The issue in GetHuman-wmhessin's own words
I have a charge for $**.** on the *th of March and then another charge from you guys yesterday march **th for $**.**. I did not authorize either one of those. My son has been at his dads house for the last two months and no one has touched that Xbox since then. So to get charged $** for something that hasn't even been touched needs to be refunded. If for some reason I'm signed up on some subscription I didn't know about that needs to be canceled immediately as well. Please have someone call me back to fix this. I don't have any clue how to even turn the Xbox on so I do everything by phone. ***.***.****. Wendy Hessing
