During my recent trip, I allowed my younger brother to use my account. Upon my return, I discovered that I have been banned for two weeks after he engaged in an argument online. I only intended to socialize with friends and play Destiny 2. I reviewed the messages involved and found my brother's responses to be mild. However, the other party's messages were disturbing and inappropriate, including threats of violence. I am seeking guidance on the possibility of reducing or lifting the ban. I would appreciate even a partial lifting to join a party. I hope this message is addressed, and I eagerly await a response. I have over 70 games installed on my Xbox. While playing online, I unexpectedly got disconnected and later discovered that over 30 games were uninstalled. My games were all stored on a 4TB external drive that is always connected. Strangely, the Xbox One X is not reading some games correctly, making them unable to reinstall. Despite my attempts to reset the console, the games remain uninstalled. This issue is frustrating as I didn't initiate any uninstallations. I am considering switching to PlayStation due to this inconvenience. Initially, I had 76 games, and now it shows only 66 games, significantly impacting my day, especially with the Game of Thrones season premiere today. I am disappointed with Xbox and hope you can understand my frustration. Thank you.

I stream on Mixer using my Xbox One. When streaming WWE 2K19, I can hear the wrestlers' entrance themes on my Xbox but not on my stream. Some have suggested running the game through the PC app, but I lack a Windows 10 computer, which I find unfair as it limits my stream quality for viewers. Players like myself shouldn't face restrictions due to outdated software. This issue should be addressed by either Xbox or Mixer Streaming to ensure a better experience for all users. I have two gamertags associated with one email address due to creating my original main account, mikeyman604, when I was 10 years old. When trying to recover my username, it shows another username associated with the email mi*****@rogers.blackberry.net (the missing letters are "keyman604"). After migrating the account to Microsoft, I encountered issues signing into Xbox One. Subsequently, I accidentally made the account firelancer120. I managed to sign in using mikeyman604 after some trouble but now can only access firelancer; attempting to recover the email directs me to an old blackberry account that no longer exists. My accounts are now in a problematic limbo. Ideally, I wish for firelancer to be deleted, with all its contents, and mikeyman604 to be my primary Xbox gamertag or alternatively, if possible, to migrate it to my alternate email [redacted] Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the creation email as it is inactive. This account holds 15 years of experience and numerous purchases that are important to me.

After leaving the hospital, I discovered that my 9-year-old son had made unauthorized purchases using my credit card. I was hospitalized from March 11th to April 3rd, [redacted], and upon returning home, I noticed discrepancies in my bank account. I usually permit my son, Michael, to make occasional purchases, but these were not approved by me. I recently received an email informing me that my Xbox account has been banned. This account is solely used by myself and my children, and I am requesting a thorough investigation into the ban. The person who reported my account was actually the one who initiated the dispute. We have screenshots of the entire conversation from start to finish to support this claim. I would appreciate it if you could invest some effort into investigating the matter before proceeding with the ban. The situation could have been avoided if the other individual hadn't started trolling in the first place. Despite receiving nasty messages from that person, they are still able to play without any consequences. This seems unfair to me. I have been a loyal Xbox consumer for many years and have made significant investments in your business. The way I have been treated in this situation makes me reconsider any future investments. I purchased two NBA 2K19 virtual currency codes from GameStop along with adding $1 to my Microsoft account. The $1 redemption was successful, but unfortunately, both NBA 2K19 codes were already redeemed. I contacted GameStop, and they advised me to reach out to Microsoft regarding adding the VC charges to my Microsoft account balance. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue so I can purchase the VC package for the game. I've also invested in subscriptions for EA, Xbox Live Gold, and Game Pass. I value being a loyal customer and bringing business to your platform for my children.

I am extremely frustrated with the lack of ways to contact you. This behavior is unacceptable for a company. I spend a significant amount of money on your games, and the issue of players sabotaging my gameplay needs to be addressed. Despite being targeted and provoked, when I retaliate, I am the one facing repercussions. This unfair treatment is causing me to consider switching consoles. Please lift the ban on my account promptly, as this unfair suspension is unjustified and disappointing. The player causing trouble is Mr. Moonbed, and I urge you to take appropriate action against him.

