Other games work fine on the console. I have tried various solutions without success. Hello, I have unfortunately received an undeserved ban. I was banned after using the phrase “kys” towards Coldplay after they helped win a game (I was on their team and happy). My intention was to be humorous by saying “kys” in one message and then following up with “and come back to life as the second coming of Christ cuz you're my savior” in a second message. If anyone reviewing this could check my account McPingy, which has been banned for 2 weeks, they will see my exchange with Coldplay - he responded with a heart emoji and “ily” meaning “I love you.” This situation is a misunderstanding, and I would appreciate being unbanned as I have a few weeks left to play with my friends (on Xbox) before I leave for navy camp for a few months. I purchased the Dark Souls 3 Deluxe Edition at a 75% discount during the Black Friday sales. After owning the game for several months, I encountered an issue where it prompts me to pay again to play. Assuming it was a glitch, I uninstalled the game intending to reinstall it. Unfortunately, upon trying to reinstall, the game is not showing up on my "ready to install" list. I have been unfairly communication banned on Xbox Live due to an incident in Rainbow Six Siege with a player who team killed me. Despite merely inviting them to the party and asking about the team killing, they sent me inappropriate voice messages and then proceeded to ban me from communication. This was quite distressing as I believe I was not at fault, and I even have evidence to support my claim. I had a negative experience in-game where I was bullied and robbed, leading to a confrontation with the bully. Despite trying to promote peace and follow the game guidelines, I was unjustly suspended by the bully. I attempted to address the situation peacefully, but the bully responded with taunts and name-calling. I am seeking a mutual apology and no suspension for either of us. If Xbox denies this request, it would be fair for the bully to face consequences as well. Being suspended while trying to resolve the conflict feels like bullying. I had $15 in my bank account to pay for my Android box, which I do every month. However, when trying to e-transfer money to the Android box seller, I couldn't because $13.55 is on hold. I contacted my bank and found out that the Xbox company took out $13.55 for something my son didn't purchase. The bank provided me with a confirmation number, which is [redacted].
