I was charged twice for my xbox live subscription on ****** for $**.** and for $**.**. I disputed the $**.** as a duplicate charge and received a credit. I was then charged again $**.** on *******. I only authorized one transaction. Why was there two? Why was I recharged on *******? I am extremely disappointed right now with MSFT and if this doesn't get resolved today going to cancel my account and demand a full refund for both charges.
GetHuman2616796 did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