I pre-ordered MK11 and initially used a $50 gift card and then my credit card for the remaining $11.29. Although Xbox refunded the gift card amount, I have not received the $11.29 refund. I would like to either receive the $11 refund and repurchase the game as intended, or leave the money with you and have it charged to my gift card. I need this resolved promptly to ensure I keep my pre-order bonus. The initial purchase went through successfully during the beta, so I'm unsure why there was an issue this time. Assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My son's account appears to have been hacked, resulting in various unauthorized charges over the past month. Initially, the unauthorized charges began in late February and escalated in March and April. My son, who is only 10 years old, shared his account information with a friend who contacted him. I suspect there may be another console linked to my son's account, and I am concerned about its origin. I have already disconnected the cards and updated the passwords once I discovered the unauthorized charges. I now seek guidance on the best course of action to have these charges reversed. The charges amount to a significant sum, encompassing around 80 charges for games, add-ons, and movies. The account in question is under the name xboonanax666x.

While playing Rainbow Six Siege, I attempted to fake trap a player who team-killed me in response. After some back and forth messaging, he and his friends targeted me in subsequent rounds, resulting in my continuous deaths. I expressed my frustration by calling him trash, leading to him and his friends threatening to report me. Sadly, I ended up being banned until May 5th, despite feeling that I was not at fault. This situation is reminiscent of a similar incident that occurred a few weeks ago.

I have purchased two digital games (COD BOIV and Vampyr) on the Xbox Marketplace, but both are crashing my console immediately after loading, making them unplayable. I previously tried to get a refund for Black Ops 4 but was unsuccessful. Vampyr, fortunately, was from Gamepass. The customer support I received was not helpful in resolving the crashing issue. Physical game discs do not cause this problem. I still want a refund for BO4, as I have not been able to play it since purchasing it in October, despite multiple uninstallations and reinstalls. The support team has not provided a satisfactory solution besides suggesting basic troubleshooting steps I have already tried. The lack of assistance has been frustrating, and I hope to get this resolved soon.

Today, a person with the gamertag "Shaun Pacheco" messaged me, claiming to have me banned, despite my confusion about their identity. Following their messages, I received enforcement notifications confirming the ban. This individual, who had been trolling me persistently in games, later sent me racial and homophobic slurs in a party request, harassing me for outperforming them in a game. They admitted to trying to get me banned for personal reasons, while I only exchanged a few words to ask them to stop. It is frustrating to have to report this issue to regain access to my paid account, especially considering the protections of free speech laws in my country. I request the immediate unbanning of my account and confirmation of its reinstatement.

I have followed all troubleshooting steps to reset my Xbox and clear the cache. However, my Xbox is unable to connect to the Wi-Fi network, even though it has been working fine for over 2 years. The Wi-Fi network does not show up, and despite resetting my Xbox multiple times in the last 3 days, the issue persists. I am unable to play any games, including offline ones. If this problem is not resolved promptly, I will request a new sealed Xbox One. I have encountered this issue for 3 days now, resulting in lost progress and daily rewards in games I regularly play. I have tried contacting all three support numbers provided, but no one has answered the phone. The lack of customer support is frustrating, and I am disappointed with the service from Xbox and Microsoft. If necessary, I am willing to switch to a PlayStation due to the ongoing problems with my Xbox console.

I recently purchased an Xbox One S and initially had a smooth experience for about two months. However, I have encountered issues with the console freezing during games, leading me to restart it. I purchased my Xbox One X new from Gamestop in November [redacted]. I have encountered a frustrating issue that only a few others seem to have experienced. Every time I power on my console, it displays a message saying it's not connected to Xbox Live. This prevents me from doing anything, even playing offline games. After rebooting 2-3 times, it eventually connects. I have tried various solutions such as factory reset, resetting the wifi, and hard reboots, with no success. It's frustrating to spend at least 15 minutes troubleshooting before I can enjoy my games. I feel like I received a faulty unit and should not have to deal with this. When my friend and I join a party, we often face disconnection issues that require multiple attempts before connecting. The system prompts us to ensure our NAT settings are set to open, which they are. Additionally, we encounter difficulties playing in the same lobbies together, but only with this specific friend.
